      摘要:Structure of the electrified railway traction power supply system and the influence of the existence of the electrical phase separation zone on the traction power supply system were introduced. By discussing the development status and existing problems of automatic neutral section passing technology and three kinds of ground automatic neutral section passing technologies all over the world, a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various programs was put forward, and the merits of each scheme was pointed out. A virtual in-phase flexible power supply system scheme was proposed, which solved the problems of neutral section passing and power quality at the same time, providing a new idea for the development of electrified railway.

      摘要:Neutral sections in AC electrified railway lead to transient problems such as overvoltage, overcurrent, pantograph-catenary arc and so on. In recent years, a flexible automatic neutral section passing technology had been proposed, and it was expected to solve the problems caused by neutral sections. On the basis of introducing the structure and working process of flexible automatic neutral section passing system, the small step and large step models of real-time digital simulator (RTDS)were used to model and simulate the flexible automatic neutral section passing system, and the process of train passing through the phase separation was simulated. In the simulation, power control was used to reduce the breaking current between pantograph and contact line, and frequency conversion phase shift was used to realize the flexible transition of neutral phase. The simulation results showed that the flexible automatic neutral section passing system could realize the train through electric phase continuously without power and voltage shocks.

      摘要:In view of the fact that most of the power supply phase separation sections of Shenshuo railway are on long ramps, the traditional way of passing phase for electric locomotives had the problems of large speed loss and long passing time. As a new technology of passing phase with electricity, the electronic switch passing phase had been applied in Shenshuo railway for the first time. In order to adapt to the rapid commutation of electronic switches, the control mode of Shenhua electric locomotive had been optimized accordingly. In the heavy-haul test, the working conditions of traction, braking and inertia of the train could realized fast and fault-free through the phase separation zone without power off. The test results showed that Shenhua electric locomotive could adapt to the way of automatic phase passing based on electronic switch with almost no loss of speed and improved the transportation capacity of heavy haul railway.

      摘要:The working principle of ground automatic neutral section passing system of electronic switch was introduced. The calculation of electrical parameters of catenary, traction load and phase passing device and system simulation modeling were carried out. The equivalent model of the locomotive passing through the phase separation zone on load was established based on the ground automatic passing of the electronic switch. The key parameters of RC branch were designed by considering suppressing reactive voltage and maintain SCR in on-state. Finally, the effectiveness of suppressing overvoltage was validated by simulation.

      摘要:The performance index of the 250-350 km/h programmable EMU traction system was introduced. The formula for calculating total basic resistance of the EMUs (Electric Multiple Units) was determined by using the integrated Datong-Xi'an high-speed railway test data and the Chinese standard EMUs interconnection resistance test results. And the formula of the total resistance of EMUs was adjusted by the improved resistance parameter factor which was determined based on the vehicle operating speed and the number of units. According to the requirements of EMUs acceleration and traction, the power of 4-18 assembled vehicles with different speeds was calculated, and the power of the traction motor and the converter was calculated in turn. In order to promote the lightweight and integrated technology of traction system, the main converter selected the power device of 3 300 V/500 A SiC hybrid module. The design calculated the ratio between the numbers of motor cars and trailer cars, gearbox speed ratio by contrasting the power of 4-18 marshalling vehicles EMUs with three different speed levels and considering traction motor limits. Traction performance under three fault states was verified under different speed classes and marshalling conditions. The results showed that the designed traction system of the variable-marshalling EMU is feasible and the performance of traction, starting and electric braking was good.

      摘要:In the practical application of high-speed EMUs and urban rail vehicle, the grid-connection of multiple auxiliary inverters is a key technical problem, which mainly involves the starting logic and the timing sequence of the train control system, and the starting method of the auxiliary inverter. In order to solve the problem of the startup conflict of several auxiliary inverters in the current engineering application, shorten the startup time of auxiliary system and reduce the train control difficulty of auxiliary inverter, a new startup method of auxiliary inverter was proposed. Through reasonable design of start-up logic and optimal control strategy, the deficiencies of traditional auxiliary converter control methods were improved. Finally, the experimental validation was completed, which proved that the new start method was effective and feasible.

      摘要:At present, the theoretical research on APM (Automated People Mover) traction power supply system is not mature in China. In order to assist in the design of new APM line, based on the analysis of the existing APM traction power supply system, Simulink was used to model the components of its external power supply, traction substation, three-phase contact rail and vehicle. The voltage distribution of contact rail during normal operation and overload operation of the train was compared and analyzed to verify the correctness of the established simulation model of APM AC traction power supply system. The simulation analyzed the influence of different tracking distances on the electrical characteristics of the system when two trains were running at the same time. The voltage distribution on the contact rail when the single substation was out of operation was analyzed, and the security and reliability of the system power supply were verified, which provided the basis for the setting and selection for the APM pre-power supply scheme.

      摘要:The performance of the rotatory eddy current brake device directly affects the safety of train operation. Based on the change of the electromagnetic field vortex source density during the operation of the rotatory eddy current brake device, for improving its safety and reliability, main structural parameters such as the air gap size, the thickness of the turntable, the magnetic permeability of the core, the magnetic permeability of the turntable, the electrical conductivity of the turntable, the different currents and the arrangement of the magnetic poles of the eddy current brake device was adjusted to improve the braking torque and reduce the weight by means of simulation and experiment.

      摘要:By comparing and analyzing the existing strength calculation and evaluation criteria of equipment cabin of high-speed EMUs, the method of setting aerodynamic load as fixed value to study the fatigue strength of equipment compartment was put forward. Through static strength analysis and optimization, the structure of equipment cabin was improved, and the effects of pneumatic and impact separately and simultaneously on the static load performance of equipment cabin were compared and analyzed. At the same time, the fatigue characteristics of equipment cabin under different aerodynamic loads were explored according to the standard and measured loads. The analysis results show that the aerodynamic load has a great influence on the strength of the equipment cabin, and the fatigue strength of the equipment cabin meets the design requirements under (±1 500 Pa) aerodynamic load.

      摘要:In order to solve the discontinued problem of PCI-VME bridge chip in locomotive UIC gateway, a PCI-VME bridge based on FPGA was designed, which was used for implementing the data conversion between local PCI bus and VME bus communication of the system. The bridge's PCI IP core protocol resolution and finite state machine of PCI to VME protocol conversion design method were described in detailed. The intercommunication and interconnection of the equipment was tested by locomotive train network control system test platform. The test results verify that the bus bridge was able to realize PCI protocol resolution and VME communication data transmission in real time and reliably between PCI bus and VME bus. The research and development of this equipment provided a basic support for promoting the localization process of on-board electrical components based on VME bus in the field of China railway train.

      摘要:In order to improve the stability of train operation, the fault diagnosis of traction power supply system was studied. According to the working principle and characteristics of the train power supply system, the relationship between the fault phenomenon and the origin was analyzed, and the characteristic signals used for fault diagnosis were extracted. A fault diagnosis model based on PSO optimized least squares support vector machine was established, and PCA algorithm was used to extract data characteristics as input of fault diagnosis model, and reduce input dimension. A variety of fault diagnosis models were used for comparative analysis. The research results showed that the PSO-LSSVM fault diagnosis model based on PCA algorithm has high recognition efficiency and accuracy.

      摘要:Working principle, control method of locomotive four quadrant converter and the cause of DC bias in AC side current were introduced. Two common methods to suppress DC bias were discussed. Through theoretical analysis, a control algorithm for DC bias suppression was presented, which optimized the controller design by root locus method. The simulation analysis of software Matlab/Simulink and the test of hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform showed that the control algorithm has good suppression effect and met the design requirements.

      摘要:Strong wind is one of the most serious meteorological disasters affecting railway transportation safety, by which the first hundred kilometers of wind area along Nanjiang railway of the China Railway Urumqi Group Co., Ltd. is the most severely affected. In order to further reduce traffic safety risks and improve the level of operation organization and management, it was necessary to introduce the short-time local strong wind forecast, and form a new mode of train traffic control under the command of strong wind forecast and measured data. Wind data by hours in the first hundred kilometers of wind area along Nanjiang railway from 2015 to 2018, as well as the history data of traffic scheduling command from November 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed, and the key data that affects the choice of traffic scheduling command were chosen, including 5 key wind speed monitoring points in 4 traffic areas, which provided the accurate position for the maximum wind speed point, ensuring the security of the railway train operation in wind season.

      摘要:In order to study the thermal effect of railway contact line in passive short circuit and power failure, the temperature rise between the main circuit, the pantograph slide and the contact line of the catenary caused by short-circuit current was studied. Firstly, the calculation method of short circuit current and contact area of contact line under passive short circuit and power failure mode was introduced. Then, the calculation model of local thermal effect model was presented, which calculated the heat of contact line, the temperature rise between contact line and slide plate. The results show that the heat is greatly affected by the width of the contact surface and the contact force; there is a high probability that the contact line is damaged or even fused in short circuit operation near the traction substation;the new contact line is in danger of breaking contact line under the action of great tension.

      摘要:In the traction drive system of rail transit, the output voltage of inverters contains many low-order harmonic components. Low-order harmonic has a negative impact on the temperature rise and loss of traction motor. For this reason, the influence of different modulation modes on the harmonic loss of traction motor under low switching frequency was theoretically analyzed and compared. The influence factors of harmonic iron loss and copper loss were analyzed, and the harmonic loss models based on harmonic voltage amplitude were established respectively. By calculating the curve of harmonic voltage amplitude versus modulation ratio under three different modulation modes widely used at present, and taking the traction motor parameters of a practical EMUs as an example, the variation law of motor harmonic loss under different modulation modes was analyzed and compared. The research results could be used for reference in the selection of modulation strategies for high-power traction inverters to improve the efficiency of motor operation.

      摘要:The contact of the main circuit breaker of EMUs will produce a great impact force in the closing process, which will cause bounce of the moving contact and lead to arc pulling between the contact, resulting in a large number of hot burns of contact, which will cause fault of the circuit breaker and cause EMUs to stop during operation. To solve this problem, virtual prototype technology could be used to effectively predict and evaluate product performance in the design stage, so that the design scheme could be optimized. Based on the research and analysis of a certain type of main circuit breaker in the development project of high voltage electric box of EMUs, the virtual prototype mathematical model of main circuit breaker was established by using the combined simulation technology of Adams and AMESim, and the possible bouncing problem of circuit breaker was analyzed and optimized in advance, so as to reduce design defects and costs, shorten test cycle and improve product reliability.

      摘要:Light weighting of high-speed trains drastically deteriorates their service environment while reducing energy consumption. In particular, in an event of a fire, light-weight bearing structure is likely to be destroyed by thermal coupling, resulting in great losses. Based on finite element theory, nonlinear theory and structural quasi-static theory, a simulation method of thermal coupled static strength stiffness of high-speed train body structure was established. With ABAQUS software, a simulation analysis technology route was proposed. The simulation analysis and optimization of static strength stiffness of thermal coupling of body structure verified the practical application of this method.

      摘要:The basic structure and principle of spatial filter based on linear array CCD were introduced, and the algorithm of basic spatial filter was simulated and validated by MATLAB. A differential algorithm was proposed to solve the problem of strong fundamental frequency interference in the spectrum of basic spatial filter, and computer simulation and real belt pulley motion video verification were carried out. The influence of the parameters of the filter on the measurement results was analyzed and simulated. The selection range of parameters such as grating period width, period number, CCD pixel value, ADC sampling resolution and sampling time length was determined. Spacial filter based on linear array CCD structure has the characteristics of low cost, simple installation and debugging, low noise and so on.

      摘要:In order to adapt to the development trend of high frequency and high power density of converter products, the working principle of LLC resonant soft-switching circuit was mainly introduced, the main mathematical relationship of LLC resonant network was studied, and the theoretical conditions of soft-switching realization were analyzed. Three constraints of LLC resonant soft-switching circuit, including the time constraints of junction capacitance discharge, zero-crossing constraints of primary current and frequency matching constraints, were proposed. On this basis, a 60 kW DC/DC converter based on LLC resonant soft-switching was built, and the feasibility of the design was verified by experiments.

      摘要:In a heavily polluted environment, high-voltage electrical apparatuses of the locomotive and EMUs easily occur flashover and affect train operation safety. Based on typical locomotives and EMUs main circuit principle, and taking full consideration of safety and maintainability, the high-voltage electrical equipment which was traditionally distributed and installed on the roof of the vehicle were integrated into the enclosed box. The proposal could reduce pollution level of high-voltage electrical apparatuses, improve the insulation reliability of the products, and save the installation space of the equipment in the vehicle.

      摘要:Mechanics and stiffness parameters of axle box positioning device had a decisive influence on the high-speed running stability, curve passing performance and safety of rail vehicles. The rotary axle box positioning device was widely used in EMU, railway passenger cars and various types of urban rail transit vehicles. According to structural characteristics, the rotary arm type axle box positioning device was divided into four basic forms: four-body type, three-body type, two-body type and one-piece type. The technical characteristics of various structures were compared and analyzed. It was pointed out that the two-body rotary arm type axle box structure of CRH3 EMU was optimized comprehensively, and the influence law of its positioning stiffness on the dynamic performance of each direction was provided.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of large amount of redundant data in the remote transmission of vehicle data, a data remote transmission method based on deduplication was proposed. In the process of data remote transmission based on socket, firstly, the vehicle data to be transmitted was processed in blocks, and the eigenvalues of data blocks were calculated by MD5 algorithm. Then the calculated eigenvalues were packaged and sent to the ground receiving end, the data redundancy was judged by the ground receiving end. Aims at the characteristics of the data length was fixed but the period was different, a new method in data segmentation was put forward. Finally, the data of HXD2 locomotive was taken as an example to verify it. The experimental results showed that adding deduplication in wireless transmission could optimize transmission strategy, save network bandwidth and reduce data transmission cost.

      摘要:The DC power supply of urban rail vehicle was the key to good speed regulation performance of traction system. Limited by many factors such as on-board converter and harmonic suppression, the traction system was prone to DC side coupling oscillation under external excitation. By exploring the instability mechanism, the active and passive damping suppression methods were proposed, and the effectiveness and correctness of the oscillation suppression algorithm were verified by simulation. Thus, the DC side coupling oscillation suppression of traction system was realized.

      摘要:For a long time, the problems such as structural parts cracking, failure of structural parts, pantograph and network accidents, and abnormal wear of the skate were revealed in the application of the subway pantograph in China. In order to improve the reliability, stability and service life of metro pantograph, the metro pantograph was improved to adapt to the stringent domestic rigid catenary lines. The analysis and verification showed that the improved scheme was reliable and has been applied in Shenzhen, Nanjing and other metro stations.

      摘要:In order to reduce the dispersion of the objective response due to uncertain factors in the subway underframe’s optimization process, a robust optimization design method based on dual response surface model was proposed. Firstly, Monte Carlo method was used to select the design variables which had great influence on the target response, and Latin hypercube sampling was used to get the sample points of the design variables and the target response. Then, the least square method was used to fit the sample points, and the polynomial response surface function of the target response was obtained, the mean and variance of the polynomial response surface function were estimated, and the response surface function of the mean and variance was obtained. Taking the minimum variance function as the optimization objective and the mean function as the constraints, the robust optimization model was established and solved by the interior point method. The results show that the anti-interference ability and strength of the structure is improved as well as the mass is reduced after the robust optimization of the double response surface model.

      摘要:The motor of linear motor vehicle is in the elastic suspension system, which bears the impact of wheelset and electromagnetic force. Based on a linear motor vehicle, a multi-rigid-body dynamic model was established. Considering the electromagnetic force of the motor, Simpack and Simulink were used to simulate the effect of different vertical stiffness of the suspension device from the aspects of air gap of the linear motor, vehicle dynamic performance and motor vibration. The results show that the vertical stiffness of the suspension device of linear motor has an effect on the safety of vehicle curve passing and running smoothness. Increasing the vertical stiffness can reduce the vertical force of wheel and rail and the vertical smoothness index, while the lateral smoothness index will slightly increase. The air gap changes greatly when the vertical stiffness is small, and increasing the vertical stiffness can reduce the air gap change and the motor vibration, however, large vertical stiffness will increase the high-frequency vibration components of the motor. Considering comprehensively, it is suggested that the vertical stiffness of the support joints of the motor suspension beam in the motor suspension device should range from 24 MN/m to 60 MN/m and the vertical stiffness of derrick joints should range from 192 MN/m to 480 MN/m.

      摘要:Based on the design of vehicle and signal system interface, the train operation control strategy and door state setting after the emergency unlocking of subway vehicle was analyzed and discussed. By optimizing the existing control circuit of the vehicle, a solution of emergency unlock function requirements in CAMET normative files was proposed, which could improve the operational efficiency under the premise of ensuring the safety of trains.

      摘要:Suspension monorail traffic is mainly suitable for special areas with narrow roads or high building density. Usually these areas have more curve sections. The equipment limit of curve section directly affects the feasibility of the project, the investment of the project and the safety of driving. There is a big difference between suspended monorail transit system and traditional rail transit system. At present, there is no relevant criterion and standard for direct use at home and abroad. For this reason, taking H-BAHN suspended monorail vehicle in Germany as an example, through the analysis and study of vehicle structure, the factors and calculation formulas of widening equipment boundary in horizontal curve section were analyzed, and the relevant formulas were used to calculate the widening of equipment boundary.

      摘要:The electrical connectors of EMUs play a very important role in train operation. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of life prediction of electrial connector products, the connector accelerated test was designed and implemented, and the product performance degradation data was obtained. Using physical model of life prediction and data processing algorithm and accelerated degradation data modeling process based on degradation distribution, the reliability and life evaluation of EMUs electrical connectors were realized. The life prediction software was also designed and implemented, which realized degraded data preprocessing, data distribution fitting, model parameter calculation, model curve rendering and life value prediction.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem of the fluctuation of voltage signal and abnormal recognition in switch signal transmission of the railway monitoring equipment remote monitoring system, the main concepts of remote detection of switching volume were analyzed, a new design idea, which used analog signal detection and A/D conversion, was proposed, and the circuit design was completed. The field test showd that the designed circuit could realize remote accurate detection and communication of switching quantity in low voltage monitoring system, and the system run stably and reliably.

      摘要:Aiming at the problems of insufficient and inefficient testing of computer interlocking system by manual testing method, a design scheme of simulation test platform for automatic testing of interlocking system function was proposed. By analyzing the system structure and manual testing process of the interlocking system, the design idea and implementation mode of the simulation test platform were determined, and the automatic testing goal of interlocking function could be achieved finally.

      摘要:Anti-pinching fault with no obstacles occurred frequently to the door when Dongguan rail transit line 2 initially opened, which had a bad influence on the service quality of passengers. By comparing and investigating the structure of door drive, the causes of automatic anti-clamping fault were analyzed. Based on the environmental air pressure, structural design and software parameters of door, some improvement strategies were put forward, such as optimization of air pressure, adjustment of mechanical dimensions and configuration of software parameters. Practice proved that the measures adopted were reasonable and effective, and the anti-pinching fault was basically solved.
