为满足海拔5 100 m 的青藏高原地区青藏铁路钢轨检测需求,开发了GTC-80 型高原钢轨探伤车。开发过程中采取了针对措施以适应高原地区的海拔高、气压低、缺氧、高寒、温差大、风沙大等恶劣气候条件。该探伤车利用先进的探伤检测系统对钢轨伤损的类型、位置、程度以及累计变化进行自动检测、分析、显示、记录和打印,满足高原地区的使用要求。
Abstract
To satisfy the requirement of 5 100 m altitude height Qingzang railway rail detection, GTC-80 plateau rail flaw detection vehicle was developed. Pertinence measures was adopted for the bad climatic conditions of high altitude, low atmospheric pressure, oxygen lack, high coldness, big temperature difference, sand storm etc. With advanced flaw detection system, styles, position, degree and alteration of rail damaging was automatically detected, analyzed, recorded and printed, which filled the application requirement of plateau area.
