摘要:Based on the top-level operation requirements and project objectives, the overall technical innovation objectives, technical characteristics, technical difficulties, technical route and overall technical scheme of developing 400 km/h transnational interconnection high-speed EMU were put forward. At present, three 400 km/h high-speed EMU have been basically completed.

摘要:Around the design requirement of traction system with multi current system, lightweight, energy saving and consumption reducing for 400 km/h high-speed EMU, the design principle of traction system was expounded. The technical direction and design features of key components such as traction auxiliary converter and permanent magnet motor were discussed. The test and verification of traction system and key components were introduced. The test results showed that the performance of the traction system and its key components was good, which met the requirements of all indexes of EMU traction system.

摘要:An optimal creep identification method was proposed for adhesion control of high-speed train, and the effectiveness of the method was verified by simulation analysis. Through the switching process of transient and steady-state control, the creep rate at the time of switching was captured as the control reference value, and the control reference value was adjusted by the fuzzy control method to identify the optimal creep rate of the track surface in real time. The method took the optimal creep rate as the control objective to obtain the optimal adhesion control effect, realized the utilization of adhesion coefficient, improved the stability of traction, and provided guidance for the application of adhesion control in the field of high-speed train.

Based on the research results of "Key technologies of high-speed passenger transport equipment with speed of 400 km/h and above", which was the key project of "advanced rail transit" of the ministry of science and technology of China, this paper mainly discussed the feasibility of raising the operation speed of EMU from 350 km/h to 400 km/h from the perspective of operation capacity, safety, comfort and economy.
摘要:In order to adapt to different gauge sizes, based on the wheel set structure of the traditional EMU, the key technology design of the 400 km/h high-speed EMU variable gauge running system was carried out, including the clearance design of wheel and axle, the lateral locking mechanism design of wheel and axle, the transmission technology design of torque, the design of ground device, and dynamic analysis of high-speed operation. The design principles and key functions of various technologies were described in detail, which could provide ideas for the design of domestic variable gauge bogies.

摘要:Double-grid-frequency fluctuation exists in DC-link voltage of EMU 4QS-converter whose grid-side current contains much ripple of equivalent switching frequency. RC circuit filters and digital filters were usually employed for signal conditioning of voltage and current. However, improper filter parameter will lead to unstable control. In order to improve control stability of 400 km/h high-speed EMU, firstly, the parameter design principle of DC-link voltage and current double-loop control for a 4QS-converter was introduced. Secondly, the effects of voltage and current signal conditioning filters on the stability of the double-loop control were analyzed, and the necessary conditions of system stable were revealed. Finally, simulation results based on 400 km/h high-speed EMU verifiedied the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.

摘要:A high frequency auxiliary converter module applied to the auxiliary converter system of 400 km/h high speed permanent magnet EMU was proposed. TLbuck transform, LLC resonance transform and three-phase inverter function were integrated in the module, which involved a variety of IGBT devices with different voltage levels, and solved the problem of voltage withstand of low-voltage devices under high-voltage conditions, suiting AC and DC power supply. The insulation design, overall structure design, heat dissipation design, drive control scheme was described, which was verified through simulation and test.

摘要:The main circuit structure and control system of the traction drive system of the 400 km/h high-speed EMU of CRRC Tangshan Co., Ltd. with AC 25 kV and DC 3 kV dual-current power supply were described, and the corresponding electrical system model for analysis and simulation was built. In order to select the device parameters of the system reasonably, the theoretical analysis of the selection of the key parameters of capacitance and inductance was carried out and verified by simulation; the influence of the AC secondary resonance circuit under the DC power supply mode was studied, and the design suggestions were put forward according to the simulation results. The research results of this paper provided simulation guidance and application reference for the design and optimization of traction drive system.

摘要:The traction system, power circuit, fault protection, structure, dissipate heat for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) of high-speed EMU were studied and analyzed on basis of the features of PMSM traction system. Experimental results and practical application verified that the traction converter for PMSM traction system of high-speed EMU could met the reliabilities and operational demand, which provided a reference for the development of PMSM technology in other fields.
摘要:Due to the application of the single-phase power supply mode in the traction drive system of high-speed EMU, the DC output voltage of the single-phase pulse rectifier is superimposed with an AC ripple voltage component which the frequency is twice the grid frequency. The AC ripple voltage component may cause the traction motor to generate the current beat phenomenon, resulting in problems such as three-phase unbalance of the traction motor current and increased torque ripple. Aiming at the phenomenon, a beat-less control algorithm based on frequency domain analysis was proposed. The algorithm was based on the formation mechanism of beat frequency and theoretical analysis of output voltage harmonics, and frequency compensation was achieved by superimposing a function mapping the DC voltage ripple component on the output frequency of traction inverter, which eliminated the low frequency harmonic components effectively. Combined with vector control system, the simulation and experimental verification of the algorithm were completed. The simulation and experimental results showed that the proposed method could effectively suppress the motor beat phenomenon.
摘要:In order to solve the problem of vehicle-network matching caused by vehicle-network harmonic coupling economically and effectively, the harmonic characteristics of the current of the AC network side and the relationship of the voltage harmonic of the traction network were analyzed, and some basic conclusions and rules with guiding effect were obtained. Then, the vehicle harmonic suppression strategy based on PR control and state observation was proposed, and through the line operation test, the strategy was proved could effectively suppress the resonance of the train network, achieving the excellent performance that the total harmonic distortion rate of the train network side current was 0.5%, and the equivalent interference current was 1A, which ensured the safe and reliable operation of the train network system.

摘要:Nonlinear loads introduce harmonics into the three-phase inverter power system, which damages the electrical equipment. In order to reduce the harmonic content of the inverter output voltage, a harmonic suppression method based on the quasi-proportional resonance control algorithm was proposed. The proposed method mainly suppresses the 5th and 7th harmonics of the inverter output voltage. The traditional instantaneous control method and quasi-proportional resonance method were tested by simulation models and physical experiments. Results show that the quasi-proportional resonance can eliminate specific harmonics in the output voltage, meets the requirements of system dynamic response performance and steady-state accuracy and has a good harmonic suppression effect.
摘要:In order to ensure the traffic safety between subway line adjacent stations, a blocking method based on network communication was proposed. The information transformed between the adjacent interlocking stations of the line and blocking principle was introduced. The solution to realize the fail-safe blocking by setting the time stamp, serial number, check code and other safety technologies was analyzed in detail. Redundant network to increase the system reliability was designed. The problem that the unexpected route was not unlocked by delay was solved. The practical application of the signaling system of Changsha metro line 4 show that the network blocking technology was practical and effective in different operation scenarios.

摘要:Pneumatic side doors of CRH2 and CRH380A EMU have the advantages of simple structure and low failure rate, but with the disadvantages of single functions and hardware upgrading difficulties, which could not meet the trend of train intelligence. Based on the key technology of side door of CRH2 EMU, the door control system of pneumatic door was redesigned. On the basis of the original pneumatic control system, electronic door control unit (EDCU) and other electrical components were added to control the opening and closing of pneumatic door through EDCU. The design structure and control logic of the door were optimized, and the functions of network communication, fault diagnosis and download were added, which eliminated the safety and single function problems of the existing pneumatic door in the operation process. The bench test showed that the door met the design requirements and ensured the safety and stability of the train at high speed.

摘要:The fault diagnosis of train communication network has always been achallenge in train health management. A fault diagnosis method based on waveform feature extraction and FA-Grid SVM for multi-function vehicle bus(MVB) was proposed. The time-domain features were extracted from physical waveform of the MVB bus and used as inputs of SVM which construct MVB fault dataset. Due to the concentration of optimal parameters of SVM, a two-step parameter optimization method based on FA-Grid was provided. Experimental results show that compared with traditional grid optimization and genetic algorithm (GA), the proposed FA-Grid optimization model has lower complexity and higher efficiency and could accurately diagnose MVB faults.

摘要:In view of the current redundancy of railway locomotive-ground transmission tunnel construction, a multi-system locomotive-ground data transmission channel integration scheme based on the Chinese locomotive remote monitoring and diagnosis system (CMD system) was proposed, which strengthened and optimized the security and efficiency of data transmission. Combining the actual requirements, semi-physical simulation test was carried out to verify the data transmission process. The scheme avoided the problem of repeated investment of on-board equipment and mutual interference of vehicle antenna signals, achieved the purpose of reducing communication tariffs and management difficulty, and provided a technical basis for unified application of locomotive data.

摘要:A highly reliable ladder redundant structure networking scheme applied to train communication network was constructed, and the fault protection and redundant switching mechanism of the network were analyzed. For complex TCN such as ladder networks, a simplified dynamic fault tree analysis(DFTA) method based on K-terminal connectivity detection was proposed, and a binary decision diagram(BDD) was used to simplify the fault tree calculation process. The algorithm proposed comprehensively considered the system structure and dynamic repair of devices in the network and the influence of the topology on the network reliability, which simplified the modeling and calculation process of the fault tree model. The paper analyzed the proposed algorithm for the reliability of the trapezoidal redundant structure for specific examples. The results show that the ladder structure has an increase in the mean time between failures by 1 513.32 h compared to the use of PRP and 5 034.61 h longer than the use of HSR under the same scenario, which significantly improved the reliability. The networking scheme constructed in this paper and the proposed reliability modeling method provided new ideas for the structural design and reliability modeling analysis of the highly reliable train communication network.
摘要:In view of the problem of wheel/ rail wear and noise of rail transit vehicles, a method of controlling wheel /rail friction coefficient was proposed. Through the analysis of the influence of wheel /rail lubrication on wheel /rail friction and noise, it was concluded that the use of wheel/ rail lubrication equipment could effectively reduce wheel /rail wear and eliminate the sharp noise caused by wheel/ rail sliding friction. The practical test results proved that this method was feasible.
摘要:In order to solve the problem of electromagnetic emission problem of high-speed EMU in the fixed frequency band during the type test, the electrical principle system of vehicle traction drive system was decomposed. The radio frequency emission mechanism occurring in the frequency band of 150 kHz~1.15 MHz and 200 MHz~1 GHz was analyzed from the principle of converter switching devices and transmission characteristics of cables. Solutions to the problem of emission and vehicle modification were carried out to achieve radio frequency emission meet the requirements of the standard.

摘要:The development background and construction of the electrical control system for DGMC-16s metro rail grinder were briefly introduced, focusing on the key technologies such as control network, traction control, angle control, constant power grinding and dual power switching control. The field operation proved the reliability of this system, which met all technical requirements.

摘要:With the layout space condition of AC diesel locomotives getting worse, the split cooling mode for large components& motors and traditional cooling tower structure have shown great limitations. Therefore, a new cooling mode was proposed, which combined the cooling system of air-cooled components(traction motor or main generator) and water-cooled components(converter modules in converter cabinet) organically, making full use of the cooling temperature differences of each cooling link to perform effective cooling for heating equipment. This integrated arrangement fully reduced the layout space of the ventilation and cooling devices of the two major components of locomotives, effectively optimized the overall layout, reduced the auxiliary power of locomotives, and improved the efficiency of locomotives.
摘要:In the study of the key mechanics problems in high-speed train, the pantograph-catenary dynamic performance under rail line gradient and curve is one of the most important research contents. The finite element technique and multi-body dynamics theory were adopted, a whole space vehicle-pantograph-catenary coupling system simulation platform was built, and then, the dynamic response of the model runs on vertical curve track, constant slope track, horizontal curve track were calculated and studied. The results showed that, when the slope change rate is 0, the influence of line on the dynamic response of the pantograph/catenary isn’t obvious;the positive slope change rate of the contact wire decreases the mechanical wear of pantograph/catenary, the stability of current is reduced, and it increases the electrical wear, but the negative slope change rate of the contact wire makes opposite; the smaller the radius of the vertical and horizontal curve, the worse the stability of the pantograph/catenary dynamic performance, which can not be ignored in the simulation, and it should be considered in the line design, construction and interval speed limit of horizontal curve and vertical curve setting.
摘要:When the high-speed train passes the curve, its dynamics performance deteriorates. In order to improve the dynamic performance of high-speed train when passing through different curves, the influence of semi-active control with yaw damper on its dynamic performance was studied. According to the repeatability of train running and the big data, the PD iterative learning control algorithm was designed, and the semi-active control simulation which combined control algorithm with dynamic software was carried out to compare with the results of the passive working conditions. The results showed that after 10 iterations, the stationarity index, derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate and wheel-rail lateral force were improved.
摘要:In order to explore the sensitive wavelength of vibration response of EMS maglev vehicles, the dynamic model of medium-low velocity maglev experimental vehicle was established by using PID levitation control method, and the functional relationship between track irregularity and vehicle vibration response of maglev vehicle based on the principle of coherence was constructed. Through simulation analysis, it was found that there were certain differences in the sensitive wavelengths of vibration acceleration at the front and rear of the maglev vehicle at the same speed, and the front was larger than the rear; with the increase of speed, the maximum value of the sensitive wavelength and coherence function of the vibration acceleration of the front and rear of the maglev vehicle was almost increasing and the lateral acceleration range of wavelength of the car body whose coherence function was greater than 0.8 was increasing; at the same time, the wavelength causing car body vibration was certain, in which the transversal vibration response of the car body was mainly caused by the irregularity of the wavelength in the range of 3~9 m, the vertical vibration response of the car body was caused by the irregularity of the wavelength of about 10 m and the wavelength of 2.8 m.
摘要:This paper briefly introduced the structure and characteristics of autonomous-rail rapid transit train(ART). Based on the hazard analysis of the top level of the system, taking the derailment hazard of the train as an example, the identification process of the hazard source and safety function of the ART were expounded. Combined with the relevant safety standards of rail transit and road traffic, through the three aspects of accident severity, accident exposure probability and injury avoidance, the judgment and quantitative calculation basis of the safety integrity level of the ART was described, and then the safety integrity level(SIL) of the safety related functions of the intelligent tram was determined; finally, the safety mitigation measures to realize the safety integrity level of the ART were provided.

摘要:Trams often mix with other vehicles on the ground, so their accurate positioning is important for train dispatching and transportation safety. The method of combining speed sensors and GPS is usually adopted by the streetcars system in positioning area. In order to simplify the system, save cost, calculate difficulty and accuracy, Kalman filter method was used to correct the GPS positioning information. Meanwhile, the current statistic model of maneuvering acceleration was adopted to describe the tram state, which was closed to the real movement of the tram. Through Matlab simulation, the GPS positioning message collected in the test site dealt and estimated by the Kalman filtering based on the current model. The result shows that the positioning result can follow the real movement of the tram better. In other words, the Kalman filtering based on the current model can improve the precision of positioning and the result may closer to the real value.

摘要:Taking the project of metro network rail detection vehicle as an example, the speed limit protection mode of metro was studied. The principle, function, hardware composition and system protection level of adding speed limit protection system on the basis of the original network rail detection vehicle were described. The network rail detection vehicle simulated the passenger train operation condition as much as possible, the safety factor of the network rail detection vehicle was improved.
摘要:The structure of the low-voltage power supply network of the auxiliary system of the energy storage modern tram of Guangzhou Haizhu line was introduced, the power supply principle of the two vehicles coupled and the control logic of different power supply train lines were analyzed, and the fault conditions of the battery under voltage and single charger were described. The practical application of the product proved that the design of the power supply network was reasonable and the operation was stable, which could meet the use requirements of the energy storage modern tram.

摘要:Based on the finite element analysis software, the static strength of the three-dimensional model of a metro vehicle frame under abnormal working conditions was calculated. It was found that there were serious structural problems in the model of frame traction rod seat, which can not meet the requirements of the design. Based on the calculation results and design experience, the model was optimized. After optimization, the finite element analysis software was used again to recheck the calculation, and the test was carried out, which verified that the optimization scheme of the traction rod seat achieved the expected design effect.

摘要:Aiming at problems of high-speed train gearbox bearing fault signals being difficult to detect under strong noise background, and the problem that the multipoint optimal minimum entropy deconvolution adjusted(MOMEDA) method was affected by the order of filter and the period of impulse signal, an improved MOMEDA method for bearing fault diagnosis based on singular value decomposition(SVD) was proposed. Firstly, SVD was used as the pre-filter of MOMEDA to filter the partial noise. Then, the fault period component was traced by MOMEDA multipoint kurtosis spectrum, and the optimal order of MOMEDA filter was solved iteratively by variable step search method. Finally, by using the periodic impulse in the signal track with MOMEDA, and the fault features with envelope spectrum were extracted. The simulation signal and the fault test data showed that this method could accurately diagnose the fault of the gearbox bearing of high-speed train, and the fault diagnosis effect was better than the complementary empirical mode decomposition method.
摘要:Balise transmission module(BTM) is an absolutely necessarily device of onboard sub-system in China train control system(CTCS), to fulfill the communication between train and ground. In view of loss points occasionally occur in transmission which was unable to receive ground balise telegram signal, a balise onboard test platform was designed and developed. The principle, software and hardware architecture of the system were described. The test results showed that the platform could achieve the check of the main parameters of up and down links during balise transmission.

摘要:During the operation of HXD3C locomotive, there have been many consecutive problems of unexplained locomotive main circuit breaker opening, which seriously affects the normal operation of the locomotive. In order to solve this problem, according to the working principle of the main circuit breaker of the HXD3C locomotive and the logic relationship of the main circuit breaker opening in the microcomputer control of the HXD3C locomotive, the conditions that caused the abnormal disconnection of the main circuit breaker were elaborated in detail. Combined with the cases of faults actually occurred during the C5 maintenance and operation in depot of HXD3C locomotive, the main circuit breaker fault diagnosis methods and solutions were proposed and the fault diagnosis handling process was improved. The actual cases were implemented and good results had been achieved.
