摘要

通过对摩擦制动温度及制动噪声的理论研究，调整摩擦材料配方和工艺，成功研制了一种新型微孔性复合闸片，这种闸片具有微孔型结构，且微孔为通孔，可以有效解决散热问题，从而降低制动温度，制动盘无热斑、龟裂和剥落等损伤现象，同时降低制动噪声，磨耗优于进口闸片，减少了对空气中粉尘的排放，更有利于环保。

Abstract

With the theoretical analysis of friction brake temperature and brake noise, and adjusting formulation and process, a new type of microporous composite brake pad was developed successfully, which had a microporous structure to effectively reduce friction heat, so that it could reduce brake temperature, decrease hot spots, cracks and spalls of brake disc, reduce brake noise and brake wear, as well as reduce the emission of dust, which is more environment friendly.
