      摘要:With the rapid development of urban rail transit and the continuous improvement of intelligent requirements, and in order to promote the transformation of the maintenance mode of urban rail vehicle traction drive systems from "planned repair"and"trouble repair" to "condition repair", the vehicle-ground integrated system solutions of urban rail vehicle condition repair was proposed. Then, intelligent operation and maintenance platform of FORESEE was created. Focusing on key components such as traction motors, converters, high-voltage parts, and running parts, a series of multi-information fusion online fault detection and status assessment methods that maximized the use of existing control signals were proposed, as well as prediction technology combined with degradation mechanism models and large data mining component life, and related technology were applied and verified, which could realize active and accurate maintenance of equipment, ensure the safety of urban rail vehicles and improve the economy of maintenance.

      摘要:Research on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle-end inner windshield in high-speed EMUs is an important part of improving the dynamic performance of the vehicle-end connection system. The vehicle-end inner windshield system of high-speed EMUs was briefly introduced, and the natural vibration characteristics of the vehicle-end inner windshield was obtained through modal test. Based on the 350 km/h high-speed EMUs, the vibration test of the inner windshield and the mounting frame was carried out, and the dynamic relationship between the inner windshield and the vehicle end connection system was compared and analyzed whether or not the outer windshield had clearance. The research showed that the first eight natural vibration frequencies of the the vehicle-end inner windshield were close to each other, which made the main frequency range of the inner windshield vibration increase, and was susceptible to elastic resonance caused by broadband vibration during train operation. When there was no gap between the outer windshield, the multi-order natural frequency of the inner windshield was excited under the broadband vibration excitation of the windshield frame. When there was a gap between the outer windshield, the frequency of the pressure changed in the cavity caused the inner windshield to generate forced vibration. The study could provide reference for the design of the inner windshield fatigue life and the dynamic performance of the inner windshield structure.

      摘要:The main properties of carbon fiber composites material (CFRP) were introduced, and the principle of electromagnetic shielding was expounded. Electromagnetic shielding characteristics of carbon fiber composite material was studied by electromagnetic shielding test compared with aluminum, aluminum alloy and carbon steel. When CFRP was used as train car body material, some key issues which should be paid attention to were summarized in electromagnetic design, the electromagnetic shielding characteristics of carbon fiber composite materials in the frequency range of 10×103-40×109 Hz were analyzed. Some reasonable suggestion was provided for the use of the CFRP electromagnetic characteristic.

      摘要:The water cooling heatsink (WCH) and the plate-fin heat exchanger (PFHE) are the two core heat exchange components in the water-cooling system. The thermal performance test for the WCH and the PFHE is a normal type test. Usually, WCH and PFHE were separately tested in two different professional test platforms under normal conditions. On the basis of the similarities and differences between the test conditions of the WCH and PFHE, a multifunctional integrated test platform that can be compatible with WCH and PFHE was developed in this paper, which could be compliantly used for performance testing of water cooling system, and be helpful for the verification of the parameter in the water cooling system. According to the data of a validating test case, the relative error of the coolant flux was less than 1%, the relative temperature error was less than 2%, and the relative error of the temperature rise and flow resistance test results of the application case was less than 5%.

      摘要:The system scheme of eddy current braking test-bed was designed to study the influencing factors of eddy current braking, and the functions of each module of the system were briefly introduced. The mechanical system of the test-bed was elaborated, and the size of the track wheel, the power of the motor and the moment of inertia of the test-bed were determined. Finally, the eddy current braking force of the test-bed was calculated theoretically and simulatedly, and compared with the measured data of the high-speed maglev train eddy current braking, which showed that the error between the three is very small.

      摘要:In order to improve the availability of EMUs in the event of a grounding fault in the traction system, and reduce the difficulty of troubleshooting for after-sales personnel, a method for automatically locating the ground point was proposed, this method combined voltage type grounding dection circuit and current type grounding dection circuit, which could realize the function of automatically locating the ground point and automatically removing the grounding part through software. The verification showed that the method in this paper could automatically locate the grounding positions, and automatically perform different levels of protection according to different grounding positions through software, which improved the availability of the train and greatly improved the efficiency of dealing with grounding fault, and provided a reference for the design of subsequent EMUs.

      摘要:The acceleration data in crash test of railway vehicles is an important reference for evaluating the crashworthiness of vehicles. Because of the large mass and stiffness of the rail vehicles, the acceleration waveform of railway vehicles crash test is different from that of car crash test. So it is necessary to carry out the type selection test for the crash acceleration sensor of rail vehicles. By comparing the acceleration sensor data with different damping coefficients and different ranges in the same batch of tests, an acceleration sensor suitable for the crash test of rail vehicles was obtained. The experimental results showed that the acceleration sensor with damping coefficient around 0.4-0.8 and range around 1 000g -2 000g was more suitable for the railway vehicle crash test.

      摘要:There are many types and different shapes of rail defects. Even for the same type of defect, there are differences in the B-Scan images of the ultrasonic rail defect detection software. When the B-Scan image of a certain type of defect changes over a certain range, the detection software cannot identify this type of defect. Therefore, a classification for rail defects based on image processing algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the Tamura texture feature algorithm was combined with the local binary pattern algorithm to extract the feature values of the defect images, and form feature vectors. Secondly, the feature vectors of different kinds of defects were trained by support vector machine, and the optimal classification function was obtained. Finally, the category of untrained defects could be predicted by the optimal classification function. The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm achieved high accuracy in the classification of rail defect images.

      摘要:It is difficult to extract fault features of axle box bearings of high-speed train. To solve this problem, an improved empirical wavelet transform based on spectrum trend and frequency band combination was proposed and applied to the fault diagnosis of high-speed train bearings. Firstly, by using empirical mode decomposition, the spectrum trend of the fault signal according to the IMF component judgment criterion was extracted, and the initial spectrum boundary point was obtained. Then, the fault information judgment index of each initial frequency band was calculated, and the adaptive threshold was obtained to determine the initial frequency band, the validity of the spectrum was re-divided by combining the invalid frequency bands. Finally, the empirical wavelet transform was carried out to pass each frequency band through the orthogonal filter bank, and the obtained component signals were subjected to Hilbert transform to obtain the fault characteristic frequency of the bearing. Through simulation and experimental verification, the improved EWT method could accurately extract the fundamental frequency and frequency doubling component of the bearing fault characteristic frequency, and effectively determine the bearing fault.

      摘要:Starting from simulation analysis, wind tunnel test and line test, the influence of installing front-end guide device and air spring local diversion protection device on bogie to the snow and ice in the air spring part of the train was comprehensively analyzed. The study found that, after adopting the combined optimization scheme of global diversion and local diversion protection, obvious downward pressure appeared in the front of the bogie, the air flow velocity at the upper part of the bogie area decreased, and the air flow velocity at the lower part increased. On the one hand, the direct impact of the air flow mixed with snowflakes on the bogie area reduced, and on the other hand, the air in the lower part without contacting the bogie structure passed through the bogie quickly, which reduced the snow on the key components of the bogie on the whole; the airflow vortex at the air spring was significantly reduced, ensuring the snow particles can not to be brought into the area near the air spring easily. The amount of snow in the area of the bogie overhead spring was reduced by nearly 80%, and only a small amount of snow was found in the gap of the connecting parts, which had little impact on the stability and comfort of the train, and improved the adaptability of the train in the alpine and snowy area.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem that the current DC 600 V power supply system can only diagnose a few of fault modes and has poor universality, a simulation model of DC 600 V power supply system was built, and various fault modes of power supply system were analyzed, such as input terminal, intermediate circuit, output terminal grounding, etc.; The key features of fault waveform were selected and extracted, then the random forest classifier method was used to solve the problem that the existing diagnosis methods were not universal. The verification results show that the method can accurately diagnose multiple ground fault modes, and has better universality and maintainability.

      摘要:In order to improve the curve passing performance of HTS (high-temperature superconducting) maglev vehicle, aiming at the nonlinear characteristics of suspension system and high-temperature superconducting levitation and guidance force, the dynamic model of HTS maglev vehicle which coupled lateral and vertical was established. The curve passing performance of suspension frame of HTS maglev vehicle was analyzed, and the lateral and vertical displacement of dewar were compared when the vehicle passed through the curve with or without superelevation. The simulation results show that the original H-frame is difficult to adapt to the line distortion of the transition curve section because there is no primary suspension when the vehicle passeing through the curve with superelevation, which makes some of the vertical displacement of dewar larger. Therefore, the optimization measures were carried out for the design scheme of suspension frame, and the analysis of the optimization scheme was given. The results show that adding rubber pad can increase the nodding freedom between longitudinal and horizontal beam of H-frame. Furthermore, adding primary suspension between dewar and H-frame can improve the curve passing ability of vehicles. In addition, the effect of adding primary suspension is better. A suspension frame structure scheme which is beneficial to the curve passing of HTS maglev vehicle is carried out combining the two optimization schemes.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of reusing the main circuit of traction converter in battery traction mode of energy storage multi-current locomotive, which may lead to the voltage of battery to ground exceeding the rated insulation voltage and cause battery damage, the structure and control principle of the main circuit were introduced in detail, the voltage of battery to ground was analysised emphasisly, and the relationship of battery to ground voltage and middle DC voltage after boosting was obtained. Through MATLAB / Simulink, the simulation results were consistent with the analysis and calculation results.

      摘要:In order to simplify the topology structure of the traditional EMU charger, reduce the volume and weight of the equipment and improve the safety, the DAB was applied to the EMU charger. In view of the problem that the traditional single-phase-shifting (SPS) control strategy introduced too large current stress when the power was returned and the voltage did not match, a novel dual-phase-shifting control strategy was proposed, which added the optimal internal phase-shift ratio between the bridge arms of the high-voltage side to realize closed-loop control of output voltage and minimize the return power of DAB, reducing the current stress of switches. Detailed control algorithms and design procedures were presented, and MATLAB/Simulink simulation and experiment results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem that high frequency surge waveform testing method for fault diagnosis of interturn short circuit of motor winding had the disadvantage of being too sensitive and not portable, a portable MCA technology was introduced, which regarded the motor as a complex equivalent circuit including inductance and resistance, applied a high frequency sine wave to motor with ALL-TEST IV Pro motor fault detector, and produced three key parameters: the impedance, the doubling frequency value and the phase angle, so as to realize the quick diagnosis and location of the fault such as interturn short circuit of motor winding and the broken guide bar of the squirrel cage rotor. The test results showed that this method could improve the accuracy of motor fault diagnosis.

      摘要:A human poseture capture and prediction alcognition was proposed, which was used to identify violated driver. Firstly, driver behavior or action captured by camera was split into a set of successive frames with human poseture. Then each poseture in a frame was recognized by deep learning network and a type of behaviors composed by a set of poseture was classified via logistic regression model. Finally, the association between detected driver behaviors and locomotive LKJ data was applied in the recognition of violated driver. Compared with the daily random-check approach by inspectors in locomotive depots, this way was more reasonable and efficient. However, the accuracy of it was limited by the resolution of surveillance cameras in the driving cab of locomotive.

      摘要:The feasibility of bilaterally-fed AC traction power supply system is up to the balanced current. A method was proposed in this paper to predict the balanced current i.e., measuring the voltages of the traction power networks on both sides in the section post, and then dividing the no-load voltage difference by the total system impedance that was referred to the traction networks. Firstly, the power supply schemes of trolley-rail & negative-feeder (TRNF) and auto-transformer were studied. Secondly, the balanced current prediction method was verified with the IEEE 14-bus test system. Finally, the feasibility of bilaterally-fed power supply scheme on the Batuta-Jungar railway was discussed. The test shows that the errors of the balanced current are approximately equivalent to the no-load current of the traction network, so the proposed method can be used in the studies of bilaterally-fed and continuous co-phase power supply schemes.

      摘要:The safety and reliability of drive control unit is one of the important factors for the train stable operation, which should be designed and evaluated in safety integrity. Taking the drive control unit software safety certification as an example, and combining with EN 50128:2011 standard, in-depth study and practical application on the technology and implementation method of safety integrity assessment were carried out. Focusing on the activities of design and test certification based on the life cycle process, the whole work according to the third-party assessment organization was summarized, which provided reference basis and reference value for safety certification of urban rail transit software products.

      摘要:In order to verify the feasibility of the suspension parameters design methods of undercar equipment of high-speed trains, this paper compared and analyzed the application effects of the three design methods. Firstly, the application conditions of vibration isolation design method, dynamic vibration absorber design method and dynamic design method were described respectively. Then, the suspension parameter of traction transformer of a certain type of high-speed train in China was taken as an example, and the suspension parameter of transformer was designed based on three methods respectively. Finally, the designed suspension parameters were substituted into the model of the vehicle equipment system, and the feasibility of the three design methods were compared and analyzed. The result showed that, the vibration isolation design method and dynamic vibration absorber design method had not considered vehicle equipment coupled vibration characteristics and device excitation itself. According to the dynamic design method, the transformer suspension parameter was chosen 0.90-1.10 when the vehicle system could both have better ride comfort and transformer could also has good vibration characteristic. The dynamic design method was more feasible than the traditional two methods. The conclusions of this paper could provide a basis for the design method selection of suspension parameters of undercar equipment in railway vehicles.

      摘要:The noise characteristics of metro energy feedback converter were experimentally studied to analyze the main noise source, noise transmission rules and the acoustic performance of the inlet/outlet structure. The outlet resistance muffler was designed specifically and verified by test. The results showed that the fan was the main noise source and the product noise exceeding the standard was mainly caused by the fan noise transmission to the outlet directly. The scheme of outlet resistance muffler could effectively reduce the outlet noise transmission and the noise reduction at the outlet of fan could reach 17.33 dB(A). The relevant research in this paper has reference value for improving the acoustic performance of energy feedback converter and similar products and guiding the noise reduction design of product structure.

      摘要:Long-term vibrations often cause performance degradation or even failure of electromagnetic relays. In view of the working environment characteristics of electromagnetic relays, a vibration test scheme for electromagnetic relay was proposed. The test circuit was designed and tested. The test results showed that, when the vibration frequency is 40-130 Hz, and when the vibration acceleration increases, the release time and the bouncing time do not change signi fi cantly, the pull-in voltage decreases, the release voltage and contact resistance increase slowly, and the increase of the pick-up time and the fluctuation is the most obvious; Under the natural frequency 160 Hz, the performance parameters are obviously changed with the violent fluctuations, and the maximum fluctuation is about 2 times of other vibration conditions; Compared with the vibration frequency, the vibration acceleration has greater effect on the performance parameters. It was found that in the change of performance parameters of electromagnetic relay caused by vibration, the suction time is a more sensitive parameter.

      摘要:In order to ensure the safety of heavy haul train and satisfy the demand of development and maintenance of locomotive wireless reconnection system, a running data record software based Zlib compression techniques was developed. Based on the CPU board of locomotive wireless reconnection system, the line operation data of heavy haul train could be collected, compressed, recorded and downloaded through Ethernet to PC, and analyzed on ground analysis software. The proposed software had be applied in SS4 series and Shenhua locomotive wireless reconnection system, and provided precise field data for actual fault analysis, which was an important base for development and maintenance of the locomotive wireless consists system.

      摘要:As the axle weight of the locomotive continues to increase, the wheel-rail wear is intensified, and rail corrugation on the small radius curve becomes more and more common. Based on the theory of vehicle system dynamics, by establishing C0-C0 30 t axle heavy haul locomotive model, and using MATLAB software to simulate rail corrugation on the small radius curve as the external disturbance input, the influence of the small radius curve with rail corrugation on locomotive curve passing safety of heavy haul railway was studied. The results showed that the vertical force of the wheel-rail increased with the increasing of the wave depth, and decreased with the increasing of the wavelength. When the locomotive passed the small radius curve rail at a speed of not less than 70 km/h, it was highly probable that the wheel and rail would be instantaneously detached. In order to ensure the safety of the locomotive curve passing, the dynamic wheel load shedding rate, derailment coefficient and overturning coefficient were used as evaluation indexes. For the rail corrugation of different wave depths and wavelengths, the driving speed was proposed, that is, for rail corrugation with wave length of 300 mm and wave depth of 0.8 mm, the safe passing speed of locomotive couldn’t exceed 70 km/h; when rail corrugation is further developed and wave depth reaches 1.0 mm, the safe passing speed of locomotive couldn’t exceed 60 km/h.

      摘要:In the view of the lack of quantitative assessment in the performance assessment of the train communication network, a train communication network evaluation method, based on cloud model and combination weighting method, was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the performance evaluation system of train communication network and Opnet simulation platform were established, and the comprehensive weight was determined by the combination weighting method; Secondly, the evaluation cloud was generated by the cloud model, and the comprehensive cloud was obtained according to the comprehensive weight and the reverse cloud algorithm; Finally, the similarity between the comprehensive cloud of train communication network performance and the evaluation cloud was measured to realize the evaluation of train communication network performance. The example shows that the method could evaluate the performance of train communication network objectively and effectively, which provides a theoretical reference for the performance evaluation of train communication network.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of over temperature of relay surface in logic control cabinet of EMU, a heat dissipation structure was proposed to improve the relay surface temperature. Through simulation, the changes of relay surface temperature and inner cavity temperature of logic control cabinet before and after the improvement were analyzed when the logic control cabinet was in full power operation, and verified by temperature rise test. The simulation and test results showed that the heat dissipation structure could improve the relay surface temperature and the inner cavity temperature of the logic control box.

      摘要:Based on the current situation of metro vehicle operation energy consumption, the main components of metro energy consumption from two aspects of traction energy consumption and auxiliary energy consumption were analyzed, as well as the key influencing factors such as signal control vehicle, energy-saving slope and energy-saving power supply in line design. According to the analysis of the current situation of train energy consumption, energy-saving measures were proposed from the aspects of reducing train quality and improving the efficiency of key systems. The energy-saving effects brought by the application of new technologies such as high-frequency auxiliary converter, frequency conversion air-conditioning and intelligent lighting were analyzed, so as to provide reference for energy-saving optimization measures and metro vehicle application selection.

      摘要:The working condition of LLC resonant converter of high frequency auxiliary converter in DC 750 V power supply system was studied, the key problem that LLC was difficult to realize soft switch under this power level was found out, and suggestions on how to optimize the system parameters were put forward. Finally, the accuracy of the conclusion was verified by simulation and test results.

      摘要:According to the characteristics of the traction system of Wenzhou city EMUs, a control method for the inspection and protection of ground fault in the traction system of electric EMUs was proposed. The test results show that the method could accurately inspect the grounding area of the traction system, and implement different protection strategies according to the grounding area, which could improve the availability of the train while ensuring the safety of the traction system.

      摘要:In order to ensure the safety of operations, the risks of operation accidents such as fatality must be assessed, which were caused by failures of urban rail transit rolling stock system. The methods of hazard and operability study (HAZOP) and its implementation steps were described in detail, with emphasis on the four following stages of hazard analysis, preliminary hazard, (sub) system hazard, interface hazard, operation and support hazard. HAZOP combined with risk matrix was used to preliminary hazard analysis, and the as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) criteria was applied to assess the risk level of the preliminary hazards. Reasonable measures in terms of design, manufacturing, and operational maintenance to mitigate unacceptable preliminary risks should be added to make sure the residual risks were acceptable. The feasibility of the method was indicated in the practical application.
