摘要:Based on current technology and vehicle type of EMUs, a new gauge changeable bogie structure was proposed according to technical specification of 1 435/1 000 mm gauge changeable bogie. Further introduction and analysis about overall structure, frame, wheelset, primary suspension device, secondary suspension device, foundation brake rigging and the theory of gauge changeable bogie was presented. Besides, dynamic performance of overall vehicle was simulated and finite element calculation of gauge changeable bogie’s critical components was analyzed. The calculation results indicated that this new gauge changeable bogie structure was feasible, met relevant standards and design requirements.

摘要:Based on the analysis of the existing gauge changeable technology, a scheme for the bogie of 600/1 067 mm gauge changeable EMUs was put forward, and the basic strength of the key parts of the gauge changeable was checked. The analysis results show that the proposed scheme can realize 600/1 067 mm gauge transformation in principle, and the basic strength check of key components meets the requirements, so it has a strong possibility of engineering implementation.
摘要:In order to realize 1 435/1 520 mm non-stop gauge changeable, it is necessary to design wheel sliding device with different structure of traditional wheelset axle box. This paper mainly introduced the special matching mode, torque transmission mode and sliding mode of wheel slip device. The analysis showed that this structure design can realize the rail transfer of 1 435/1 520 mm train under the condition that the inner distance of wheelset can be changed without stopping.

摘要:Vibration and temperature are important environmental factors that affect the reliability of on-board equipment.The long-distance line operation test of Qingdao-Urumqi was carried out on traction converter of an EMUs in extremely-cold circumstance, actual operating vibration and temperature data of the converter cabinet and key components were obtained. The traction converters under different vehicle speeds and line conditions were studied, the vibration and temperature characteristics of key components compared with the IEC 61373 standard, to understand the actual operating environment characteristics of the traction converter. On this basis, the vibration circuit load spectra of traction converter cabinet and key components were obtained by statistical induction technology of random vibration data, which provided reference for product reliability research and optimization.

摘要:The theoretical model and dynamic simulation model of the straddle monorail were established, and the motion state of the monorail, especially the force of the tyre was analyzed. The simulation results showed that the guide wheel and the stability wheel need to be set pre-pressure to ensure the vehicle anti-overturning stability and the operation safety, and avoid excessively increasing the running resistance of the vehicle; with the comparative analysis of the arrangement of the three types of guide wheels and stabilizing wheels, it was shown that reasonable design of the layout scheme of guide wheel and stabilizing wheel can change the rotation center of the frame, optimize the roll stiffness and shaking head stiffness of the vehicle, thus improving the vehicle's motion state and dynamic performance, reducing the roll angle and sideslip angle of the running wheel, as well as the roll angle of the guide wheel and stability wheel, and improving the tyre's stress state to reduce tyre wear.
摘要:For the error of the accelerometer leads to inaccurate calculation of the vehicle speed in the MEMS accelerometer-based maglev train speed calculation scheme, a new method of error calibration was proposed. Firstly, the error model of the accelerometer was established from two aspects: installation error and inherent error. Secondly, an online solution method based on adaptive damped least squares was proposed for the installation error model. Finally, a field test was carried out on a domestic medium-low speed maglev train. The test results showed that the proposed method can effectively calibrate the error of the accelerometer, and can meet the speed calculation requirements of maglev train.
摘要:In order to solve the problems of complex algorithm and high performance requirement of hardware circuit in the existing initial phase angle detection method of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, a new method of PMSM initial phase angle detection based on spectral observer was proposed. By applying DC voltage vector, the motor was positioned near a specified angle. On the basis of the position loop controlling the motor displacement to zero, a sinusoidal jitter of fixed amplitude was applied to the estimated angle to obtain the quadrature current waveform. According to the theory of spectral observer, the first-order fraction of the cross-axis current waveform was obtained by filtering and observing, and the estimated angle deviation was obtained by calculating the zeros of the first-order fraction. Finally, the rapid control prototype of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was built using RT-LAB simulation platform. The experimental results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要:It was found that the noise of traction converter was prominent when a high-speed EMUs was running, resulting in a harsh whistle, which seriously affected the sound comfort. Aiming at this phenomenon, the acoustic tests of converter were carried out in the field and workshop. The acoustic characteristics were understood and the source of the whistle was determined. On this basis and concerning the converter structure and sound propagation characteristics, the optimization scheme of acoustic control was proposed and the acoustic simulation calculation and test verification were carried out for this scheme. The results showed that the optimization scheme could significantly improve the noise level of the converter and improve the comfort.

摘要:Because of the unique advantages of Ethernet in improving the efficiency of train maintenance, reducing maintenance costs and promoting train intellectualization, building intelligent control system based on Ethernet will be the development trend of train control. According to the current status of high-speed train control system, a train network control system based on Ethernet was proposed. Combining with the system topological structure, the system’s working efficiency, real-time performance and reliability were systematically expounded. The results showed that the system has good application prospects in the construction of high-speed train control system.
摘要:Starting from the demand of Argentine railway market development, the necessity of establishing a technical platform for export of Argentine DC electric drive freight diesel locomotive was demonstrated. Focusing on the principles of platform building,the overall layout of the technical platform, the technical platform building and simplified design of each system, the technical platform of the whole product and the main performance parameters of three typical types of locomotive were introduced. It was established the foundation for reducing the production cost to increase benefit, uniform standard, expanding the market and offered a useful reference for the future product platform through accomplishing the product platform on group corporation side.

摘要:The key of vector control of three-phase asynchronous induction motor is magnetic field orientation and one of the important factors affecting field orientation is the rotor resistance of motor parameters. In order to solve the problem that the dynamic performance of vector control depends on rotor resistance, the on-line identification technology of rotor resistance of three-phase asynchronous induction motor was studied. The mathematical model of induction motor was established. According to the mathematical expression of the motor model, an on-line identification method of rotor resistance was proposed. According to the equivalent circuit diagram of the motor model, the mathematical expression for solving the rotor resistance iteratively was derived.In the process of iteration, the parallel relationship between the voltage and current of the rotor resistance in the space vector diagram of the motor variable was used as the sign to judge the end of calculation. The rotor resistance could be calculated accurately. The experimental results showed that this method could effectively identify the rotor resistance on-line. It is simple to calculate and has high identification accuracy, which meets the needs of engineering applications.
摘要:According to the characteristics of the distributed force generated by the suspension electromagnet, the maglev vehicle vertical dynamic model whose suspension force generated by single electromagnet coil was simulated by multi-force elements was established. The maglev vehicle dynamic models was established by SIMPACK software which suspension forces generated by single electromagnet coil was simulated by single force element and three force elements and five force elements respectively. The difference between the actual levitation force and the levitation force simulated by multi-force elements was analyzed and compared. The simulation calculation was carried out under the excitation of track irregularity of different wavelengths. The influence of track vertical irregularities excitation of different wavelengths on the dynamics index of the maglev vehicle system was analyzed. The law of the dynamic response of the maglev vehicle to the different wavelength vertical excitation was obtained. The limitation of dynamic simulation of maglev vehicle dynamic model which suspension force was simulated by single force element with short-wave excitation was proved.
摘要:The whole train was regarded as a multi-particle system, the force analysis of each car body was carried out, the motion equation of the whole train was deduced, and a multi-particle dynamic model was established. Based on the multi-particle model, the train operation simulation under various conditions such as traction, braking, coasting, uphill slope and so on was carried out, and the distribution of coupler force was recorded, and the simulation results of different train formation and different braking methods were compared. The results could provide decision support for train formation and train control.
摘要:In order to make the structure strength of the bogie frame meet the requirements of the standard in the design stage, the finite element method and the optimization design theory were combined to optimize the structure design. Firstly, the finite element model of the B-type bogie frame was established, and its structural strength was analyzed according to the UIC 515-4 and EN 13749 standards to determine the operating conditions and locations that do not meet the standard requirements. Secondly, using APDL language to parameterize the model, based on Workbench’s optimization design module, genetic algorithm was used to optimize the structure, and the optimized new structure was obtained, and the structure strength was analyzed. Finally, the architecture was tested according to the TB/T 2368—2005 standard and compared with the optimized analysis results. The results showed that the optimized static strength and fatigue strength met the standard requirements and were consistent with the experimental results, indicating that the bogie frame met the strength design requirements. At the same time, the method was more efficient and more accurate than the optimal design based on experience, which could provide reference for the optimization design of other rail vehicle structures.

摘要:Taking some one subway viaduct in Beijing city as the object of study, the vibration influence of the operation of the elevated track trains on the surrounding environment was discussed by field measurement, questionnaire research methods. Combined with human body feeling limit of the vibration exposure, the vibration influence of the elevated rail transit was evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that the influence of the orbital vibration was gradually weakened when the distance from the base point increased by means of taking the position of the viaduct as the base point, and the vibration component parallel to the train operation direction was the main influencing factor of the horizontal direction vibration response. Combined with different bridge pier field measurement results, the time of occurrence of the vibration acceleration peak has a certain lag. Phase difference factors should be considered necessarily in the evaluation of the environmental impact of elevated rail vibration. For the case that there is a big difference between the sensation and the measurement, the results of on-site monitoring should be taken as the main basis for vibration impact assessment.Based on the whole body vibration evaluation standard, the planning rationality of the buildings near viaduct was verified, which provided a favorable reference for regional planning around the viaduct.

摘要:Based on the historical fault data of pantograph of CRH380BL EMUs, the fault distribution law of four main fault parts was studied by using the method of reliability data analysis, and then the reliability level of pantograph system was evaluated.ADD and air supply pipe, air supply pipe line, 10-X01 relay and pantograph airbag were the four parts that cause the most faults in pantograph. The results showed that the fault distribution of ADD, air supply pipe and 10-X01 relay is two-parameter Weibull distribution, and the fault distribution law of air supply pipe line and bow airbag is exponential distribution. Using the method of reliability analysis, the weak link of pantograph system reliability could be find out, which provided theoretical basis for EMUs fault overhaul and early warning.
摘要:A type of EMUs which used catenary and on-board batteries as hybrid power system was studied. An integrated optimization method of operation control strategy and energy management was proposed. The objective was to minimize the global equivalent energy consumption. Firstly, power flow model, the dynamic model of trains and the on-board batteries model were described, and then the integrated operation model for both speed profiles and energy management were built. For train operation processes with characteristic of spatial segmentation, continuous state variables and different constraints, the integrated model was converted into a multi-stage hybrid train energy management and operation optimization strategy model, and then the adaptive Pseudo-spectrum method was introduced for solving the multi-stage model. Finally, simulation was carried out under a line with catenary and catenary-less sections. Simulation results showed that, in accordance with operation requirements and constraints,this method can be used to calculate the train speed profiles and the charge/discharge current value of on-board batteries accurately,which can realize the operation of two kinds of power supply system with improvement of energy efficiency to save energy consumption.

摘要:In order to solve the common problem of excessive electromagnetic noise in the high frequency electric reactor acoustic package, the subway energy feeder device was selected as the research object, and the vibration and noise tests of it were carried out systematically. Then, the characteristics of acoustic and vibration source and transmission path of the electric reactor were analyzed by combining test and simulation result. Results show that high frequency structural vibration and radiated noise caused by magnetostriction of reactor core is the main sound source of the acoustic package. The louver of reactor pack is the main acoustic transmission path and its sound energy proportion is up to 80.14%. Finally, A targeted sound absorption and insolation optimization scheme was developed based on the sound source characteristics and sound propagation characteristics of the reactor acoustic package,and the overall noise reduction effect was up to 8 dB(A). The research has great reference significance for the analysis of vibration noise characteristics of high frequency reactor and the optimization design of acoustic package of reactor pack.

摘要:In order to avoid the possible power loss of suspended monorail vehicles when passing through the non-electric zone of conductive rails, two high-voltage bus circuit designs were recommended, and the current changes of the power supply station and the main fuse were analyzed and compared when the monorail vehicles passing through different non-electric zones. The comparison result showed the design that traction system adopting the slight braking and high-voltage bus setting only for auxiliary power system and air-conditioning equipment is better and worth to recommend.

摘要:Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of power supply modes, i.e. extended power supply and grid power supply, the grid power supply mode was introduces, and the time-sharing start control algorithm of grid power supply of auxiliary converter, the control method of medium voltage contactor and the short circuit detection process were analyzed in detail.The application of the control algorithm in a metro train was stable, which indicated that the development of medium voltage AC grid power supply technology has been basically mature.

摘要:In order to solve the problem of electrocorrosion of traction motor bearings of metro vehicles, the fault mechanism was analyzed, and the solutions were put forward and verified. Firstly, it was pointed out that high bearing voltage was the direct cause of electrocorrosion; secondly, based on the characteristics of metro traction system, the high frequency equivalent circuit of bearing electrocorrosion was established, and the formation of bearing voltage and some influencing factors were analyzed theoretically and experimentally; finally, according to the analysis results, the effectiveness of three bearing voltage suppression measures was verified.The results showed that changing EMI capacitance of traction system had no significant effect on restraining bearing voltage, but reducing the value of high frequency inductance of grounding circuit and installing grounding ring could restrain bearing voltage effectively. In addition, the possible risk of installing grounding ring was discussed, and the risk assessment method was provided.
摘要:At present, the share of traction energy consumption and auxiliary energy consumption of vehicles lacks effective basic data, so a metro energy consumption and management system based on Hadoop platform was proposed. The system could collect and store energy consumption data recorded by energy consumption recorders of trains on metro lines, and support the analysis and monitoring of energy consumption data, providing an effective and intuitive assessment tool for vehicle energy saving work.

Finally, some typical scenarios were selected for detailed analysis. 摘要:This paper introduced the matching form between the conventional B1 metro traction power supply system and the main circuit of the vehicle. Through sorting out the maloperation cases of DDL protection in metro DC power supply system and combining with the field test data, the causes of the maloperation of DDL protection in practice and some errors in setting or existing DDL protection in the past were analyzed. Some suggestions on the coordination between DC impact characteristics and system protection were put forward.

摘要:In view of the current situation of multiple damage accidents of metro vehicle parts, especially the fault of parking braking pipe line, the vibration damage analysis was carried out. Based on the characteristics of high cycle fatigue, the causes of fault of parking brake pipe line were analyzed by the vibration test method of the rail and wheelset when the wheel pair passed through the rail welded joint. By means of modal analysis, wheel-rail force test, wheel-rail vibration test, and parking brake tube dynamic stress test, the number of welded joints and the wheel-rail force generated by uneven smoothness of rails were analyzed, and the relationship between welded joints and wheel-rail vibration was deduced. Then the vibration damage of the vehicle parts caused by the unsmooth welding joint was obtained. At the same time, the influence of orbital maintenance strategy on vehicle vibration damage was studied and some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.
摘要:Nesting on railway catenaries by birds has been an important cause of catenary failure. At present, the inspection for judging the existence of bird’s nests is carried out artificially, which has much shortcomings in heavy working intensity, high missing-inspection rate and low detecting efficiency. So improving detecting efficiency and then removing potential hazards in time is significant to ensure the security operation of railway vehicles. Aiming at such shortcomings, a Faster R-CNN model based on deep convolution neural network was proposed to identify bird’s nests on catenaries automatically. After the steps of customizing appropriate network structure and parameters and going on pre-training, RPN network training, Fast R-CNN network training and the joint training of RPN network and Fast R-CNN network, a Faster R-CNN model which could be implemented bird’s nests detection was established. Experiment has proved that the recognizing accuracy of Faster R-CNN model is 88.5% and the recognizing time of a picture is 79 ms. Compared with the traditional HOG, DPM and convolutional neural network method, it was verify that the Faster R-CNN model based on deep convolutional neural network was efficient on detecting the existence of bird’s nests on railway catenaries.
摘要:Vibration data of the traction motor body during operation was obtained by the vibration test of the traction motor of a metro vehicle, and compared with relevant standards such as IEC 61373 . The analysis results showed that actual vibration magnitude of traction motor is lower than that specified in IEC 61373, but the impact magnitude is slightly higher than the standard value in the lateral direction, which provided guidance for the optimization of the motor design and reference for revision of IEC 61373.
摘要:As one of the basic equipment for rail transit operation and maintenance in China, the online measurement system of train wheelset mainly measures the running state of train running parts, including wheelset profile, tread abrasion and axle temperature.The online measurement system of wheelset profile had been paid more and more attention because of its technical difficulty and its close relationship with wheel-rail dynamics. This paper analyzed the method of traceability calibration and the key problem of ensuring the long-term stability of the online measurement system of wheelset profile from an engineering example, introduced the key steps of parameter tracking and calibration based on neural network, and expounded the error compensation method and application effects of radial runout and axial displacement in the online measurement system of wheelset profile.

摘要:The topological structure of a metro train network control system was introduced, and the design of MVB communication parameters and communication quality evaluation criteria was expounded. Aiming at two typical MVB communication faults occurred in a metro train network control system, after eliminating the influence of physical lines, external electromagnetic interference, software and hardware design of subsystems and other factors, by means of MVB analyzer and oscilloscope to locate the cause of failure, the problem of communication failure was solved by adjusting the relevant parameters of the underlying software communication of MVB board in train network control system. Finally, aiming at the similar problems of rail transit vehicles, the fault investigation and analysis methods were provided for reference.

摘要:The work principle and structure of the temperature fuse for traction motor of EMUs was introduced briefly. Fault of the fuse was analyzed and corresponding improvement measures were put forward .The effectiveness of measure was confirmed by test and actual operation of EMUs.
