摘要

锥形橡胶弹簧在批量生产过程中有非常少量的产品存在影响使用的内在缺陷，必须通过合适的方法检测出来。提出一种拉伸仿真方法，通过拉伸锥形弹簧，观察其载荷位移特性曲线是否出现“弯折”来判断产品是否存在内在缺陷，并通过拉伸仿真法确定锥形弹簧的合理拉伸量。该方法也可作为橡胶减振领域检测橡胶元件质量稳定性的一个补充方法。

Abstract

Small quantity of cone rubber spring products had inner defects for application, which should be detected. A stretching simulation method was presented which detected products defects by stretching cone rubber spring and observing load-shifting characteristic curve kink behavior, through which cone rubber spring reasonable stretching value was determined. The method could be an addition for testing rubber components quality stability.
