To solve the key technical problems of domestic rail vehicle air spring free vibration test, the air spring vibration benchwas designed. The principle and structure of the test bench was introduced in emphasis, and based on the test bench, free vibrationcharacteristics of TMT was compared with the foreign air spring with different vertical load and amplitude. The results show that: thedomestic air spring has the same vibration characteristics of resonance frequency and multiplying factor under different condition with theforeign. The test bench satisfied the desired requirement, and provides research platform for safety and reliability of domestic rail vehicleair spring.
