The working condition of LLC resonant converter of high frequency auxiliary converter in DC 750 V power supply system was studied, the key problem that LLC was difficult to realize soft switch under this power level was found out, and suggestions on how to optimize the system parameters were put forward. Finally, the accuracy of the conclusion was verified by simulation and test results.
