以聚醚改性树脂为基料,研制了一种弹性绝缘漆,以此弹性绝缘漆为主体,设计了一种城轨车辆受电弓安装区用绝缘防护涂层。研究了不同树脂基料、助剂、不同涂装厚度对绝缘涂层电气性能、阻燃性能、耐沾污性能、厚涂施工性能的影响。结果表明当选用某弹性树脂、某磷系阻燃剂和某改性硅油时,绝缘涂层的电气强度达32 kV/mm,体积电阻率达到3.5×1013Ω·m,阻燃性能可达到标准DIN 5510 中S4、SR2、ST2 和FED 小于1 的要求,与水的接触角可达133.8°,当绝缘层涂装厚度达到3.07 mm 以上时
Abstract
The elastic insulation coatings were developed by using polyether modified resin as binder. The insulation protective coatings for pantograph assemble position of urban rail vehicle was designed with elastic insulation coatings as host. The effect of resins, additives and thickness of elastic insulation coatings on electrical performance, anti-combustibility capability, stain resistant performance, thick painting application properties were investigated. The results shows that electric strength, volume resistivity, water contact angle and anti-combustibility capability of the insulation coatings can reach 32 kV/mm, 3.5×1013Ω·m, 133.8° and requirements for S4, SR2, ST2 and FED<1 specified in DIN 5510, respectively, when the coating is selected a certain resin, phosphorous retardant and modified silicone oil. When a dry insulation coating layer with thickness of over 3.07 mm is obtained, electrical performance of the insulation coatings can meet rule requirements for "GB 10411 DC traction power supply system for urban rail transit".
