On the basis of detailed analysis of traction system and ground signal system working principle in Rio metro line 1A, Brazil,EMC measurement method of traction system return current and signal system was illustrated. Through static test in laboratory and dynamic test at spot, the Brazil train AC traction system unbalanced harmonic current were verified in permissible range with little influencing on ground signal system when single train operated.
