摘要

为解决与某型号机车配套的空压机压力传感器故障率较高的问题，提出了一种新型压力传感器设计思路，采用全密封二次激光焊接及新技术、新工艺，从基本结构、硬件电路等方面大幅度地提高压力传感器的可靠性。实际装车运用考核表明，该新型压力传感器满足使用要求，效果良好。

Abstract

To settle the high-fault-ratio problems of air compressor pressure sensor for one locomotive, a novel design was proposedwith a sealed secondary laser welding, new technologies and new processes, which greatly increased the reliability of the pressure sensorfrom basic structure and the hardware circuit. The on-board test showed that the new pressure sensor satisfied the operation requirementwith good effect.
