Aimed to characteristics and management situation of shunting locomotine, a control system was presented that completed operating revelation and IC card data files remote transfer with PSTN network, which solved the problems that driver couldn’t write card and monitoring files couldn’t be analyzed in time. The proposed method not only could implement shunting locomotive temporary speed-limited management, but also could utilize current railway resource sufficiently and reduce human and fund cost.
