Parameters and performance requirements of supercapacitor low-floor light vehicle was introduced, and T/B characteristic of electric traction system, high-voltage system, energy-storage system, main circuit and key parameters of the drive system were expounded. Matching design was carried out for the traction system to meet the supercapacitor’ s characteristics. Moreover, traction system with independent intellectual property rights was compared with the imported electric traction system. The vehicle had passed the type approval test, which satisfied design requirements.
