A brief review about development and present status of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics was given and the existing basic modeling methods of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics were summarized. Establishment of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics equation was proposed. Based on the calculation results of recent rigid-flexible coupling , a more comprehensive overview, analysis and summary was provided, as well as a brief outlook of the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics trends.
