摘要

阐述了HXD1D型电力机车柜内用THG5高压隔离开关的主要特点和创新点，介绍其主要结构和工作原理，并对高压导电部分和电控气动部分相关性能参数进行了计算。完成了柜内高压隔离开关的试验验证和运行考核，实现批量生产。

Abstract

Main characteristics and innovation of THG5 high-voltage disconnecting switch in the cabinet of HXD1D locomotive weredescribed particularly. The structure and working principle were introduced, and correlative parameter about high-handed electric, circuitcontrol and pneumatic drive was calculated. The disconnecting switch passed type test and circulate assess, and realized batch production.
