      摘要:With the development of permanent magnet traction system, the requirements of high power density and high torque density are put forward for the motor. Thermal analysis becomes more and more important in the design process of the motor. Taking a permanent magnet direct drive synchronous traction motor for a metro vehicle as an example, based on the design method of thermal analysis, the main considerations in the design process, the choice of cooling mode, and the key parameters of the design of water-cooled frame were put forward, and the three-dimensional simulation results and test data were compared. The comparison results showed that the simulation value of stator temperature was in good agreement with the test data. The proposed design method could provide reference for the design engineer of permanent magnet direct drive synchronous traction motor.

      摘要:The necessity of sensorless control technology of permanent magnet traction system in the field of rail transit was introduced, the position estimation method based on the electromagnetic relation of permanent magnet motor was summarized, and the performance indexes of position sensor and sensorless control technology were compared, which proved that sensorless control technology could completely replace position sensor. Ground test and loading test showed that the sensorless control technology could fully meet the requirements of subway operation under various working conditions.

      摘要:Based on the vehicle dynamics theory, the torsional dynamic model of the elastic axle suspended direct drive system was established. By solving the system torsional vibration differential equation, the vibration reduction efficiency of the elastic coupling and its influencing factors were discussed. At the same time, a coupling structure suitable for the axle suspended direct drive system was proposed, and its key performance parameters were theoretically analyzed, designed and calculated. Finally, an example calculation and test verification were carried out by taking an axle suspended direct drive system of a certain urban rail vehicle as the design object. The results showed that the calculated value was consistent with the test value and met the design requirements.

      摘要:The origin and development status of rail grinding technology at home and abroad was summarized, and the classification of rail grinding technology at current stage was introduced, focusing on the principles of making grinding strategy for curve and straight rail. The main principles of rail profile design were summarized. The main influencing factors of grinding amount in grinding operation were analyzed and studied. It was put forward that rail grinding should be based on rail actual use state, and minimize the grinding cutting amount under the premise of meeting the target profile, ensuring the grinding depth and eliminating the defects. Finally, the research focus of rail grinding technology in the future was prospected.

      摘要:In view of the problem of torque transmission between wheels and axles of high-speed variable-gauge EMU bogies, three transmission schemes were put forward, which were roller spline transmission scheme, spline shaft transmission scheme and sleeve spline transmission scheme. The three schemes were compared, and the strength check and finite element analysis were carried out for the spline shaft transmission scheme and the sleeve spline transmission scheme. The results showed that the advantages of the sleeve spline drive scheme were outstanding, which should be considered firstly among the three drive modes.

      摘要:The 160 km/h powered centralized EMUs powered vehicle is a new type of passenger traction locomotive independently developed in China. It can form a power concentrated EMUs with the supporting trailers to improve the quality of passenger transportation on ordinary speed lines. This paper introduced the general design idea of the power car in detail from the key technical characteristics and technical parameters, traction performance calculation, general equipment layout, electrical system, mechanical system, etc. According to the line operation test data, it was verified that the overall design scheme of power car power development, traction braking characteristics, braking performance, operation safety, operation stability and other aspects was reasonable.

      摘要:For the meter rail DMU exported to Malaysian, diesel electric drive power pack suspended at the lower part of the car body was designed and developed for satisfying the installation requirements of the narrow space at the lower part of the meter rail vehicle. At present, the power pack is the one with a small overall dimension and a high integration, which has passed simulation calculation verification, bench type test and line operation evaluation, and has been used in batches for DMUs exported to Malaysia meter rail.

      摘要:At present, grease lubrication is widely used in motor rolling bearings. However, the bearing DN value increases rapidly with the increasing of motor speed and power for the factor that the lubricating grease is semi-solid with poor flow and heat dissipation ability. Thus, the key problem of utilizing grease lubrication in bearing is how to control the temperature rise of bearings. The relationship between the flow law of grease in rolling bearings and the temperature rise of bearings was explained. Moreover, the effective control strategy for temperature rise of grease-lubricated rolling bearings was proposed from the aspects of bearing clearance, type and filling amount of grease, lubrication sealing configuration and running-in mode.

      摘要:Aiming at the internal overvoltage phenomenon during high-speed train operation, the overvoltage formation mechanism and its influencing factors were analyzed by taking the case of the overvoltage in passing neutral section and the overvoltage of pantograph raising and dropping, and a simulation model for verification was built. In order to reduce the internal overvoltage of high-speed train, three measures of parallel blocking high-pass filter in neutral section, adopting advanced co-phase traction power supply system and selecting suitable roof voltage transformer were proposed. The results showed that the internal overvoltage of the high-speed train was related to the voltage phase of the catenary at the time of operation and the impedance of the voltage transformer, the three overvoltage suppression methods proposed could effectively reduce the overvoltage with simulation.

      摘要:In order to study the influence mechanism of fluctuating pressure on the interior noise of the high-speed train, the pressure value of the external wall of a train was extracted by the method of combining the wavelet threshold de-noising and the correlation coefficient, and the value of the fluctuating pressure was obtained. The finite element method was used to establish the structure, flow field and the coupling model of flow- induced vibration. The modal frequency of the coupled system was analyzed, and the fluctuating pressure was loaded to the coupling model, and the displacement of the body structure and the change of the internal pressure of high-speed train were analyzed. The results showed that the vibration displacement at the window was the largest, and the vibration displacement of the body structure was related to the inherent characteristics of the body structure and the spectrum characteristics of the loading pressure. The internal pressure level of high-speed train was mainly concentrated in the middle and low frequency section below 100 Hz. The internal pressure on both sides of the body was larger than that in the middle part of the body. The pressure near the wall of the body was more susceptible to the modal influence of the body structure. The internal pressure level of high-speed train and the modal frequency of the coupling system were related to the vibration displacement characteristics of the body.

      摘要:According to the safety protection problem of the gap between platform edge door and train, the two automatic detection methods of laser correlation and infrared light curtain were introduced, which were wide spread adopted in the industry, and the detection problems of each were pointed out. A foreign object detection scheme based on laser scanning was proposed, including working principle, system design and installation method, etc. The solution was characterized by high reliability and high safety, precise positioning of obstacles, simple installation and unlimited by vehicle gauge, etc., and achieved more reliable safety protection for passengers and driving operations, especially in fully automatic driving mode.

      摘要:Electromagnetic eddy current braking devices often used in high-speed trains due to the advantages of not being limited by train adhesion and low attenuation. However, its large size and mass, and high temperature rise of magnetic poles, prevent it from further application. In this paper, a permanent magnet eddy current braking scheme was proposed based on the electromagnetic eddy current braking device. Based on theoretical calculations and simulation analysis, the air-gap magnetic fields of two eddy-current braking devices with the same pole distance and structure size were compared, and the relationship between eddy-current braking force and air-gap magnetic field was obtained. Braking force and attractive force of permanent magnet and electromagnetic eddy current braking devices under the same structure size were calculated and the changes of average temperature of magnetic poles of two devices with speed were compared. The results show that the braking force calculation methods of permanent magnet and electromagnetic eddy current braking are equivalent. The braking force of permanent magnet eddy current braking force under the same structure can reach 3.29 times of the electromagnetic eddy current braking with standard excitation parameters. When the braking force is the same, the temperature rise of the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet eddy current brake is smaller.

      摘要:Based on the fact that 120 km/h B-type metro vehicles had a large wheel equivalent conicity in actual operation, a multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle was established with Simpack dynamic simulation software, which could restore the abnormal vibration after wheel wear in actual operation. Simulation results showed that when the equivalent conicity of the vehicle was 0.5, the vehicle body had 5.5 Hz vibration frequency caused by bogie hunting and 2.5 Hz vibration frequency caused by the track irregularity excitation of the upper center roll mode of the vehicle body, which resulted into large lateral stability index of the vehicle body. Through the analysis of suspension parameters, it was found that increasing the primary lateral positioning stiffness properly could effectively reduce the vehicle lateral stability index when the equivalent conicity was larger.

      摘要:For the purpose of improving the redundancy of the auxiliary power supply system of the metro vehicles, the grid connected power supply technology and the high-frequency converter technology were applied to line 4 and line 2 phase II project of the Ningbo metro. 4 SIV were grid connected to provide AC 380 V to the metro vehicles which grouping up with 4 motor cars and 2 trail cars. Meanwhile, 4 DC charger provided DC 110 V to the DC control circuit and the storage battery. The circuit composition, principle and characteristics of metro vehicle power supply system of Ningbo rail transit line 4 and line 2 phase II project were expounded. The application of grid connected power supply technology would improve the redundancy of auxiliary power supply system of metro vehicles.

      摘要:With the increase of the speed of metro trains, the problem of interior noise is becoming more and more serious. The sound insulation test and optimization of components were carried out for the car body structure of metro train, and the noise reduction effect of the car body structure of various combination schemes when applied to the 120 km/h speed class metro train was studied through the prediction of the noise in the car. The research showed that the increase of floor sound insulation had a positive effect on the reduction of dynamic interior noise.

      摘要:By analyzing the mathematical model of the three-phase inverter power of electric locomotive, the coupling relationship between the system variables of the three-phase inverter power in the two-phase synchronous rotation d-q coordinate system was revealed. A double closed-loop decoupling control strategy feed forward the output voltage and load current of the inverter was introduced, which realized the linear decoupling control of the three-phase inverter. In addition, the design of the double closed-loop control strategy and the parameters of the post output filter were also studied, and an engineering design method with strong practicability was put forward, which was validated by simulation and prototype test.

The actual operation results show that the designed system has significant advantages over the existing urban rail transit in terms of safety, stability, efficient operation and maintenance, which provides the basic support for the continuous development of urban rail transit.

      摘要:To solve the problem that the derailment coefficient of the rail changing robot was conservative, and the reduction rate of wheel load was used as an auxiliary criterion without unified criterion, a method of identifying the derailment of the rail changing robot by impact angle was proposed. Combined with the definition of derailment coefficient and wheel load reduction rate, the quasistatic derailment criterion of train was introduced, the quasi-static model of wheelset moment was established, the multi parameter coupling derailment discriminant of the rail changing robot was constructed, the functional relationship between different friction coefficient, different undercut angle and derailment coefficient, and the mapping relationship between undercut angle and derailment discriminant were explored. The research results verified the correctness of the theory that increasing the wheel flange angle and reducing the friction coefficient between wheel and rail were conducive to reduce the risk of derailment, and reasonably explained that when the derailment coefficient reached the derailment standard, the derailment robot did not occur, which provided a theoretical foundation for the further study of quasi-static derailment of the rail changing robot.

      摘要:Aiming at the accidents of high-voltage electrical equipment in electric locomotive such as burn out of resistance-capacity absorption device, explosion damage of arrester, DC over-voltage of converter led by overhead line resonant overvoltage happening with increasing frequency in Huaihua railway hub area since 2018, through theoretical analysis and field measurement of the contact network environment of the traction power supply and transformation system in the hub area, the causes of harmonic current of the converter on the side of the HX locomotive network and the common locomotive faults, the harmonic control scheme and locomotive protection measures of adding the ground high-order harmonic filtering device and the filtering link of the voltage sensor of the locomotive converter network were put forward. After the implementation of the above schemes and measures, a good effect of resonance overvoltage suppression is obtained.

      摘要:The FKM strength evaluation method was explained and discussed in detail. The detailed steps of using local stress method to evaluate the static and fatigue strength of non-welded components were introduced, which started from the material parameters of the standard specimen, carried out comprehensive correction calculation according to different load, process, design, material, safety factor and other factors, then obtained the critical static strength limit and critical fatigue strength limit of the component, and finally evaluated the safety of the structure through the utilization index. A vehicle gearbox strength was evaluated by using FEA and the FKM guideline together, and results showed that the static and fatigue strength degree of utilization were in line with requirements, which proved that it could be safely served.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem that the limit state equation of high-speed EMU motor hanger is difficult to be expressed by precise mathematical analytic formula and the heavy workload of traditional reliability calculation method, the reliability analysis of motor hanger was carried out by combining improved particle swarm optimization support vector regression model with reliability theory. Firstly, through the sensitivity analysis of the motor hanger, the random variables that had a great influence on the target response were screened out, and the Box-Behnken design method was used to obtain the sample data. Secondly, the sample data was trained, the agent model of motor hanger based on improved particle swarm optimization support vector regression was established. Finally, the reliability of motor hanger was calculated by combining Monte Carlo sampling and stress-strength interference theory. The results show that the reliability of the motor hanger obtained by this method has higher accuracy and improves the calculation efficiency.

      摘要:Based on the structural geometric characteristics of the S-type web wheel of the rail vehicle, two interactive parameterized model dialogs of the S-type web wheel were designed by using AutoLISP and DCL language on the AutoCAD platform under its secondary development environment. The two-dimensional cross-section of the S-type web wheel could be automatically generated in the process of optimizing the geometry of the S-type web wheel. The work of repeatedly drawing the two-dimensional CAD drawing of the cross-section was avoided when the structure of the wheel was changed which improved the efficiency of drawing the S-type web wheel and provided the basic geometric model for the three-dimensional modeling of the wheel structure and the FE stress analysis of the structure.

      摘要:The elastic element of high-speed pantograph is used to relieve the shock and vibration between pantograph and catenary to ensure the dynamic current collection of pantograph head is stable and reliable. The elastic element is prone to failure when it operates under complex working conditions such as aerodynamic force and pantograph catenary coupling for a long time. How to solve the failure of elastic element to improve the safety and reliability becomes the key problem to improve the current collection quality of pantograph and catenary. Based on the analysis of the fatigue failure of elastic element in the application of CRH380 high-speed EMUs pantograph, the causes of the fatigue failure of elastic element were analyzed and the structure was optimized from the three aspects of elastic element structure, strength check and fatigue life test. Through the test and application, the improvement effect was fully verified. The test results show that the fatigue test life of the improved scheme is 31.8 times of that of the original scheme, the service life of elastic element is greatly improved.

      摘要:In order to improve the metro’s fluctuation of adhesion force in the slip state, a new method of dynamic adjustment of detection threshold for metro anti-slip was put forward. The method could adjust the detection threshold in time, detect the slip state effectively, and adjust the adhesion force in time through the statistics of the fluctuation of adhesion force for a certain time period. Experimental results show that the dynamic threshold method could effectively improve metro’s adhesion control performance, reduce the fluctuation of adhesion force, and improve the smoothness and comfort of the train.

      摘要:Based on the advantages of the PRT system and the structural characteristics of the suspended monorail vehicle, a suspended PRT vehicle bogie was designed. The structural characteristics, main technical parameters, the important components of the bogie and the working principle were introduced in detail. The strength assessment and modal analysis of this bogie frame were also carried out with reference to the EN 13749 standard. The simulation results showed that the frame structure design was reasonable and met the operation requirements.

      摘要:The existing calculation method is cumbersome for the weight calculation of long-term group of suspended-modular tram. In order to study the new method of weight distribution calculation, the 7-module 100% low floor trams were taken as the research object. Based on the articulated structure between adjacent vehicles of floating type trams and the statically indeterminate theory, the tram body and its installation equipment were simplified as rigid bodies, and by adopting the virtual displacement principle, the static balance equation of the rigid system was derived, and the stress state of different vehicle bodies was analyzed with the deformation coordination principle, and the axle load and wheel weight of the vehicle are calculated. A computer program was written to parameterize the method, and the calculation results were compared with the finite element method. The results showed that the calculation method was reasonable and effective, and could be applied to the weight management of 100% low floor tram design process.

      摘要:The full automatic operation system of urban rail transport was introduced and the full automatic operation scenes were untangled. Taking the automatic car wash scene and the large passenger flow operation scene as examples for analysis, the functional requirements of communication, signal, vehicle, integrated supervisory and control, platform edge door, car washing machine and other key equipments and interface relationship between various equipment of different operation scenes were pointed out. This paper provided design references for relevant engineers. The reliability, safety, availability and maintainability of urban rail transport was improved.

      摘要:From the perspective of vehicle design and optimization of system dynamics parameters, a method for optimizing the guidance performance of suspended monorail vehicles was explored. Firstly, the structure of the suspended monorail vehicle was analyzed. On this basis, the suspension monorail vehicle topological configuration relationship and dynamic simulation model based on multi-body dynamics were established. Then, the sensitivity analysis of the system dynamics parameters of the suspended monorail vehicle was performed, and the parameters that have significant influence on the steering torque of the suspended monorail vehicle were selected. Finally, the influence of significant system dynamics parameters was taken as the optimal design variables, the vehicle curve passability and stationarity were taken as the optimization constraints, the NSGA-II genetic algorithm was used as the optimization algorithm, the multi-body dynamics software (ADAMS) and multi-objective optimization software (modeFRONTIER)were combined to optimize the steering torque of the suspended monorail vehicle, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization results were verified. The optimization results show that under the given constraints, when the vertical stiffness of the air spring, the transverse stiffness of the air spring, the vertical stiffness of the running wheel, the side-bias stiffness of the running wheel, and the radial stiffness of the guide wheel reached the optimal solution, the steering torque of the suspended monorail vehicle was reduced by 26.57%~38.57%, and the guiding performance of the suspended monorail vehicle has been effectively improved.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of feature extraction of train gearbox rolling bearing’s incipient fault in the case of strong noise, a method of fault diagnosis based on minimum entropy deconvolution (MED) and parameter optimized variational mode decomposition (VMD) was proposed. Firstly, the bearing vibration signal was denoised by using MED. Then, the VMD parameters were optimized by discrete differential evolution algorithm(DDE), and the denoising signal was processed by VMD using the optimum parameters obtained by searching, a series of intrinsic mode functions were obtained. Finally, the optimal intrinsic mode function(IMF)was selected for envelopment analysis and getting the fault frequency. The experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively extract the fault features of train gearbox rolling bearing and could be used to rolling bearing faulf diagnosis.

      摘要:In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional accelerated life test, such as long test time and large sample size, it is necessary to design comparative accelerated life test. Firstly, through the analysis of the failure mechanism of through-hole solder joints, the failure sensitive stress was defined; Secondly, based on the previous statistical information and the failure sensitive stress, the comparative accelerated life test scheme was designed; Finally, the comparative accelerated life test was carried out for the reference plug-in through-hole solder joints, and the life level of the through-hole solder joints to be evaluated was verified. The results showed that compared with the traditional accelerated life test, the comparative accelerated life test required shortened test time and fewer samples. Referring to the life benchmark of reference plug-in through-hole solder joints, it was verified that the life of the evaluated plug-in through-hole solder joints was less than 10 years, and the process improvement was needed.

      摘要:In order to theoretically study the electromagnetic interference effect of the maglev train arc on the airport sliding beacon, one domestic maglev train line was selected and several typical frequency points during the working frequency band of the sliding beacon were selected to take point frequency test; After obtaining the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of standard 10 m method, the electromagnetic compatibility analysis of the maglev train arc was carried out in combination with the relevant protection rate requirements of GB 6364. The results showed that when the parallel distance between the maglev train line and airport runway extension line was not less than 54.7 m, the maglev train are will not interfere with the normal operation of the sliding beacon. The research results in this paper could provide a reliable basis for the line selection of maglev trains and airport location.
