In order to settle the application problems of TSC1 wireless data transfer device, and improve products performance and reliability, a novel wireless data transfer device was designed. The key problems of TSC1 device on location, wireless transfer, data storage and structure design were summarized and settled correspondingly, and a novel design scheme based on the newest wireless communication technology was provided. It was shown that the device could realize fast and reliable car-ground wireless communication and precise locomotive location, which would provide strong support of promoting rail information development and improving railway operation management.
