A pure-software simulation method was proposed to test and verify logic control software, and the design ideas and concrete implementation was introduced. A pure PC software simulation test platform for TCU control logic was designed based on LabVIEW software to simulate the data stream of TCU outside logic environment, and realized real-time data exchange by OPC protocol and TCU logic control software. Result of application indicated that the simulation test platform could test and verify all kinds of control functionsof of logic control software with the absence of any TCU hardware and outside environment, which improved the debugging convenience and work efficiency effectively.
