根据动力集中动车组要求, 研制了一种可适用于“高速铁路网”与“普速铁路网”的轻量化动力集中动车组动力转向架, 阐述了该转向架主要技术及结构特点:转向架采用B0 轴式、驱动装置采用主动齿轮空心轴+ 挠性板联轴器弹性机构驱动,牵引电机架悬,1 050 mm 车轮轮装盘式基础制动,轮缘油气润滑,转向架具有较小的轴距和质量。通过试验验证该转向架具有较好的可靠性和动力学性能。
Abstract
According to the requirements of power concentrated EMUs, a lightweight motor bogie suiting "high-speed railway network" and "general speed railway network" was developed. The main technical and structural characteristics of the bogie was expounded as following: the bogie used B0 axis, the driving device adopt a driving gear + flexible hollow shaft in the coupling of elastic mechanism drive, traction motors were frame suspension, 1 050 mm wheel mounted disc base brake device, rim was lubricated by oil and gas, and the bogie had a smaller wheelbase and less quality. The test results showed that the bogie had good reliability and dynamic performance.
