摘要

阐述了机车视频监控系统的软硬件结构和功能特点。系统基于DVR 技术与铁路安全管理需求而开发，可以根据铁路安全管理需求设置各类项点并进行抓拍和记录，能提供监视画面及报警信息代替司机巡检。该系统对事故预防、事故分析以及监督乘务员作业都将起到重大促进作用。

Abstract

This paper introduced the software and hardware structure, function characteristics of locomotive video monitoring system. The development of the system was based on DVR technology and the needs of railway safety management, which could snap and record all kinds of items point according to the needs of railway safety management. The system could provide monitor screen and alarm information, which could instead of the driver inspection. The system will pay a significant role in accident prevention, accident analysis and supervision of crew operations.
