详细解读和讨论了基于FKM准则进行强度评定的新方法,介绍使用局部应力法评估非焊接构件静强度和疲劳强度的详细步骤,该方法从标准试样的材料参数开始,根据不同的载荷、工艺、设计、材料、安全系数等因素进行全面的修正计算,得到构件的临界静强度极限和临界疲劳强度极限,最终通过利用度指标评价结构的安全性。使用有限元法和该方法结合对某型车辆齿轮箱进行强度评估,计算得到齿轮箱的静强度和疲劳强度的利用率指标均符合要求,可安全服役。
The FKM strength evaluation method was explained and discussed in detail. The detailed steps of using local stress method to evaluate the static and fatigue strength of non-welded components were introduced, which started from the material parameters of the standard specimen, carried out comprehensive correction calculation according to different load, process, design, material, safety factor and other factors, then obtained the critical static strength limit and critical fatigue strength limit of the component, and finally evaluated the safety of the structure through the utilization index. A vehicle gearbox strength was evaluated by using FEA and the FKM guideline together, and results showed that the static and fatigue strength degree of utilization were in line with requirements, which proved that it could be safely served.
