      摘要:Based on the comparative analysis of the economy, environmental protection and safety of China's transportation modes, the important position of heavy haul railway transportation in China's transportation was expounded. From the two different dimensions of performance improvement and operation demand of electric locomotives, it was pointed out that the main development stages of heavy haul electric locomotives were from DC to AC and from single traction to combined trains. From the aspects of enlarging train formation length, lifting axle load of locomotives and rolling stock, increasing traffic density and developing key technology research, the development trend and direction of heavy haul electric locomotives in China in the future were analyzed.

      摘要:The main technical parameters and characteristics of HXD2F AC drive heavy axle load freight electric locomotive were introduced. The main performances and characteristics of electric control system, traction system, braking system and mechanical system of the locomotive were described. The main technical innovation points of the locomotive were described. The application appraisal and disassembly check showed that HXD2F AC drive heavy axle load freight electric locomotive has excellent overall performance for heavy haul traction.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem that optimal synchronous PWM was prone to loss control when it was used for fast dynamic regulation of closed-loop vector control, a vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on optimal stator flux trajectory closed-loop control was proposed. The principle of harmonic current minimum optimization PWM was briefly described, the optimal switching angle was provided, and the mathematical relationship between the optimal switching angle and the corresponding optimal flux trajectory was established. Based on the hybrid modulation strategy including asynchronous modulation and synchronous modulation, the vector control system of PMSM's maximum torque-current ratio was constructed. Aiming at the synchronous modulation mode, the method of realizing fast dynamic regulation of the system by optimizing the closed-loop control of flux trajectory was mainly introduced. The closed-loop control method of optimizing flux trajectory was verified by simulation and experiment.

      摘要:A method for calculating electromagnetic noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was presented. The electromagnetic force wave in air gap was simulated by 2D electromagnetic field finite element method. The stator single-loop structure model was established to calculate the harmonic response vibration velocity of the stator structure under electromagnetic force wave. The stator outer circle was equivalent to the effective long cylinder model to calculate the sound power level noise. The electromagnetic noise caused by inverter SVPWM power supply was calculated. The test data of the prototype was compared with the calculated value. The calculation method could satisfy the engineer requirement.

      摘要:Based on the characteristics of permanent magnet motor traction system, the design principles of high-speed EMUs were expounded, and the design characteristics of traction converter and traction motor were discussed. The development of EMUs, the type test of key components and the comparative test of energy consumption were introduced. The 300 000 km operation test showed that the traction energy consumption of high-speed EMUs with permanent magnet motor traction system has been significantly reduced.

      摘要:In order to meet the needs of the future railway market and improve the key technologies of locomotives and rolling stock, the high-power permanent magnet direct drive technology was studied, and the prototype design and development were carried out. The development of high-power permanent magnet direct drive passenger locomotive had been completed through in-depth study of key technologies such as permanent magnet direct drive system, converter system adapted to permanent magnet direct drive technology, response to back EMF, response to motor loss of excitation, etc. The high-power permanent magnet direct drive passenger locomotive has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency, low life cycle cost, low maintenance workload and environmental protection.

      摘要:The energy-saving demand of urban rail transit industry and the development of Chengdu metro was introduced. Taking Chengdu metro line 10 as an example, the optimal design scheme of the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor traction system in metro field was expounded, and the energy-saving and economic benefit expectation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor traction system was analyzed in Chengdu metro. According to the simulation calculation, the energy saving rate of permanent magnet traction train can reach 25% - 28% under the condition of full regeneration energy feedback.

      摘要:The car body structural strength of power concentrated EMU was analyzed, and the finite element model was established by using HyperMesh12.0 software. According to the standard of UIC 566 and EN 12663-1/2010 to determine the body's static strength load conditions and fatigue strength load conditions, static strength of the car body based on von Mises stress was assessed; The fatigue strength of the vehicle body was evaluated according to the fatigue strength method of welded steel structure based on DVS 1612 standard; By using Block Lanczos method in ANSYS software, the situation of the body stiffness was assessed with the free mode analysis of body structure without the top. Through the calculation and analysis of the car body model, the design of the car body structure of power concentrated EMU met the relevant requirements of strength and stiffness.

      摘要:Aiming at inconsistent problem with the actual working condition when the boundary condition of the suspended surface was set to the whole constraint in the finite element analysis of the maglev train bogie, a new method with the boundary constraint of elastic support and on the purpose of lightweight train was brought out. A new magnetic levitation bogie of high temperature superconducting was designed by SolidWorks software, and according to the different operating conditions of the maglev train, the overall strength of the bogie and the minimum spacing between the Dewar beam and the track were analyzed. The results showed that the bogie met the design requirements and provided the basis for the subsequent optimization calculation.

      摘要:4 kinds of filtering methods commonly used in SIMPACK post processing were discussed. Taking the dynamic indexes calculation under curves condition as an example, the calculated results obtained by the 4 filtering methods were compared with those of the waveforms that were not processed by using the 4 filtering methods, and the filtering was more intuitively matched with the actual results. From the comparison, the result of using the 9 thousand and 975 quantile was more reliable. The research could be used for post processing analysis of dynamic calculation results by using SIMPACK software in the future, and provide reference for the selection of filtering methods.

      摘要:Aiming at improving the efficiency of modification and optimization for bogie frame part, a local parametric optimization method was proposed to optimize the structure of the supporting rib plate with transverse stops. The maximum von_Mises stress of the supporting rib plate with transverse stops was reduced from 445.019 MPa to 342.054 MPa in the original structural scheme, which met the requirements of the static strength evaluation standard of the frame. From the optimization results and the whole optimization process, it could be seen that the local parametric optimization method of bearing structure was effective and efficient, which provided a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of structural optimization.

      摘要:The strength of the gear pair in the high-speed train gearbox is a key factor for the safe operation of the train, using China’s independent research and development high-speed train bogie gearbox gear as study object, three-dimensional gear system model was established, and finite element model was built by SOLIDWORKS simplifying, and with ANSYS WORKBENCH, static and transient mechanical analysis of gear meshing parts was carried out. Theoretical calculation and simulation results were both within the safe range of strength, and met the designed requirements. In transient dynamics analysis, it was found that there was some higher contact stress and stress fluctuation at the starting stage of the gear, which would have some adverse effects on the reliability of the gear system.

      摘要:According to the geometrical characteristics of the nodes, the method of establishing the weld coordinate system was proposed, and the stress components of each node in the weld coordinate system were calculated. Referring to the standard DVS 1612, a structural fatigue strength analysis method based on multi-axial criteria was proposed. The fatigue strength of the typical welds in the welded frame of metro bogie was evaluated. It was pointed out that the fatigue strength of the studied welds was mainly affected by the normal stress components, and the shear stress had little effect on the structural fatigue strength. The characteristics of node material availability under different analysis methods were compared. The results showed that in the area dominated by compressive stress, the analysis methods based on multi-axial criteria would make the assessment results safety. For joints with lower fatigue resistance, based on the analysis method of the multi-axial criterion, conservatively calculated results would be obtained according to the fatigue curves provided by the DVS 1612 standard.

      摘要:This paper introduced the influence of changing the excitation chopper of auxiliary generator to DC input on the circuit of diesel locomotive, and expounded the phenomena of faults, the search for faults, the causes of faults and the solutions of faults. It was determined that the faults were caused by the instantaneous connection of the supporting capacitor in the excitation chopper after the circuit design changes. Pool voltage drops, resulting in digital signal acquisition errors, which led to logical control disorder. Finally, the solution to the problem was put forward, and the correctness of the analysis conclusion and the solution was verified by the test.

      摘要:The recommendation VDV 152—2016 was introduced, which was the latest one about the strength design on the urban rail vehicles. Besides, the similarities and differences of the strength loads between the new recommendation and the standard EN 13749 were pointed. For a 100% low-floor trailer bogie frame, based on VDV 152—2016, the simulating calculation of both static strength and fatigue strength load cases was worked out by using the finite element analysis method. The results indicated that, for the static strength and fatigue strength the low-floor vehicles bogies frame meets the safety requirements of VDV 152—2016.

      摘要:The main technical parameters of a 100% low-floor tram and the main components of the motor bogie were introduced. The corresponding finite element model was established by using the finite element software ANSYS. The calculation of the load outline was listed according to the European standard EN 13749, and the static strength and fatigue strength of the motor bogie frame were calculated, as well as the modal analysis of the bogie frame was carried out. The results showed that the strength of the motor bogie frame conformed to the relevant standard, and the modal characteristics met the vehicle running requirements.

      摘要:In order to study the dynamic performance of metro vehicles, the steering principle of radial mechanism was analyzed, three dynamic models of metro vehicles were established, which were traditional, self-steering and forced-steering and according to the wheel rolling contact fatigue damage model, the wheel damage of vehicle passing curve was calcalated. The results showed that the radial mechanism of the vehicle strengthened the connection between the vehicle components and optimized the stability and lateral smoothness of the vehicle, the forced-steering vehicle had a greater advantage in curve operation, and all the evaluation indexes were better than the self-steering vehicle. When the three vehicle models run on the same line, the wheel damage of the forced-steering vehicle was the smallest, which was only 21% of the traditional metro vehicle wheels when the curve radius was 300 m. The damage of the self-steering vehicle and the traditional vehicle wheels was greater, and the damage of the self-steering vehicle wheels was less than the traditional vehicle wheels with the increase of the curve radius. So, the installation of forced steering mechanism for metro vehicles could effectively reduce the wheel rail interaction force and reduce wheel damage.

      摘要:In order to improve the crashworthiness performance of a mass transit vehicle body, a crash energy management (CEM)system based on honeycomb aluminum core and tapered thin-walled square tube structure was established according to the requirements of American AAR S-034 standards. And the impact performance of CEM subsystem was analyzed by using the LS-DYNA platform. Then, the force-displacement curve and acceleration-time curve of the vehicle before and after the installation of the CEM system were compared under the scenario of impacting with a rigid obstacle. This research showed that, the "aluminum core-thin wall tube" combined energy-absorbing structure can make the crushing deformation process in an orderly manner and has a lower initial peak impact force; using the CEM system designed could significantly improve the crashworthiness performance of end structure of the vehicle.

      摘要:To conduct the design and production of metro vehicles effectively, and reduce the violent vibration of assembled vehicles, the modal matching strategy and modal design principle for metro vehicles were proposed. Besides, the vibration responses of underframe with excitation from typical suspended equipment were studied, and the vibration comfort index of each part of vehicle body with or without excitation from suspended equipment were compared. The results showed that the vibration responses of underframe were variable with the changing of excitation position from different suspended equipment; the vibration comfort index of vehicle body increased when considering the excitation from suspended equipment compared to that of the condition without excitation from suspended equipment.

      摘要:In order to improve the overall performance of the brake system of urban rail vehicles, the theoretical analysis and ground test were adopted to verify the effect of the internal friction force of the brake unit of the urban rail vehicles in the process of braking and remission. The actual output of shoe pressure was proved different under the same brake cylinder pressure. The effect of the characteristics on the overall performance of brake system, such as common brake performance and brake shoe wear, was proposed, and the corresponding measures were put forward, which would provide reference for the scheme design of the braking system of urban rail transit vehicles in the future.

      摘要:For monitoring Shenhua locomotive status in real time, such as location, speed, etc., to dispose on-board failure of locomotive, and improving operation efficiency and safety, remote real-time status monitoring system for Shenhua locomotive based on WebGIS was designed with functions such as locomotive location, track trailing, status monitoring, failure alarm, emergent dispose, etc. The practical application for this system showed that, illustratig locomotive real-time status and failure data by WebGIS could efficiently help ground operation & maintenance staffs to monitor locomotive status in time and improve efficiency and accuracy of locomotive failure analysis and dispose.

      摘要:It was found that the electromagnetic noise of a certain transformer of a locomotive on site was prominent, resulting in harsh screech, which seriously affects hearing. In view of this phenomenon, the acoustic tests of electromagnetic noise of transformer were carried out in the field and workshop to study the acoustic characteristics, based on which the optimization scheme of acoustic packaging was put forward according to the actual installation condition and sound propagation characteristics of the transformer, and the acoustic simulation calculation and experimental verification of the optimization scheme were carried out. The results showed that the optimized scheme could significantly improve the electromagnetic noise performance of the transformer and the riding comfort with low cost.

      摘要:In order to solve the problem of inaccurate speed and distance measurement under the condition of idling and roller skidding of speed measuring wheels by using speed sensor, the speed and distance measurement information fusion of radar, GPS/BDS, ground transponder information, track signal and CIR was used in LKJ-15 train operation monitoring system to realize the speed and location function of train. The practical application showed that the scheme improved the accuracy and automation of speed measurement and positioning of train control vehicle system, and reduced the manual intervention to equipment and the risk caused by it.

      摘要:Low temperature test on the air spring is an important means for improving alpine EMUs bogie dynamic performance. Low temperature working condition of air spring was analyzed briefly, and air spring full two-dimensional load testing scheme at low temperature was designed and compared to normal and half low temperature test scheme, by which the low temperature air tightness and vertical stiffness and lateral stiffness of air spring was studied. Research result showed that: the design of experiments was consistent with the actual working condition, and the low temperature two-dimensional load testing scheme could more accurately reflect the mechanical properties at low temperature of air spring; with the temperature decreasing, air spring vertical and lateral stiffness increases, and low temperature air tightness could meet the requirements.

      摘要:The number of rolling bearings used in railway rolling stock and their application status and general principles of life management was enumerated, and the fatigue life law and development history of deve lopment bearings was introduced. The basic failure damage model of rolling bearing for locomotive and rolling stock was studied and sorted out, display the general life trend of rolling bearing and the relationship between various lives. The remaining life law of railway bearing was studied, and the total available working capacity of batch bearing and the operational risk of remaining life were calculated. The difference between repairing bearing and newly built bearing was pointed out. The economic value of remaining life was calculated, and the feasibility, reliability and operational risk of rolling bearing repair after stage operation were tested. It was suggested that the life management of rolling bearing for locomotive and rolling stock is scientificed and the cost and risk is optimized.

      摘要:Since the trial operation of Guangzhou metro line 7 vehicle, several slight fault of MVB bus channel had occurred. Aiming at the problems such as contingency and instantaneity, the causes of slight fault of MVB bus had been deeply analyzed, and the solutions have been put forward to ensure the normal operation of the line.
