为了研究轮缘润滑对车轮磨耗的影响效果,对国内某地铁线路安装轮缘润滑器的列车和未安装轮缘润滑器的列车的车轮磨耗进行了跟踪测试。结果表明,该线路地铁车轮轮缘磨耗分布在-40~-30 mm 位置范围内,主要集中在轮缘根部,踏面磨耗分布在-30~60 mm 位置范围内;轮缘润滑对车轮的轮缘厚度、轮缘高度及踏面磨耗速率影响较小,且对踏面为LM30 的拖车轮缘磨耗速率的影响也较小,但能极大地减缓踏面为LM32 的动车和拖车车轮轮缘磨耗。仅在动车上安装轮缘润滑器时,减磨效果能达到24%,而在整列车(包含动车和拖车)安装轮缘润滑器时,减磨效果则能达到36%。针对所调查的地铁线路实际情况,建议整列车均保留轮缘润滑器。
Abstract
In order to investigate the effect of flange lubrication on the wheel wear, tracking test in one metro line was made on the trains equipped with flange lubricator and the ones without flange lubricator. The results showed that for the tested line the wheel flange wear occurred in the range from -40 mm to -30 mm relative to nominal rolling circle with concentrating in the root of the flange, and wheel tread wear occurred in the range from -30 mm to 60 mm. The flange lubrication had little influence on the flange thickness, flange height, and tread wear rate in this metro line, as well as the flange wear area rate of trailers with the wheel profile of LM30, but it could greatly slow down the flange wear for motor cars and trailers with the wheel profile of LM32. By comparison with the trains without flange lubricators, the flange wear rate could decrease 24% for the trains of which only motor cars installed flange lubricators, and 36% for the trains of which all the cars installed flange lubricators. For extending the life of wheel, flange lubricators should be equipped on all the car of the train.
