Considering that accidents of safety occurred frequently recently resulted from LKJ’s data-version upgrade, LKJ’s version information monitoring system was developed based on GSM technology. It satisfied full monitoring, management and controlling for dataversion upgrade, and it could also improve the working efficiency and quality. The principle, functions, design schemes and implementation of the system were introduced. The system has been applied to the LKJ’s program of data version upgrade working in Guangzhou Railway Group Company successfully.
