变轨距转向架轮轴装配关系为间隙配合,与传统转向架轴箱轴承相比,其轴箱轴承承受的轴向载荷更大,需考虑轴向载荷对轴承接触应力的影响。文章采用仿真软件Romax建立某1 435/1 520 mm高速变轨距转向架轴箱轴承仿真模型,考虑轴向载荷时不同轨距、不同滚子修形方式和不同轴向游隙对滚子与内圈接触应力的影响。计算结果表明:当轨道为宽轨时,轴承承受轴向载荷后,轴承接触应力情况比轨道为标准轨时更严重,并且未修形滚子的最大接触应力不满足标准要求;轴承承受轴向载荷后,4种修形滚子比未修形滚子均能降低最大接触应力和应力集中系数,其中对数修形滚子承受轴向载荷的能力优于其他3种修形滚子;当轴承承受轴向载荷后,最佳轴向游隙会继续向负游隙方向减小。
As the axle assembly relationship of variable gauge bogie is clearance fit
in which the axle box bearing bears greater axial load compared with the traditional bogie axle box bearing
it is necessary to consider the impact of axial load on bearing contact stress. A simulation model of a 1 435/1 520 mm high-speed variable gauge bogie axle bearings was established using Romax
and the impact of different track gauges
different roller modification methods
and different axial clearance on the contact stress between the rollers and the inner ring were analyzed when considering axial load. The calculation results show that: After the bearing is subjected to axial load
1) the bearing contact stress is more serious in case of broad gauge than standard gauge
and the maximum contact stress of unmodified roller does not meet the standard requirements; 2) the 4 types of modified rollers can reduce the maximum contact stress and stress concentration coefficient compared with the unmodified rollers
among which the ability of logarithmic modified rollers to bear axial load is better than the other 3 types of modified rollers; and 3) the optimal axial clearance will continue to decrease in the direction of negative clearance.
