摘要

针对一款应用于广州地铁列车的常用门控单元，以S7-200系列PLC为核心部件，运用WinCC进行了上位机测试软件的编写，构建了基于PLC的城市轨道交通门控单元功能测试平台。该测试平台提供检测和故障显示功能，可准确检测出门控单元故障，提高检修维护效率。

Abstract

The development of a detecting platform for common door control unit adopted in Guangzhou metro was introduced. The platform was established based on Siemens S7-200 series PLC, and the WinCC was used to design the upper computer software. This platform provided detection and malfunction indications, and could detect the fault of door control unit accurately, which improved the efficiency of inspection and maintenance.
