Light weighting of high-speed trains drastically deteriorates their service environment while reducing energy consumption. In particular, in an event of a fire, light-weight bearing structure is likely to be destroyed by thermal coupling, resulting in great losses. Based on finite element theory, nonlinear theory and structural quasi-static theory, a simulation method of thermal coupled static strength stiffness of high-speed train body structure was established. With ABAQUS software, a simulation analysis technology route was proposed. The simulation analysis and optimization of static strength stiffness of thermal coupling of body structure verified the practical application of this method.
