The selection of filter is very important to the harmonic output of converter. Taking the regenerative braking energy feedback system of urban rail as the research object, the filtering effect of LCL filter and LC filter was studied. At the same time, considering the influence of traction network parameters on the output harmonic and resonance peak value of regenerative braking energy feedback device, a virtual resistance series capacitance method based on proportional link was adopted to eliminate the resonance peak value and enhance the system stability. The results showed that the virtual damping method is feasible in engineering application.
