城轨交通高质量可持续发展是交通强国建设的重要内容。欧盟、日本在轨道车体领域进行集团式产品和技术开发已持续推进近10年,其技术创新具有全局性、整体性和系统性。为提升我国地铁列车技术整体水平,中国中车在相关部委支持下开展了系列化中国标准地铁列车的研制。针对地铁车体设计要素和既有技术体系进行了调研,分析了车体顶层设计和融合技术的重要性,探讨了中国标准地铁车体技术创新平台搭建要素;介绍了标准地铁车体结构继承性、设计优化和性能提升情况、试验验证结果和设计简统成果;论述了车体新材料、新工艺、新结构等技术创新的方向与目标。结果表明,标准地铁车体结构符合技术规格书要求,可满足行业实际应用需求,对地铁车体进行前瞻性和基础性技术研究仍具有迫切性和必要性。
High quality and sustainable development of urban rail transit is an important part of the construction of transportation power. In recent 10 years
the group has carried out overall product and technological development in the field of car body in the EU and Japan
with global and systematic technical innovation. In order to improve the overall level of China's metro vehicle technology
a series of Chinese standard metro vehicle have been developed by CRRC with support from the relevant ministries. In this paper
the design elements and existing technical system of metro car body were investigated
the importance of car body top-level design and integration technology was analyzed
and the key points of building China standard metro car body technology innovation platform were discussed; The inheritance of standard metro car body structure
design optimization and performance improvement
test verification results and design simplification results were introduced; The direction and goal of technological innovation such as new material
new process and new structure of car body were discussed. The results show that the standard metro car body structure meets the requirements of the technical specifications and can meet the practical application needs of the industry. However
it is still urgent and necessary to carry out forward-looking and basic technical research on the metro car body.
