主要介绍广州地铁三北线时速120 km 国产牵引地铁列车粘着控制逻辑的应用特点,并与西门子列车粘着控制逻辑进行对比,突出了国产牵引列车粘着控制的安全性和严密性。结合地铁车辆轮轨间的粘着特性,重点对列车防滑控制逻辑进行分析,包括滑行检测逻辑和力矩减载恢复逻辑。试验表明,应用于该项目的防滑控制逻辑能有效检测到滑行现象,及时对力矩进行调整,有效提高了粘着控制性能。
Abstract
The application characteristics of adhesion control logic in 120 km/h domestic traction metro trains of Guangzhou metro third-northern line were introduced. Compared with the Siemens train, domestic traction train adhesion control was more outstanding in safety and rigor. Based on wheel-track adhesion characteristics, train antiskid control logic was analyzed emphatically, including skid detection and moment unloading/recovery logic. Test shows that the train antiskid control logic of the project can detect the skid phenomenon effectively and adjust the moment in time, which improves adhesion control performance greatly.
