On the basis of the entire vehicle structure of the existing rubber tire train, a new type M+T+M three-module marshalling form was proposed. The influence of the number of air springs on the changes in the position of the vehicle body and the running gear, the influence of the shock absorber, and the articulation method of the axle bridge were studied. The calculation results showed that the support mode of the two air springs was higher than the support mode of the four air springs in the amplitude and convergence time of the outgoing curve. By adding shock absorbers between the vehicle body and the running section, the amplitude and convergence time of the two air spring support modes could be well reduced. When using four air springs, the two-axle bridge showed better performance through a swivel joint, and the use of fixed hinges provided better performance when two air springs were used.
