      摘要:Theoretical models, finite element models and vehicle system dynamics models of both inside and outside journal high- speed train axles were established for the load-bearing capacity analysis, then the load-bearing states, stress distribution regularities and dynamic loads of these train axles were systematically studied. Result shows that the inside journal axles can achieve higher efficiency and utilization of the axle body, and the maximum combined bending moments are only half of the traditional outside journal axles, therefore, inside journal axles realize a great advantage in the lightweight design; compared with traditional outside journal axles, the critical safety positions of inside journal high-speed train axles transfer to transition positions on both sides of the journal; Compared with traditional outside journal axles, the novel inside journal axles can significantly alleviate the limit value of wheel-rail vertical force, and the limit value of wheel-axle lateral force is slightly higher, both are conductive to reducing the synthetic moments of the axles. In summary, the novel inside journal train axles is identified with a great application prospect for high-speed train vehicles.

      摘要:In order to evaluate the over-voltage damage of CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic) car body due to its poorer conductivity than traditional aluminum alloy car body, the impedance characteristics of CFRP were analyzed and tested, and the surge overvoltage circuit model of CFRP train body was established based on the improved design of semi-CFRP semi-aluminum alloy structure. The transmission characteristics of surge overvoltage of the cab body at the moment of pantograph raising/dropping were analyzed by simulation. The results show that the maximum overvoltage in pantograph raising reaches 2.4 kilovolts, which is a potential safety hazard for on-board equipment. It is proposed that the metal grounding network is installed in cab body to provide grounding points for on-board equipment, which is effectively ensures the safety of the on-board equipment.

      摘要:Linear eddy current braking has the potential to become a new type of braking method for high-speed EMUs due to its non-adhesive braking characteristics. At present, there is a lack of relevant research on the electromagnetic interference of the eddy current braking system on the existing track signal equipment, which hinders the further application of this technology. In this paper, the axle counter was selected as a typical track signal device. On the basis of theoretical analysis, ANSYS Maxwell and Twin Builder were used to establish simulation models of eddy current brake electromagnetic system and axle counter respectively. Then, based on the Twin Builder platform, the eddy current brake system model and the axle counter model were jointly simulated to analyze the electromagnetic interference of the eddy current brake system to the axle counter. The experimental result shows that the simulation results of the eddy current brake electromagnetic system model are consistent with the theoretical calculation results. The inductance voltage of the axle counter is 8.94 mV when the train without the eddy current brake system passes, which verifies the correctness of the established model. The axle counter induction coil will generate an interference voltage with a peak value of about 50 mV when the train with an eddy current brake system passes. The interference may make the inductive voltage of the axle counter exceed the set threshold and cause misjudgment, resulting in the occupation situation of the track section is inaccurate, which affects driving safety. The co-simulation model can assist in the design of eddy current brake devices, thereby promoting its application.

      摘要:The acceleration is an important feedback and control factor in the process of automatic train driving and controlling, which can reflect the movement state and stability of the train. It is especially important in the stationary control of the heavy-haul train. In this paper, an accurate, fast and much less computations acceleration observation algorithm was proposed, which was suitable for embedded platform with limited computing power and could be applied to practical engineering projects effectively. Firstly, the median average filter algorithm was used to process the data collected by the speed sensor, and then the improved least square piecewise fitting algorithm was used to estimate the acceleration. Compared with the direct calculation of acceleration by definition, the on-line acceleration estimation algorithm has high accuracy and is closer to the real acceleration of the train. The actual data verification of Shenshuo intelligent driving project shows that this method can accurately and quickly calculate the acceleration in the automatic driving vehicle embedded platform.

      摘要:An active control algorithm for train noise based on feed-forward reference with variable convergence was studied. By constructing a variable convergence function based on the feed-forward signal reference, the non-zero offset problem of the system was improved. Then it was applied to the low-frequency noise reduction of trains. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the balance between convergence speed, tracking speed and steady-state error. And the experimental results show that the algorithm achieves an average noise reduction of 12.0 dB for low-frequency train noise which below 1 000 Hz in the target area. Compared with the fixed-convergence FxLMS, variable-convergence NLMS, and SVSLMS control algorithms, it has the advantage of noise reduction up to about 3.6 dB.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem that the fault information of high-speed train wheel bearing is weak and difficult to extract, a fault feature extraction and recognition model for vibration signal of high-speed train bearing based on variational mode decomposition and adaptive particle swarm optimization-support vector machine was proposed. To avoid the under-decomposition or over-decomposition of VMD, the selection principle of k was suggested from the perspective of energy entropy change rate. The fault features obtained by VMD were input into SVM for different bearing fault identification. The experimental results show that traditional SVM has better effect on the diagnosis of rolling element fault and composite type fault, but the diagnosis effect on cage fault is relatively poor. Therefore, APSO algorithm was used to optimize the core parameters of the SVM, which further improved the recognition accuracy of cage fault and realized the effective identification for the fault bearings of high-speed train.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of anti-slip and anti-slide of driverless metro train, by fully utilizing the driverless vehicle-controlled information and scheme, the key technologies and solutions of anti-slip and slide were discussed from three levels of train bottom control, single train optimal intervention and multi-train collaborative scheduling. Based on the characteristics and its identification methods of wheel-rail adhesion, several typical control strategies of anti-slip and slide of train bottom control were analyzed. With the optimal intervention to the single train, a strategy of power redistribution based on the current wheel-rail adhesion state was proposed. By making use of line information and vehicle control strategy, the operation strategy of all the trains on the line was readjusted. Through the discussion of the scheme, the optimal adhesion utilization could be obtained for the single train based on the bottom control of the train, and the optimal operating efficiency could be obtained for all the trains on the line, which provided a reference for the design of anti-slip & slide of driverless metro train.

      摘要:The multi-track intelligent inspection robot detection system of urban rail vehicles realized automatic detection of the bottom and both sides of subway vehicles by adopting intelligent robot technology, SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology, multi-degree-of-freedom flexible cooperative manipulator control technology, high-definition optical imaging technology and AI (Artistic Intelligence) algorithm, as well as automatic early warning of abnormal situations such as deformation, looseness, missing and foreign bodies of key components of vehicle running gear. At the same time, combined with vehicle maintenance scheduling and intelligent multi-track switching device, the robot could switch freely among multi-tracks in the maintenance warehouse, which improved the application efficiency of the robot in the maintenance process. The actual application of subway site shows that the application of intelligent inspection robot can optimize the maintenance technology of subway vehicles, prolong the maintenance interval, help improve the quality and efficiency of subway vehicle maintenance, and has very important social and economic value.

      摘要:The phenomenon of car-body hunting is widespread in railway vehicles and has become an important factor affecting passengers’ ride comfort. To better evaluate the level of car-body hunting in the daily operation of railway vehicles, on the basis of the original evaluation methodology, an evaluation method of car-body hunting was proposed on the basis of peak count. The car-body lateral acceleration was taken as the research object, and a statistical analysis was carried on for the peak value distribution of the acceleration. The influence of different vibration frequencies on the ride comfort was taken into account, simultaneously. Taking the measured vibration signals of a certain type of CRH as an example, the consistency of the evaluation results of these two methods has been calculated and compared. The analysis results show that the proposed method has a good consistency with the lateral Sperling index in the evaluation of car-body hunting, and it can effectively detect the phenomenon of car-body hunting and classify the level during the operation. The proposed method was verified by the measured data from EMU, it could also be promoted and applied to other railway vehicles with different running speeds.

      摘要:For the domestic suspended monorail transit system which is still in its infancy, the reasonable determination of vehicle dynamic envelope is one of the main factors to ensure the system economy. Based on a self-developed and tested suspension monorail vehicle, the differences of the components of the dynamic envelope between suspension monorail vehicle and traditional rail vehicle were analyzed. The general idea and basic principle of the dynamic envelope calculation of suspension monorail vehicle were put forward. The components of the dynamic envelope were listed in detail, and the calculation formula was provided. The accuracy of the calculation method was verified by comparing the calculation results with the experimental results. The relevant calculation methods can provide reference for the calculation of dynamic envelope of suspension monorail vehicles with different structures.

      摘要:As a key component of the vehicle's secondary suspension, the performance of air springs directly affects the comfort and safety of the vehicle. Using a double suspension frame module with mid-set air springs as the research object, the light tourist maglev train dynamic model was established, and comparing the dynamic performance under different horizontal and vertical stiffness conditions, according to the comfort, safety and structural requirements of the vehicle, the optimal range of air spring horizontal stiffness and vertical stiffness was analyzed, as well as the influence of different vehicle body mass center heights on the selection of air spring stiffness. The results show that as the height of the center of mass of the vehicle body increases, the required horizontal stiffness of the air spring increases correspondingly, but the selection of the vertical stiffness has no obvious effect on it.

      摘要:Based on the principle of hydraulic anti-kink system, a four-module single vehicle type tram model with traditional wheelsets and a simplified dynamic model of the anti-kink system was established for the bending phenomenon caused by the single-type tram passing through the curve. The force condition and the dynamic performance of tram passing through C-shaped circular curve and S-shaped curves with different intermediate straight line lengths were compared and analyzed under the action of anti-kink system. The results show that: 1) In terms of limits, the anti-kink system can make the head-shaking angle difference between the front and following car body and the bogie of the same module tend to be consistent on a small radius curve, effectively reducing the maximum head-shaking angle of the vehicle, and preventing the vehicle from bending on the curve. 2) In terms of dynamics, when passing the C-shaped circular curve and the S-shaped curve with a long intermediate straight line, the installation of the anti-kink system is conducive to the smooth entry of the rear vehicle into the curve, the wheel-rail lateral force and the derailment coefficient of the front guide wheel of the same module increase slightly, while the wheel-rail lateral force and the derailment coefficient of the following guide wheel guide decrease. When passing the S-shaped curve with a short intermediate straight line, the installation of the anti-kink system is not conducive to the curve passing, in the same module, the wheel-rail lateral force and the derailment coefficient of the front and the following guide wheel both increase. 3) It is not recommended to install hydraulic anti-kink system on the S-shaped curve when the length of the intermediate straight line is less than the fixed distance of the bogie; On the contrary, the tram may consider installing hydraulic anti-kink system.

      摘要:In order to study the axle load transfer of low-medium speed maglev tractor, the theoretical calculation formula of axle load transfer of maglev tractor was derived, and the axle load transfer results of maglev tractor under quasi-static condition were obtained.. At the same time, through the dynamic model of maglev tractor, the influence rule of different factors on the axle load transfer of maglev tractor was analyzed. By comparing the axle load transfer results obtained by the two methods under ideal working conditions, the difference is comparatively small, it shows that the dynamic method can be used to evaluate the axle load transfer of tractor. The results of axle load transfer based on dynamic method show that: the higher the traction point height is, the lower the adhesion availability of maglev tractor, and this trend is more obvious when the height of traction point is higher than that of couplers; the longitudinal partial load of car body has a great influence on adhesion availability and the best control range is less than or equal to 0.1 m; the arrangement of primary suspension system shall adopt the suspension with symmetrical axle box spring arrangement or the rotating arm positioning suspension system with consistent orientation; The vertical stiffness of suspension system of maglev tractor has little effect on adhesion availability.

      摘要:Research was carried out on the weight calculation and equipment layout optimization methods of five-module articulated floating tram. According to the material mechanics method, a tram weight calculation method was proposed. Compared with the calculated results based on FE finite element model, the error was less than 4%, which proved that the weight calculation accuracy was high. Based on Isight optimization platform, multi-objective optimization algorithm was adopted to improve the equipment layout. Because of its low optimization efficiency and only searching the local optimal solution, the mixed integer linear programming algorithm was finally proposed to develop the tram equipment layout optimization model. The optimization model comprehensively considered various constraints such as equipment interference, equipment clearance, maintenance space and equipment binding to search the global optimal solution, so as to greatly improve the efficiency of equipment layout optimization, and the axle and wheel weight deviation were optimized to 0 in the state of reconditioning. Based on the equipment layout parameters in the state of reconditioning, the wheel weight deviations were less than 1.5% in the conditions of full seat, load and overweight. The accuracy and efficiency of the method can meet the needs of engineering applications.

      摘要:The locomotive is in development of high speed and heavy load and the designed running speed is continuously increased, which leads to the challenges in the fatigue evaluations of locomotive body. Fatigue evaluation is the key component for locomotive design, which takes the key role for the working safety of the locomotive. The local model of weld in different types was established in finite element model of the exported CEA3A1 AC-drive passenger electric locomotive body. BS EN 12663-1: 2010 was used to establish the 8 fatigue load cases. TB/T 3548—2019 was used to select the FAT90 fatigue curve for the fatigue evaluations. The effects of the weld toe sizes on the fatigue evaluations of the locomotive body were further investigated. Based on the obtained data, the calculate model of original design standard was revised, the computational model of weld can be improved with consideration of the weld shapes, which was successfully applied to the CEA3A1 AC-drive passenger electric locomotive body. Results indicate that the effect of weld toe on stress can be related with the weld toe sizes and the stress levels of the weld. Under the condition of full penetration, the weld can lead to the increase of the geometrical area of the joint causing the increase of the loading area. This is the reason for the decrease of the stresses of the weld. Under the condition of the elimination of the mesh sensitivity, the stress level of the weld can be decreased effectively with consideration of the effect of the weld toe in the establishment of models. This means that the computation is generally conservative without consideration of the weld toe. The modified formula on the effect of weld toe size on the stress was proposed to consider the effect of the weld toe in the computational model. It was found that 3×3 mm weld toe can lead to the thinning effects of the joint plates by 43.3% and 32.5% keeping the same fatigue stresses on the weld, 5×5 mm weld toe can lead to the thinning effects of the joint plates by 46.7% and 35.0%. This means that the structure weight near the joint can be optimally decreased with consideration of the weld toe strengthening effect.

      摘要:Aiming at an integrated module with high power, high heat flux gradient and non-uniform thermophysical conditions, heat transfer optimization design research was conducted based on uniform temperature technology. By using the research methods of numerical simulation and experimental testing, the initial no-heat-pipe scheme and the equal-temperature heat pipe scheme, including the forward and inverted mounting methods, were compared. The results show that: under the same wind speed, compared with the initial radiator without heat pipe solution, the temperature rise of the even-temperature heat pipe solution of the flip-chip method is reduced by 10.3~11.0 K, the maximum drop is 18%, and the temperature uniformity effect is increased by 32.5%; compared with the inverted method, the temperature rise of the uniform temperature heat pipe solution of the formal installation method can be further reduced by 6.9~9.4 K, with the maximum dropping 19.3%, and the uniform temperature effect is further increased by 83.6%, which is very significant.

      摘要:Based on the analysis of operation test data of several 20 000-tonne heavy haul combined trains on Shuohuang railway line, the specific reasons and influencing factors causing excessive longitudinal impulse of 20 000-tone trains were obtained, mainly including large dynamic braking force adopted by the trains during air-braking release and the improper selection of air-braking release location on the long downhill grade line, as well as the operation process of the trains on the transition section between large and small downhill, etc. Then, the optimization schemes to alleviate longitudinal impulse were proposed, such as optimizing the dynamic braking force of the train, adjusting the air-braking release location. The field application after optimization shows that the longitudinal impulse of 20 000-tonne trains travelling from Shenchinan to Ningwuxi and Diliudeng to Houwen section of Shuohuang railway line have been significantly reduced respectively, which verifies the feasibility of the optimization measures.

      摘要:Slip is the most common failure form of elastic wheel. Aiming at this technical problem, an elastic wheel with mechanical anti-slip structure was specially designed. According to the operating conditions, the elastic wheel was simulated and analyzed, and it was proved that its strength and fatigue life met the technical requirements; through the anti-slip comparative test, the elastic wheel with anti-slip structure had obvious advantages over ordinary elastic wheels. By simulating the anti-skidding performance test under different temperature environments, it was proved that the elastic wheel with this structure had excellent anti slip performance at different temperatures. The modal and vibration frequency response of elastic wheel were analyzed and tested. The results showed that elastic wheel had high modal damping ratio and could restrain high-frequency vibration and radiated noise.

      摘要:The design of the direct drive transmission structure and the motor air path structure of the traction motor of the high-power permanent magnet direct drive electric locomotive was introduced. The heat dissipation simulation and temperature rise test verification of the permanent magnet motor were compared and analyzed. The temperature rise test of the motor with or without a coupling which proved that the coupling transmission structure had a positive improvement in the heat dissipation of the motor. Focusing on the research and experimental verification of the problem of the bearing high temperature rise in the test, and carrying out the motor temperature rise test under different rotational speeds and different conditions with or without a coupling, the relationship between temperature rise of motor bearing and heating of rotor permanent magnet was provided and analyzed. The magnetic steel segmented technology of rotor permanent magnet was used to reduce the magnetic loss of rotor. Through theoretical analysis and test, it was proved that the bearing temperature rise of magnetic steel segmented motor is significantly lower than that of non-magnetic steel segmented motor. Through the research on the heat dissipation technology of the permanent magnet direct drive motor, it was proved that the use of the magnetic steel segment technology for the motor rotor of the high-power permanent magnet direct drive electric locomotive can effectively reduce the motor loss, and the use of the direct drive motor to connect the coupling transmission structure further reduces the temperature rise of the motor. It lays a foundation for the subsequent high-power permanent magnet direct drive motor heat dissipation design and reliable application of high-power permanent magnet direct drive technology in the rail transit industry, and provides useful design experience.

      摘要:As the node of train network data gathering, storage and transmit which based on Ethernet, switches have been the core equipment of train network communication and control. By analyzing the application requirements of train control and diagnosis based on train communication network topology and Ethernet, and concluding the services to be provided by ETB and ECN switches, a function and performance test method for ETB switch and ECN switch was raised, which could cover the physical layer, data link layer, the network layer, the transport layer and the application layer. The physical layer was based on the general test method of electronic products of the rolling stock. The data link layer and network layer adopted throughput, latency, back-to-back tests, and tests based on the requirement of QoS and ARP. The transport layer and the application layer adopted end-to-end data communication test, IGMP test and SNMP test, with the detailed test configuration and steps. The test method could meet the requirements of real-time, security and reliability of switches in TCN based on Ethernet. At last, taking an ECN managed consist switch as an example, the test evaluation scheme was introduced. The scheme fully met the performance testing requirements of the layer 2 or layer 3 switches interface test. It also met the test requirements of process data, message data, best effort data transmission in the train network, and the test requirements of related protocols. By standardizing the test method, a new solution for Ethernet switch performance consistency control was provided.

      摘要:It will contribute to the energy saving and green development of railways by means of strengthening the research and application of regenerative braking energy utilization technology. In order to realize the direct and efficient use of regenerative braking energy, based on the principle of mutual scheduling use of regenerative braking energy between substations, a kind of regenerative braking energy utilization system for electrified railway that composed of an energy management device and an energy scheduling device was designed. Taking into account multiple constraints, including the traction load demand, regenerative braking energy, system rated power, preset scheduling threshold and so on, an optimal control strategy was proposed. Finally, comprehensive on-site tests were carried out through demonstration project. The test results show that the system design is reasonable, the control strategy is correct and feasible, and the regenerative braking energy utilization rate reaches 62.5%, which meets design expectations.

      摘要:In order to solve the power quality problems of negative sequence, reactive power and harmonics in the traditional traction network, in the modular multilevel converter structure of railway power conditioner (MMC-RPC), by introducing the backstepping control theory to design the current inner loop instead of the traditional double closed-loop current inner loop design, a backstepping vector control strategy suitable for MMC-RPC was proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of MMC-RPC was established. Secondly, the principle and design process of the backstepping vector control strategy were discussed in detail. Finally, taking the V/v transformer power supply as an example, the MMC-RPC simulation model was built by MATLAB/Simulink. Compared with the traditional double closedloop vector control simulation, the results show that the control strategy can stably track the given signal when the system parameters change, improve the dynamic and static performance and robustness of the system, and have lower current harmonic distortion.

      摘要:The traction power supply system will have high amplitude transient overvoltage after lightning stroke, which will affect the stable operation of railway transportation system. In order to effectively evaluate the transient characteristics of traction power supply system under lightning impulse, a T-type transient model of catenary tower and a lightning propagation simulation method of traction power supply system was proposed. Based on a 110/27.5 kV traction substation, the transient simulation model of its low-voltage side branch under lightning impulse was established, and the transient characteristics of main electrical equipment were analyzed. The results show that the peak value of lightning overvoltage on the low voltage side of traction transformer decreases linearly with the increase of lightning counterattack distance; the current decreases with the increase of distance, but the decreasing range slows down and shows a saturation trend. Through the comparison of different configuration schemes of lightning arrester in traction substation, it was concluded that the installation of lightning arrester on the low-voltage output side of traction transformer is the best scheme.

      摘要:In view of the problem that the train need be switched in AC and DC power supply system, an inspection circuit and control method were designed to inspect the AC and DC power supply system. The scheme could accurately calculate the real grid voltage to judge the corresponding system mode under the conditions of the train such as traction, braking, idling and passing the phase separation, and control the traction system of train to work in a matching state. When the abnormality occurs, it could automatically inspect and protect. It was proved that the scheme could effectively improve the safety and reliability of trains through the application and test of existing trains in AC 25 kV and DC 3 000 V power supply system.
