The performance of laminated rubber spring is directly related to the safety and stability of the vehicle. The development process of primary laminated rubber spring of a low-floor vehicle was introduced, and primary laminated rubber spring structure and its finite element calculation were described. The reasonability and effect of the finite element model and the calculation results were verified by stiffness test. The properties of the products were tested by the stiffness, creep and fatigue tests, and the performance of the products met the design requirements completely.
