To guarantee quality of electronic products, a Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method was proposed. According to components,application environment conditions and maintenance requirement etc of products, with analysis from up to down and calculation from downto up, products reliability was obtained. The reliability calculation method not only adapted the qualified analysis for existed products, butalso could be used for reliability design at beginning of product development.
