针对某地铁车辆和设备噪声指标不合理的问题,以国内某地铁线路为测试对象,在停车、25 km/h通过、慢速通过和回库过弯道有刹车等工况下进行噪声测试和开展车辆内外部噪声特性分析,并重点对牵引逆变器的噪声开展测试与指标分析。研究结果表明,在车辆静止和运行工况下,牵引逆变器噪声对车辆外部总的噪声能量贡献较小,对车辆内部噪声的贡献明显小于电机、齿轮箱和制动电阻风机等其他噪声源。基于此,建议牵引逆变器等设备的声功率级要求不超过86 dB(A)。同时,对整车和设备的噪声测试结果及分析,可为噪声指标的确定提供理论指导。

the contribution of traction inverter noise to the total noise energy outside the vehicle is less than that of motor

brake resistance fan and other noise sources. The index of sound power level not exceeding 86 dB(A) proposed for traction inverter and other equipment is relatively reasonable and feasible. Based on the noise test results and analysis of the whole vehicle and equipment
it can provide theoretical guidance for the determination of noise index.
