摘要

根据 UIC615-4、EN13749和ERRI B12/RP60等标准，计算了永磁直驱转向架柔性构架在超常工况和模拟运营工况下的载荷，利用有限元软件分析了构架的静强度和疲劳强度，使用Haigh曲线进行了疲劳强度评估，对柔性构架的前六阶模态进行了计算，以分析柔性构架的振型及刚度特点。结果表明，永磁直驱转向架柔性构架的强度满足相关标准和规范的要求。

Abstract

According to the standards of UIC615-4, EN13749 and ERRI B12/RP60, direct-drive permanent-magnet bogie flexible frame loads in exceptional and service load cases were calculated. Static and fatigue strength was analyzed based on FEA software, then fatigue strength was evaluated by Haigh diagram. First six order modal analysis of the flexible frame was conducted, so as to check the mode of vibration and stiffness characteristic. The result showed that the flexible frame meet the static and fatigue strength requirements from the related standards.
