      摘要:On the basis of reviewing the "dispute between high-speed maglev and high-speed railway" in the 1990s, the facing new situations and changes in the development of high-speed maglev in China were analyzed. Drawing on the relevant experience of the planning and construction of the Japan's central Shinkansen, the necessities of China's development of high-speed maglev were analyzed from following aspects: implementing the development strategy of transportation power, maintaining China's leading position in the transportation field, enriching the comprehensive transportation system, meeting passenger travel needs, driving the development of related industries, promoting the upgrading of industrial structure, and promoting the regional integration development, et. Finally,taking into account the national development strategy, economic development level, passenger travel needs, existing and planning transportation system, and other factors, the initial, short-term and long-term development strategies were proposed.

      摘要:Focus on the communication delay between the master and slave control locomotive, a detailed longitudinal dynamic simulation model considering the communication delay was established based on the multi-body dynamics theory. The influence of communication delay on longitudinal impulse of train during cycle braking on 12‰ heavy and long descending grade was simulated. Furthermore, the analysis of influence of communication delay on longitudinal impulse under different dynamic braking forces were completed. The simulation results indicated that both the longitudinal tractive force and pressing force increased with the increase of the communication delay, and the position of the maximum pressing force moved towards the train tail as the delay increased. Moreover, the communication delay had a significant effect on the negative acceleration of the vehicles. For the slave control locomotive, the negative accelerations increased with the increase of delays. For the other vehicles, the change of the delays would cause the fluctuation of negative accelerations. Furthermore, the effects of communication delay on longitudinal impulse were in coincide under different dynamic braking forces in air brake process. In air brake release process, the smaller the dynamic braking force was applied, the more significant effect of communication delay on longitudinal impulse exhibits.

      摘要:In view of the safety problem of 160 km/h concentrated power EMU in push-pull operation, a software named SIMPACK was used to build the dynamic model of EMU. Simulation analysis of safety on EMU was conducted in different traction modes. The safety and stability of its straight line running and the running under crosswind were analyzed, then the safety and stability of push-pull operation and traction operation were analyzed. The results show that, for the special conditions of push-pull operation,there is almost no difference of safety indexes with traction operation, and a certain increase of stability indexes, which still meet the operational requirements. A maximum allowable run speed is 156.7 km/h at a crosswind speed of 30 m/s, which is 20% lower than the maximum allowable speed of traction operation. The ability to resist crosswind in push-pull condition is significantly reduced.

      摘要:In order to meet the needs of servicing and maintenance of power centralized EMU, there are more and more new maintenance facilities for power centralized EMU and upgrading and reconstruction projects for existing passenger service center. Combined with technical parameters and operation characteristics of power centralized EMU, similarities and differences with high-speed EMUs and ordinary speed trains were compared and analyzed; According to the technical characteristics of electric vehicles,trailers, and control vehicles powered by concentrated EMUs, and comparing with the existing mature repair system of electric locomotive and railway passenger car, the vehicle operation mode suitable for EMUs and the repair schedule for D1-D6 repairs were put forward. The design requirements for the newly built or renovated of the maintenance facilities for power centralized EMU were studied, which guided the design of the new construction and reconstruction project of the maintenance facilities for the power centralized EMU of Shanghai railway administration group co., ltd.

      摘要:During the early operation stage of Qingdao metro line 2, the trains were delayed many times caused by sliding plug door fault. To assure the train's safety operation, this paper focused on the typical faults in the early operation stage of Qingdao metro line 2, analyzed the faults from train operation conditions, control logic of the faults and faults active conditions, summarized the root cause of the faults in detail, and provided the corresponding improvement measures accordingly. It was proved that these measures could decrease the door fault rate, and improve the operation reliability of the metro trains. This research provided valuable reference for other metro projects in installation, commissioning and maintenance, and provided basis for quick fault location and treatment.

      摘要:Based on the background of the rapid development of urban rail transit, the development course of straddle-type monorails and suspended monorails was expounded, as well as the application of straddle-type monorails in China and abroad, and the technical maturity of straddle-type monorails was discussed. The main scheme and characteristics of the straddle-type monorail electrical traction system were mainly introduced, the advantages and drawbacks of the main grounding protection schemes were analyzed and compared, and the key technology and promotion of straddle-type monorail vehicle were prospected.

      摘要:In order to effectively solve the problem of electric erosion of traction motor bearing, from the source of shaft voltage,the cause of common mode voltage was studied, and the parasitic capacitance of motor was analyzed. Combined with the common mode circuit of metro vehicles, the optimization scheme was proposed from the source, intermediate process and terminal. The three optimization schemes were proved that could effectively reduce the shaft voltage of traction motor with analysis. Furthermore, the scheme 1 was verified. The results showed that it could effectively reduce the shaft voltage of traction motor to below 100 V, which achieved the optimization goal. The effective and economical scheme 1 was finally selected for optimization by comparative selection and experimental verification.

      摘要:The conventional method is to use two sets of system equipment for dual redundancy design to improve the logic control unit (LCU) reliability. An optimal design scheme based on dual modular redundancy technology was proposed based on analyzing various redundancy schemes by considering economy and reliability. Combined with specific working conditions and failure modes, the redundancy mode of key modules was optimized, and the relevant redundant hardware and redundant control algorithms were redesigned. Finally, an experimental test platform was built, and the basic operation ability, fault detection ability, redundancy switching ability and communication ability of the designed LCU were tested. It was verified that the basic functions of LCU could be realized in normal operation and the protection of redundancy switching function to the operation of LCU in fault condition, which proved the functional integrity and reliability of the dual modular redundant design scheme.

      摘要:R-NAT is the core technology of real-time Ethernet. In this paper, a method of R-NAT implementation based on FPGA is proposed, and the corresponding program of FPGA is designed. The simulation and actual test results showes that R-NAT implemented by FPGA had correct function and can process Ethernet packets at line speed. The performance of Ethernet packet processing is far exceeding the embedded CPU.

      摘要:RSU (roller search unit) automatic alignment system which is based on laser profile measurement theory ensures that the RSU is always above the center of the rail, so that the ultrasonic can scan the rail normally and ensuring normal flaw detection. In order to solve the difficult problems of alignment control application, the automatic alignment control algorithm was improved and the automatic segment compensation method for alignment control benchmark based on rail head wear was proposed. The proposed algorithm solved the problem of 0 degree bottom wave loss in the case of severe rail head wear and normal control deviation of the alignment system. With actual rail lines test, it was proved that the improved algorithm could reduce the 0 degree bottom wave loss and improve the flaw detection effect on the wear rail lines.

      摘要:Power centralized EMU had become a research hotspot in this field because of its remarkable advantages in maintainability, safety and flexible marshalling. In order to meet the top-level technical index requirements of the new generation power centralized EMU system, in this paper, a high integrated lightweight traction converter was designed, then the main circuit topology, working principle, performance parameters and key technologies of the traction converter of the power centralized EMU were introduced, and cooling system design points and the system availability under the faults of high-power traction converter were focused on. The full load ground operation test showed that the converter had good control performance and reliable operation, which met the requirements of overall design and application.

      摘要:By using LLC converter and medium frequency transform instead of traditional power frequency transformer, the medium frequency auxiliary converter in railway vehicles can improve the switching frequency and reduce the volume and weight of the magnetic components. In order to improve the design and verification methods of the auxiliary control unit (ACU), a semi-physical simulation for medium frequency auxiliary converter was studied in this work, which was constructed with a real-time simulation system, a signal processing system, a data acquisition system, ACU and a host computer. The correctness and effectiveness of the simulation system were verified by comparison between the simulation results and actual test results.

      摘要:In view of the current status of IGBT failures causing serious consequences in traction converter, several common IGBT power module failure modes were analyzed, crowbar protection circuit and principle were introduced, and the qualitative and quantitative comparisons of with/without crowbar protection circuit in various failure modes were carried out with circuit analysis and energy density simulation. Finally, the effectiveness of crowbar protection circuit in preventing the single-device short circuit then causing bridge-through faults, reducing module damage, and preventing device damage due to the single-device short circuit failure was verified by multiple tests.

      摘要:The basic principle of over voltage suppression for voltage-limiting chopper circuit of traction converters was introduced in details, and the selection criteria of voltage-limiting resistor was provided. Newton's law of cooling was derived to obtain the real-time estimation formula of the voltage-limiting resistor temperature, and the over voltage protection strategy of the resistor was proposed. The results of temperature estimation of the voltage-limiting resistor were given through experiments, and the effectiveness of the over voltage suppression method used was proved.

      摘要:Currently, detection systems of rail flaw detection vehicles in China have automatic flaw recognition function, which has problems with low accuracy, high false alarm rate and occurrence of underreport because of the adoption of simple logic judgment method based on the existing rules. In view of problems proposed above, according to the characteristics of ultrasonic testing data, an intelligent rail flaw recognition system based on deep learning and support vector machine was proposed in this paper. Depth separable convolution and selective search was adopted to locate the target, and support vector machine method based on manually constructed multidimensional features was used to classify the flaws image in the system. The effectiveness of this measure was verified through the test of manually marked samples from actual running line data. The result showed that the intelligent rail flaw recognition system had excellent performance in many technical indicators of which the flaw detection was 99.8%, the false alarm rate reduced to 12% and the accuracy of classification was over 95%.

      摘要:The locomotive ATO (automatic train operation) system is designed to replace the operation of drivers, which could achieve train running punctuality and energy saving on the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the train. For supporting the precise optimization control strategy of the locomotive automatic train operation system, a large number of outstanding driver's experience operation data was collected to provide scientific guidance for automatic train control, and at the same time, the data of the special sections of the actual operating lines was collected to provide the basic navigation information for the control system. In order to provide the data to the locomotive ATO device in real time, a pre-stored data processing technology based on the train operation monitoring and recording device LKJ2000 was studied and implemented. The accuracy rate of pre-stored data output was 100%, which had been verified in the locomotive ATO system application of multiple railway companies. This technology can provide reliable pre-stored data for the locomotive ATO system, meeting the needs of actual applications.

      摘要:In order to realize the intelligent management and maintenance of railway infrastructure, it's necessary to use 3D mobile measurement system to ef fi ciently obtain high-precision point cloud data and intelligently process the point cloud data. As the basic unit of railway infrastructure, rail track is the basis of geometric parameters calculation, so it is of great signi fi cance to automatically segment the rail track. Based on this, an automatic rail information extraction method was proposed based on 3D mobile measurement system point cloud data in this paper. Firstly, the angle information in the point cloud data was used to segment the track bed area, which effectively reduces the amount of calculation. Then, the ground points and non-ground points were separated by using fi ne grid division and dynamic threshold. Finally, DBSCAN clustering algorithm and RANSAC algorithm were used to complete the fi nal extraction of rail point cloud data. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, rail point cloud data of national railway scene and rail point cloud data of tunnel scene were selected for processing. The rail point cloud extraction accuracy of the railway scene and the tunnel scene were 96.32% and 97.54%, respectively, and the completeness were 92.14% and 94.87%respectively. The accuracy and completeness were both higher than 90%. The experimental results showed that the algorithm has the advantages of simple operation and accurate extraction results.

      摘要:In view of the accidental malfunction of relays and contactors during the operation of vehicles, a health management device for electrical cabinets was presented based on the concept of edge computing in this study. Specifically, the data of voltage and current of the key loops of electrical cabinets were obtained through health management device in real time with a high speed, the real-time monitoring, status assessment, logic control analysis, malfunction diagnosis and residual life prediction throughout the life cycle of electrical cabinets could be achieved based on a recognition algorithm model. Hence, the health management device can improve the self-perception and health management capability of electrical cabinets and thus make vehicles more reliable. The usage of the device can also beneficial to the intelligent maintenance of electrical cabinets and optimize maintenance costs.

      摘要:The basis of computer interlocking software is the selection of data structure of interlocking software and the design of path searching algorithm. The software of the traditional computer interlocking system needs to make a lot of modifications when the structure of the station changes. In order to improve the flexibility and reusability of the interlocking system and reduce labor force, on one hand, the planar station map was constructed by dragging and pulling controls to achieve the purpose of flexible reconstruction of the planar station map; on the other hand, the data structure of single-linked list was established by using the similarity between binary tree and station data structure. On this basis, a new computer interlocking route search algorithm was proposed by using recursive algorithm to achieve the goal of reusing the upper computer software of the whole computer interlocking system. The whole computer interlocking upper computer software was written and implemented in object-oriented language on VS2015 development platform,which provided convenience for the late reformation of the station.

      摘要:In view of the frequent occurrence of tripping in a domestic passenger dedicated line traction substation, which brought safety hazards to the normal operation of the power supply system and the high-speed trains. In order to seek the mechanism of the fault and guide the construction of high-speed railway in the future, this paper firstly used the impedance ratio criterion to establish the transfer function model of the closed loop system of the vehicle-grid system, revealed the mechanism of low-frequency oscillation caused by impedance parameter mismatch, and analyzed the low frequency oscillation caused by network voltage-power limit protection of high-speed trains. Then the vehicle-grid system simulation model was built and joint simulation was performed to reproduce the field fault phenomenon based on MATLAB/Simulink software. The theoretical analysis and simulation of this paper validated the two causes of low frequency oscillation, which can provide guidance for the actual field oscillation suppression, and thus ensure the stable and safe operation of the vehicle-grid system.

      摘要:Understanding the degradation level of railway catenary is helpful to ensure the safe operation of locomotives. In order to improve the rationality and accuracy of the traditional K-means algorithm, the density value factor was introduced to improve the precision of data clustering, which called IK-means. The IK-means algorithm was used to divide high-speed railway catenary mode,which divided a railway catenary state of degradation into five types, including normal, mild degradation, moderate degradation, and severe degradation and failure state. The condition of the railway catenary degradation was assessed through CHMM. Simulation test results showed that the assessment accuracy was higher than 92.67%, which verified the reliability of the proposed method in this paper.

      摘要:As one of the high-frequency vulnerable parts of the switches, the line contactor in Fuxing CR400BF EMUs connects the four-quadrant converters. The fault characteristics of the line contactor were calculated from the perspectives of model, vehicle group, and number of vehicles based on the actual operating fault data. The results showed that within 150 000 kilometers of travel distance, the number of faults found in warehouse inspection accounted for 95.5% of the total frequency of line contactor failures;According to the characteristics of Exponential distribution, Weibull distribution and Normal distribution, the fault mileage parameters were identified and then the K-S test was adopted. The result showed that the K-S test statistic of Weibull distribution was the smallest and the significance level was the highest, which used to describe the fault frequency distribution function of the line contactor can be more reasonable. The analysis result of the histogram method showed that the fault frequency of the line contactor within a mileage of 360 000 kilometers accounted for 55.7% of the total fault frequency of the line contactor, at the stage of which, the maintenance of the line contactors should be strengthened.

      摘要:In order to effectivity improve the reliability level of the software in rail transit field, it is necessary to research and apply the software reliability technology. Software reliability testing is the key of software reliability technology. Based on the traditional software test, the theory and method of software reliability test were studied. The application experience of related technologies in network control and transmission control software in rail transit field were summarized to achieve the goal of quantificational evaluating and improving the reliability of the software from the user perspective.
