地板结构是氢能源轨道车辆轮轨噪声和车底电气设备噪声向车内传递的最主要路径,内装地板是地板结构重要的组成部分,对其隔声性能进行合理的设计具有重要意义。参照混响室- 消声室法隔声测试原理,在 LMS Virtual.lab 中建立酚醛环氧面板—酚醛泡沫芯材—酚醛环氧面板三明治结构的内装地板隔声性能仿真分析计算模型,仿真分析计算结果与试验测试结果趋势一致,计权隔声量相差0.2 dB,总体满足工程要求。采用该仿真分析模型,使用正交试验设计,得到了芯材密度是影响内装地板隔声性能最主要的因素。芯材密度由230 kg/m3 优化为295 kg/m3 时,满足内装地板总面密度约束条件,隔声量达到目标要求。
Structure of floor is one of the main path in which wheel-rail noise and underbody electrical equipment noise transmit to interior of the vehicle. Interior floor is one of the important parts of the whole floor structure, the reasonable design of the sound insulation perfomance is of great significance. Referring to the principle of sound insulation test of insulation material using reverberation room and anechoic room, a simulation analytical model in LMS Virtual.lab of sound insulation index of interior floor with structure of phenolic surface panel-phenolic foam core-phenolic surface panel was built. The difference of sound insulation index between simulation and test was 0.2 dB. It showed that the simulation model had a high precision predicting sound insulation index of interior floor. Using this simulation model, the results of orthogonal experimental design showed that the density of core material was the most important factor affecting sound insulation of the interior floor. The density of core material changed from 230 kg/m3 to 295 kg/m3, and the sound insulation index could meet the requirement of sound insulation index and weight constraint.
