According to GB/T21413.1 and GB/T 21413.2 and the relevant national standards, this paper introduced the universal problems existing in drafting standards for rolling stock electric products during the past two years, the selection of rating value, and nominal ralue, working performance and mechanical life or electric life, test sequence and related verify, constant humid-heat and alternating humidheat, high-temperature test, the purpose of which is to implement national standards and improve the product drafting standard levels.
