依据动力车轴设计方法最新标准TB/T 2395 — 2008 对某30 t 机车车轴进行校核分析,给出了具体的计算步骤,然后利用有限元法对其进行验证,经对比分析得出该车轴疲劳强度满足设计要求,同时分析了应力值出现差异的原因。通过设置不同过盈量,计算得出过盈量对轮轴配合处应力值有很大影响。
Abstract
A certain 30 t locomotive axle was verified based on the latest standards TB/T 2395-2008 of design method for powered axle, and the concrete computation steps were proposed. By contrast of finite element method, the axle fatigue strength was proved to meet the design requirements, stress difference reasons of which were analyzed. With different setting value, magnitude of interference was found have great influence on stress of wheel-axle-fitting place.
