To provide a more convenient test environment for the design and development of software and hardware in the urban rail energy feedback system, a hardware-in-loop test system was built. The mathematical modeling of some key devices in the test system was analyzed, and the multi-cores calculation problem was resolved through model decoupling of the transformer.The hardware-in-loop test and verification were carried out with the actual controller. The test results proved the effectiveness of the simulation system and model.
