In view of the blocked phenomenon of the current collector in the application process, the main influencing factors were analyzed. Through the structural optimization, the finite element analysis of the established model was carried out by using the finite element software and the rain sand blasting tests were carried out. The results showed that the deformation of the optimized structure was 53% of the original one, and the current collector was not blocked.
