In order to study the wheel wear condition of the high-speed train under the condition that the wheel pair has a deflection angle, a vehicle dynamic model with wheelset deflection angle was established. The simulation was carried out on only one wheel pair deflection, one and two wheel pair simultaneous deflection, one position and two wheel pair reverse deflection, respectively, and the wheel pair lateral displacement, the wheelset angle, the lateral force of wheel and rail, and the tread wear of one wheel pair and the two wheel pair was calculated in wheelset balance state with different deflection angle. The simulation results showed that the wear of the steering wheel is far greater than that of the non-steering wheel when the wheel pair has the deflection angle. The greater the deflection angle is, the more serious the wear is. The wear of one and two wheel pairs is the least, the most close to the ideal wheel pair. The one and two wheel pairs are reversed deflection, the wear co ndition is the most serious and the rim wear is the most seriou s.
