      摘要:Electronic switch passing neutral section can eliminate the problem of train speed reduction in traditional way, and improve the train passing ability. However, the transient over-voltage generated during passing neutral section not only threatens the roof equipment, but also may damages the passing neutral section equipment. In this paper, a detailed main circuit model for a certain type of EMUs was constructed, including high-voltage system and traction converter. Aiming at the specific scheme of electronic switch passing neutral section, the technical measures of preventing over-voltage by using parallel resistance-capacitance device were designed, and research was carried out according to different dead-time. The simulation analysis and the comparison of the measured data showed that the detailed EMUs main circuit model could more accurately describe the over-phase voltage and current transient process, and the amplitude of the transient overvoltage was directly related to the dead-time. Experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed shunt resistance-capacitance protection device for transient overvoltage suppression.

      摘要:In order to improve the quality of traction power supply network and cancel the phase separation of substation, a new type of in-phase power supply system based on symmetrical compensation was proposed. Firstly, the topology and working principle of a new type of in-phase power supply system based on three-port four-quadrant converter were introduced. Then, aiming at the goal of negative sequence control, harmonic and reactive power compensation, a coordinated control strategy of three-port four-quadrant converter based on dq transform of single-phase system was proposed. Finally, according to the measured load data, the system simulation model was built in Matlab/Simulink, the feasibility and validity of the proposed system were verified.

      摘要:Ground automatic neutral section passing technology has become an effective method to improve speed, the transportation efficiency and capacity of high-speed and heavy-haul railway, and the control strategy adopted by trains is the key to give full play to the advantage of ground automatic neutral section passing technology. Based on the analysis of the control process and problems of mechanical switch ground automatic neutral section passing for trains, a train control strategy with better matching and adaptability was proposed. The power loss detection algorithm of four-quadrant converter, DC voltage control of inverters, overall control logic and protection were expounded. The validity of the control strategy was verified by the adaptability test of the electronic switch neutral section passing for electric locomotive, which realized the electrified neutral section passing for the train and the continuous power supply for the auxiliary system, nearly without losing the traction and speed, and without perceiving for neutral section passing in section post.

      摘要:The ground automatic neutral section passing device has been widely used in high-slope and heavy-duty electrified railways. In order to prevent catenary breakdown caused by locomotives, fully guarantee the safe operation of locomotives and traction power supply system, ensure line transportation capacity and minimize the fault range and recovery time of the ground automatic neutral section passing device, by means of the comparative study of various protection schemes, a kind of three-dimensional protection scheme was designed, which took the active controllable electronic tag as the core and also had automatic power-off label and signal lights. The protection logic was discussed and the engineering application design was carried out. Through the on-site joint simulation test, the electronic tag with encryption matching technology could realize the safety and control of the protection area while the power-off label and the signal lights could effectively warn the drivers to check and confirm.

      摘要:Gauge changeable high-speed EMUs need to adapt to gauge changes, rail profile and gradient changes, to meet the high-speed operation stability and other dynamic performance requirements. Due to additions of gauge-changing mechanism and increasing the unsprung weight, the adaptability of the gauge changeable EMUs to these changes was calculated and analyzed. The calculation results showed that the gauge changeable EMUs have good adaptability to gauge, rail profile, rail bottom slope and unsprung weight, which met the design requirement.

      摘要:In order to analyze the influence of locomotive traction force on wheel-rail relationship, a locomotive track coupling dynamics model based on 60 kg/m and 60N rail was established in SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software, and the horizontal track and ramp were set up. The relationship between locomotive traction force and wheel-rail creep, maximum normal contact stress and RCF damage coefficient were analyzed. The results showed that the longitudinal creep rate and longitudinal creep force increase rapidly and the lateral creep force decreases with the increase of traction force, especially when the locomotive is running on the 60N rail. The longitudinal creep force on the inner side of the rail is changed by the direction of the traction force, which results in the change of the direction of the inner crack of the rail. Compared with the 60 kg/m rail, the 60N rail has a stronger ability to resist wear, but it is easy to produce rolling contact fatigue.

      摘要:In order to study the effects of different configurations of force-displacement relationship of the additional energy absorbing device on the absorption of kinetic energy during a collision, a multi-rigid body dynamics model of two identical eight-car trains was established, calculated and analyzed. The results shows that under the premise of ensuring the same designed capacity, the design of force-displacement curve as multi-step with constant gradient or one which has a certain positive slope can make the device absorb more impact kinetic energy than a steady force-displacement curve whose force is a constant during a collision. Besides, the larger the slope of the force-displacement curve, the more energy is absorbed. In addition, the force-displacement relationship of the three-section metal turning tube under axial compression was studied and is found that with certain design parameters, the force-displacement relationship curve is almost in form of two equal gradients. At the same time, the tube's stroke effciency is up to 76.5%, which is more than 95% of the theoretical stroke efficiency (80%), proving that the three-section metal turning tube has a good deformability and energy absorption capacity.

      摘要:In order to realize the mutual towing and function optimization between different types of EMUs, the composition, control principle and shortcomings of the devices used to realize the return/rescue function of existing EMUs were compared and analyzed. Based on the fault-oriented safety, the function optimization was carried out, and the return and rescue conversion device integrating the rescue and rescued functions was designed and the vehicle control circuit was optimized. Experiments showed that the newly designed the return and rescue conversion device can meet the functional requirements and related standards of mutual rescue between different types of EMUs, and realize the functional integration and design optimization of the existing devices.

      摘要:In order to ensure the structural safety of railway vehicles, aiming at the welded frame with air spring for secondary suspension, based on JIS standard fatigue evaluation method and Goodman diagram method, loading is carried out according to the main operating conditions of EN 13749. From the view of engineering application, according to whether the frame can be monitored and inspected in time from outside after welded, the unilateral fillet weld of upper cover plate of side sill was divided into the inner welding root and the outer welding toe, and the side sill bilateral fillet weld was divided into the inside fillet weld and the outside fillet weld for fatigue checking respectively. The comprehensive fatigue assessment of the side sill of the welded frame was completed.Taking the air spring chamber pressure as the research variable, the influence of air spring chamber pressure on the fatigue strength of the frame was studied by loading the air spring chamber pressure according to the change of the air spring chamber pressure caused by the mechanical load in motion. The results showed that: among the four types of weld characteristics, unilateral side fillet weld root of upper cover plate and back weld position fillet weld did not meet the fatigue strength requirement based on JIS standard. Under the influence of the air spring chamber pressure alternating action, the fatigue safety factor at the root of the unilateral fillet weld decreases by 7.1%, and the fatigue safety factor at the toe of the unilateral fillet weld decreases by 29.8%. However, the effect of air spring chamber pressure alternation on the both sides bilateral fillet weld of side sill is less, and the fatigue safety factor decreases by only 2%.

      摘要:Aiming at the difficult problem of fault feature extraction in locomotive bearing fault diagnosis, the empirical wavelet transform (EWT) was introduced into locomotive bearing vibration signal analysis. Empirical wavelet transform decomposed the signal into multiple intrinsic modal components by constructing compactly supported adaptive filters, which could effectively suppress modal aliasing. In this paper, the empirical wavelet transform (EWT) was improved for bearing vibration characteristics. Firstly, the EWT was used to decompose the vibration signals of locomotive bearings, then the sensitive components were screened by kurtosis, and then the Hilbert envelope demodulation was used to extract the fault features of bearings. The locomotive operation experiment showed that the proposed method is reasonable in dividing the frequency band of vibration signal of locomotive bearing, and can effectively extract the characteristic frequency of bearing fault and accurately diagnose various types of bearing fault.

      摘要:Wind-resistance braking is one of the non-adhesion braking approaches, which can provide large braking force at high speed. In order to improve the reliability of the wind-resistance brake device, the fault tree analysis of the self-designed wind-resistance brake device for high-speed train was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. According to the minimum cutset and importance degree of the fault tree obtained from the analysis, the wind-resistance brake device was improved and designed. The single point fault of the improved wind-resistance brake device was reduced and its reliability was improved. The analysis method adopted in this paper can provide a basis for continuous optimization and improvement of the development of wind-resistance brake device.

      摘要:DAB (Dual Active Bridge) is the core devlce of replacing traditional transformers with power electronic transformers.In order to improve the dynamic response speed of DAB, a vector control strategy was proposed based on single-phase shift and two-level PWM model. By changing the high voltage side current of high frequency transformer into d-q coordinate vector, the output voltage and reactive current of low voltage side of DAB were controlled. The control method could improve the dynamic response speed, ensure the power balance and reduce the loss. Finally, the DAB vector control model was established on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. The results showed that DAB DC-DC converter has faster dynamic response speed and good control effect on reactive current under vector control strategy.

      摘要:IGBT module is the core component of the train traction converter, its life prediction technology is an important basis for the prognostic and health management of the whole train. In this paper, the current and voltage of IGBT module in CRH5 EMUs were extracted by hardware-in-the-loop simulation method. Then, the lifetime related simulation and calculation were carried out.The calculation results showed that the lifetime of IGBT module in inverters lower than in pulse rectifier, module main terminal, chip and DBC soldering layer would be early signs of failure. This method provided a basis for accurately evaluating the lifetime of IGBT module in rail transit.

The theoretical calculation formulas of filter inductance, input capacitance and output capacitance were derived. The circuit principle was simulated by Saber software. The correctness of theoretical analysis and calculation was verified by designing an engineering prototype for test.

      摘要:The output power quality of the train traction inverter is closely coupled with the working state of the traction system key components. The specific harmonic components generated in the stator current after motor rotor broken bar faults, motor stator inter-turnshort faults, and inverters IGBT open circuit faults was analyzed. Aiming at the stator current fault characteristics, the fault characteristics were identified by fast Fourier transform (FFT), specific harmonic components was extracted, and then a fault diagnosis method that using the ratio of the specific harmonic component content to the fundamental wave content was proposed to locate faulty components. By setting up condition monitoring simulation model of traction system, the correctness and validity of the proposed fault characteristics and the fault diagnosis method were verified.

      摘要:In order to extract the characteristics of the vehicle communication network fault data in different operating states and test the network performance under different performance degradation degrees, so as to facilitate the research of network fault diagnosis and health management, a MVB network fault injection device based on FPGA was designed. By studying the generation mechanism of the vehicle network faults, fault injection such as MVB network impedance mismatch, intermittent disconnection, and data frame error was realized. At the same time, taking latch metastable structure as random number entropy source, a real random number generation model based on LFSR + latch structure was proposed to simulate the occurrence of incidental and random faults.Finally, the MVB network test platform was built to further verify the feasibility of fault injection method by collecting the MVB network waveform data and extracting feature quantities under various fault modes.

      摘要:The control technology of high-power traction permanent magnet synchronous motor was studied in this paper. The system control strategy of permanent magnet motor based on asynchronous modulation mode, SHEPWM modulation mode and square wave mode was proposed. The engineering implementation of SHEPWM modulation mode and the dynamic switching method under different PWM modes were studied. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation results showed that the control strategy has good control performance in the full speed range, and the current was smooth and stable during the dynamic switching process.

      摘要:In order to analyze the difference of dynamic performance between two different kinds of maglev tracks on the straight line of a medium-low speed maglev vehicle, the spring damping method and the suspension control method were used to establish the relationship model of the maglev tracks, and the mechanical characteristics of the two kinds of maglev tracks were analyzed. The suspension stiffness and damping of the suspension control method controlled by PID were treated equivalently and converted into linear stiffness and damping in spring damping method. Through simulation analysis, it was found that the vertical stationary of the two models in the straight line segment, the vertical acceleration difference between the car body and the frame is very small, and the calculation accuracy is similar; the difference between the maximum suspension force and the 3б statistic value is very small, and the difference is not more than 0.2 kN. Therefore, the spring damping model can replace the suspension control model in calculating the linear dynamic performance of medium-low speed maglev vehicles.

      摘要:The traditional single-phase rectification system is a boost system, so it requires an additional output buck link in low-voltage applications. The double buck rectifier can directly realize single-stage buck rectification, and has power decoupling function, which can suppress the secondary ripple in the DC side. Firstly, the problem of secondary power coupling in the traditional rectification system was analyzed, and then the working principle and hardware parameter design of the interleaved double buck rectifier were studied. On this basis, the interleaved pulse width modulation strategy based on single carrier was presented to simplify controller design. Finally, the single-stage buck rectification, power decoupling and interleaved pulse width modulation of the interleaved double buck sing-phase rectifier were verified by experiments.

      摘要:The selection of filter is very important to the harmonic output of converter. Taking the regenerative braking energy feedback system of urban rail as the research object, the filtering effect of LCL filter and LC filter was studied. At the same time, considering the influence of traction network parameters on the output harmonic and resonance peak value of regenerative braking energy feedback device, a virtual resistance series capacitance method based on proportional link was adopted to eliminate the resonance peak value and enhance the system stability. The results showed that the virtual damping method is feasible in engineering application.

      摘要:The lithium battery can be used as power source under the condition of power supply failing or at the location without power supply, realizing starting in 23‰ ramp with AW3 load, completing transition or self-traction to the nearest station, and reducing rescue operation. At the current, the nickel-chromium battery is mainly used as the power source of subway vehicles, due to its volumetric, weight and discharge rate, it is difficult to be batch applied in the line. As a new type of power supply, lithium battery has many advantages in terms of volume, weight, environmental protection and discharge rate, which has a broad market prospect in the practical application field of subway vehicles.

      摘要:A new scheme of straddling monorail train was proposed based on the coupling bogie of straddling monorail vehicle.Coupled bogies were used at the adjacent car bodies and single-axle bogies with bolsters were used at the end of train. This new straddling monorail train not only realized the low floor structure of the car body, but also improved the curve passing performance.The simulation results showed that the end bogie and the coupled bogie could be in the radial position on the circular curve,eliminating the sideslip force and the return torque of the running wheel, and reducing the radial force of the guide wheel.

      摘要:Combined with the actual metro line and vehicle electric parameters, the electrical characteristics of rectifier unit was analyzed in detail and the calculation method of short-circuit current occurring on the metro vehicle was proposed based on the external characteristics of rectifier unit. The substation-traction network-metro vehicle model was established and simulated. The short circuit transient process of metro vehicle was obtained. The comparison between the two results showed that the waveform error was less than 5%. The application analysis of the actual operating conditions shows that the calculation can verify the reliability of the vehicle-network protection configuration. The research work provides theoretical basis and data support for selecting DC fast circuit breaker, determining system protection configuration and evaluating power supply capability.

      摘要:Aiming at the application of independent wheelset in light rail vehicles, a new structure of independent wheelset, which combined planetary differential and lower axle, was studied. The structure could improve the steering ability of independent wheelset.Through the analysis of several mainstream LRV structures, it was shown that reasonable vehicle structure types could improve the curve passing performance of vehicles, among which the float type bogie steering was the most flexible and the bogie could cross the curve radially, which was conducive to reducing wheel-rail abrasion and noise. At the same time, the bogie types of low floor light rail vehicles at home and abroad were studied. It was found that the use of independent wheelset bogies could easily meet the 100% low floor rate of light rail vehicles. The simulation results showed that the independent wheelset with active control could pass through the small radius curve radially.

      摘要:In order that EMUs can leave the fault area as soon as possible when pantograph and catenary failures occur, or when waiting for rescue in the fault area, the air conditioning can continue to work, so as to improve the comfort of the waiting environment of passengers and reduce the passenger's dissatisfaction, a system and control method for EMUs to use battery power supply to complete emergency traction or emergency air conditioning was proposed. This method could realize the emergency self-walking function of the vehicle when the power supply failure occurs in any section of the line, and the air conditioning could work partially normally. Experiments showed that under the conditions of emergency traction and emergency air conditioning, EMUs could travel more than 20 km in emergency, which could greatly improve the efficiency of emergency disposal.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem that the internal pressure of air spring load on Guangzhou metro line 3 train was low to affect the performance of the train, the causes were analyzed, and the specific scheme of improving the air spring system was determined by comparing the laboratory test and loading data measurement. The improved product has been verified by type test and loading verification, which has reliable performance and effectively solved the problem of low internal pressure of air spring load, and eliminates potential safety hazards.

      摘要:According to the performance and configuration of the regenerated energy absorption device for Changsha metro line 1, 8 different patterns of devices were set up and tested. By comparing the experimental data, the energy-saving situation of each operation mode was obtained. At the same time, the reactive power output function of the regenerated energy absorption device was tested. Experiments showed that the energy-saving effect of regenerated energy absorption device is obvious when it is running, which reduces the energy consumption of brake resistance and has the function of reactive power output. It provided a reference value for the relevant design schemes in the subsequent construction lines.

      摘要:In order to predict the remaining life of electronic products of rail transit, trial test of ccelerated life test (ALT) was designed and implemented for designing scheme of ALT effectively. According to the operating environmental characteristics of products and step stress implementing method of reliability development test, trial tests of temperature, humidity and vibration were designed. Limit stress level of temperature, humidity and vibration were determined by applying trial test, providing reference and guideline for design of ALT.

      摘要:One hydraulic ball joint with variable stiffness characteristics for rail vehicles was proposed, which used hydraulic mechanism embedded in rubber elastomer to improve dynamic stiffness. The implementation principle of the variable stiffness characteristics was introduced, and the frequency dependence, amplitude dependence and pre-load dependence of hydraulic ball joint was mainly experimental researched. The test results showed that this hydraulic ball joint can achieve low stiffness at low frequency and high stiffness at high frequency, and this property is strongly related to excitation amplitude and pre-load. The structural scheme and research findings are of great significance to guide the engineering application of the liquid rubber composite vibration damping technology on rail vehicles.

      摘要:In order to effectively extract fault impulses of rolling element bearings in the presence of low signal to noise ratio and intense non-Gaussian noise, a new method for identifying optimal demodulation frequency band was presented and applied to fault diagnosis of rolling element bearings. The proposed method adopted the sparsity of frequency band signal to quantify fault impulses,and decomposed frequency band signal with maximal sparsity was selected as the optimal demodulation signal. Eventually, the bearing fault types can be identified from envelope spectrum of the optimal demodulation signal. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in bearing fault diagnosis, simulated signals and experimental signals of bearing localized faults were tested respectively and the performance of fast kurtogram was compared. The results indicated that the proposed method could more accurately recognize resonant frequency band than fast kurtogram and effectively extract bearing fault characteristics with the interference of low signal to noise ratio and intense non-Gaussian noise.

      摘要:To ensure the safety of maglev train operations, the track must be periodically checked and maintained. The traditional way of manual or vehicle cruise detection would affect the normal operation of the vehicle and the detection efficiency was low. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the track and bogie, a dynamic track detection system was designed, with characteristics of high portability and high detection efficiency. An off-line mathematical model of the detection system was proposed. The simulation data verified the validity of model and the experiment proved that the detection error was within 0.2 mm.

      摘要:The principle of pressure control for brake cylinder of DK-2 type brake was introduced, the problems occurred in the operation were analyzed, and corresponding improvement schemes from the aspects of brake safety guidance, maintenance and repair were proposed. It was proved that the proposed scheme improved the safety and reliability of DK-2 locomotive brake through test verification and field application examination.
