摘要

简述了PHM 技术的发展现状，结合动车组的功能结构及运维特点，提出了适用于动车组列车的 PHM 技术体系和系统架构方案，阐述了基于PHM 技术而开发构建的动车组PHM 系统的功能及技术方案，并以车轮多边形故障预警预测和牵引电机通风装置视情维修为例，简述了部分功能模块的阶段性应用成果。

Abstract

The development of PHM (prognostics and health management) was introduced. The PHM technology system and system architecture for EMUs were put foward based on the research of the functional structure as well as operation and maintenance of EMUs. Based on PHM technology, the EMUs PHM system function and technical solution were expounded. The prognostics of wheel polygonization and traction motor ventilating device on-condition maintenance were introduced as the successful examples of the EMUs PHM system,the application results of some functional modules were briefly described.
