为使牵引控制单元(Traction Control Unit,TCU)满足高耐候性温度要求,即具备在-50~70 ℃环境中长期存放及在-40 ℃低温环境下启动,需要充分考虑温度对TCU性能的影响。文章通过设置TCU板卡上元器件的温度筛选的条件,计算极限条件下电阻阻值的变化对系统参数的影响,查询不同材质陶瓷电容的容值随温度和电压变化的特性曲线,确定板卡电阻、电容和其他元器件的选型;使用FloTHERM软件仿真风速对CPU板卡散热的影响,确定TCU风扇的选型。为验证设计的正确性,将最终设计的TCU按照国家标准规定的试验方法进行了验证,试验结果表明该TCU满足高耐候性温度的要求。
Abstract
In order to make traction control unit (TCU) meet the requirements of high weather resistance temperature, that is, TCU should be stored in the environment of -50~70℃ for a long time and can be turned on at -40℃, the influence of temperature on the performance of TCU should be fully consider. By setting the condition of temperature screening of components on TCU board, calculating the influence of resistance value change on system parameters under limit condition, and inquiring the characteristic curve of capacitance of ceramic capacitors of different materials changing with temperature and voltage, the selection of resistors, capacitors and other components was determined; by using FloTHERM software to simulate the influence of wind speed on CPU board heat dissipation, the TCU fan type selection was determined. In order to verify the correctness of the design, the final TCU was verified according to the test method prescribed by the national standard. The test results showed that the TCU met the requirements of high weather resistance temperature.
