摘要:A two degree of freedom PI control method based on error compensation was proposed. The state of the system was judged by the speed error, and the output of the PI controller was compensated, which could realize real-time control. The proposed method could effectively solve the defects that traditional PI control was difficult to balance the tracking performance and disturbance resistance performance of the system. Simulation and experimental results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control method.

摘要:The technical characteristics and application status of permanent magnet synchronous traction system were expounded. Takes Changsha metro line 1 as an example, the energy consumption of permanent magnet synchronous traction system was simulated and tested in field, and a detailed efficiency and energy consumption analysis compared to asynchronous traction system was made. The comprehensive energy saving rate of permanent magnet traction system was pointed from 6.6% to 36.9%, which suggested that the application of permanent magnet synchronous traction system in rail transit should be promoted actively in China.
摘要:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has the outstanding advantage of full voltage output in square wave mode, which can greatly improve the output power of the system, especially for high speed and high power applications. However, the common square wave control has some shortcomings such as mode switching and poor dynamic performance. By using modulation linearization, adding fundamental current observer and dynamic flux weakening technology, the vector control method of full speed permanent magnet synchronous motor was unified. Simulation results showed that the proposed method has high performance torque response capability under square wave conditions.

摘要:Combined with the railway’s current situation of China and neighbors, and according to the technical parameters of standard EMUs bogies, a scheme of EMUs gauge changeable wheelset and its gauge changeable ground equipment was put forward which was used on gauge for 1 435 mm and 1 520 mm, and the process of its gauge changeable was introduced. The analysis showed that the scheme could realize automatic conversion of wheelset inner distance.
摘要:Gauge changeable bogie technology has been successfully applied abroad, and problems such as axle wear and short service life of sliding bearings have appeared in the course of operation. The problems, causes and solving measures of gauge changeable bogies in Japan and Poland were introduced in detail. The characteristics and wear condition of gauge changeable bogies in Spain were analyzed. A feasible way to solve the problem of wheel axle wear in the development of gauge changeable bogies in China was put forward.
摘要:Due to the nonlinear characteristics of PWM rectification, the traditional PI control of the single-phase power electronic transformer rectification stage is more sensitive to the parameters, but the sliding mode variable structure control has strong robustness to disturbances and parameters. So, the dq current decoupling method was used to construct a sliding mode controller. A 3-unit cascaded module H-bridge rectifier model was built and simulated in the simulation software Matlab/Simulink. Compared with the traditional PI control, the results showed the effectiveness and superiority of the adopted method.

摘要:In order to research whether electromagnetic environment on platform of high-speed railway met the standard by International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), distribution of power-frequency electromagnetic field was calculated and analyzed by numerical calculation. To question of the existing of "big size area and small size element" among the catenary in railway platform area, equivalent models of human body, lines, trains and platform were built and electric field intensity and magnetic flux density of the platform area were calculated by ANSYS. The result showed that power-frequency electromagnetic field was closely to the horizontal distance between monitoring point and the point where catenary wires project; The trains shield the electric field obviously and the shielding effect of chest and head on safety line were 90.9% and 74.5% respectively; But the effect of magnetic field shielded by trains was inconspicuous; Electric field intensity of the head on the white line was maximum value of 4 678 V/m when there was no train, which approached to but not outnumber the limits set of 5 kV/m by ICNIRP guideline.

摘要:By analyzing the stability control of HXD1 eight-axle electric locomotive, a stationary control strategy based on quasi constant speed control mode and multi-model self-adaption construction was proposed. The realization methed and control effect of control strategy was demonstrated,the feasibility of the control strategy was verified by simulation test and field test. The experimental results showed that the control strategy could be adaptive control according to the locomotive operation condition, and ensure locomotive running smoothly.

摘要:Based on the design requirements of the ventilation and cooling system of HXD2D AC drive fast passenger electric locomotive, the structures characteristic and the technical parameters of the traction ventilation system, the complex cooling tower ventilation system and the mechanical air supply system were analyzed in detail. The test results showed that, the design of the system met the needs of the ventilation system of electric locomotive and was worthy of further promotion and application.

摘要:In order to adapt to the development trend of high frequency and high power density of converter products, the application of high-power all-SiC-MOSFET device in converter was studied. The problem of stray parameters and bridge arms crosstalk in application of all-SiC-MOSFET devices was discussed. The effect of drive resistance and absorber on the closing peak of high-power all-SiC-MOSFET device was studied. The application of high-power SiC-MOSFET device in Boost converter was studied. The experiment showed that compared with the original Si-IGBT, the adoption of SiC-MOSFET device could bring an all-round improvement in light weight, working frequency and efficiency to the converter.

摘要:A system of automatic wheelset tread detection and equivalent conicity calculation based on binocular vision system was proposed, which used laser light source to obtain the tread image of the repaired wheel with the CCD camera. The method of gray processing, filter, edge detection, image segmentation, expansion and erosion was used to obtain the parameter of the wheel. With improving and simplifying the method of equivalent conicity calculation in the UIC 519 standard, the equivalent conicity calculation of the wheelset was realized by combining Simpack with Microsoft Visual Studio software. This system improved the calculation efficiency and accuracy of wheelset equivalent conicity, it helps to optimize the inspection process of the wheelset and ensure the saft of vehicle operation.
摘要:The study on environmental adaptability of HX serial locomotives is an important means of improving the quality and market competition. Aiming at the disadvantage of single and scattered means of locomotive working condition test and evaluation in the past, a new integrated evaluation method of the four-domain physical quantities, i.e. mechanical, electrical, thermal and wet was constructed, and the environmental adaptability of traction converter, the key component of HX locomotive in Lanxin line was evaluated. The measured data showed that the values of the measured points in the mechanical, electrical, thermal and wet fields were within the prescribed design values, and the temperature and vibration had a greater impact on the key components. Finally, suggestions for further optimization of cooling system and vibration reduction scheme in converter cabinet were put forward.

摘要:In view of the serious heating of the key components such as the radiator of the power module in the intermediate DC link of a locomotive converter, the direct current copper bus bar and the supporting capacitor, and the excessive temperature inside the cabinet, through analysis and test to find out the causes of the overheating, an effective scheme to solve the problem was put forward from the design point of view, and the effectiveness was achieved through test and comparison. This type of converter has accumulated nearly 1 000 units, and the overall operation was in good condition.
摘要:For the auxiliary converter system of SS4B locomotive of Shen-Shuo railway, there are many electric devices which are scattered on the locomotive with the disadvantages of complex wiring, being difficult to control as well as inconvenience to debug. An application control design of locomotive auxiliary converter based on CAN bus and DSP chip was presented. The system overall structure and CAN communication protocol, hardware circuit and software flow were introduced. The actual operation results showed that the distributed control system based on CAN bus could realize the centralized control of decentralized installation equipment on the locomotive, and perform the functions of long distance, high reliability communication and remote monitoring and operation as well, which greatly improved the control performance of the electric locomotive.
摘要:The traction power return grounding fault of suspended monorail in station will lead to large-scale tripping of circuit breakers of other trains and adjacent traction substations. In order to avoid the impact on other normal equipment, and help maintenance personnel locking the fault area quickly and accurately, improvements were made by canceling the grounding overvoltage relay on the train and increasing the differential current detection device of the on-board equipment. Meanwhile, a hierarchical grounding detection and protection mechanism was proposed for the protection and fast positioning of traction power return grounding fault. The improved grounding protection device has been used on the test line, and the verification results shows that the protection mechanism could reduce the impact of the fault and improve the efficiency of train operation.

摘要:In order to research the influence of short circuit fault for metro train traction system on safety performance of the power net, the detailed mathematical model was derived for the short circuit fault of metro in the traction line. Combining with the practical parameters of a subway, simulation analysis of short circuit of filter reactor and traction inverter in metro train was completed with MATLAB. The influence of the fault location on the short circuit current and its change rate was revealed. The simulation results could provide power system security assessment data for the metro companies.
摘要:Rotation articulation is the critical safe equipment of LRV. According to the principle, function and structure analysis, the proof and fatigue load of the rotation articulation was provided, and the detailed structure design of the rotating articulation was finished, which was validated by the calculation and finite element analysis, it was verified that the design of product met the requirements. 2 million cycles fatigue test showed that the design and process of the rotation articulation could meet the requirement of the LRV.

摘要:The OVPD device is an important component of the protective equipment in the power supply system of urban rail transit. Basic principle of rail potential limiting protection for urban rail transit was analyzed, and a new type of rail potential limiter for urban rail transit was designed, which provided the basis for the selection of the thyristor of the rail potential limiter through the calculation of short-circuit current, and determined the appropriate thyristor parameters. Meanwhile, a voltage controlled circuit based on high-voltage trigger diode was designed which was used to adjust the operation voltage of the rail potential limiter. The test results showed that the new type rail potential limiter was reliable and stable, which could meet the requirement of performance. It was also suitable for flexible setting of different metro lines.

摘要:Based on Ansys parametric model, the relationship between design variables and optimization objectives was studied, and the effective combination of different sheet thickness was explored, which could obtain the global optimal solution to realize body light weight quantization. Aiming at the light weight case of tramcar body, the flow of vehicle body light weight scheme was proposed, which determined the optimization variables through DOE calculation and sensitivity analysis, and explored the design space of optimization variables, providing a reference basis for vehicle body improvement. The optimization results showed that the light weight design of the vehicle body could achieve significant weight loss and the whole optimization process could be reused.

摘要:In order to establish a simplified finite element model for the riveting structure of steel-aluminum hybrid body, the finite element model of double-row single-plate riveting structure and the finite element model of double-row double-plate riveting structure were established based on ANSYS platform with shell element and MPC184 rigid beam element at three different complexity levels, and these simplified finite element models were analyzed compared with the solid finite element model. The method of discretizing the riveted structure using the shell element and the MPC184 rigid beam element was proposed on this basis, and then it was applied to the strength analysis process of a steel-aluminum hybrid car body successfully. This research showed that, the relative error of the von-Mises stress was less than 5 percent in the region of the riveted structure where the distance from the rivet was greater than ten times the nominal diameter of the rivet when using this method, and it would gradually decrease as the distance increases. In the analysis of the strength of the large riveting structure, the calculation efficiency was greatly improved by using the method and the sub modeling technique ensuring the accuracy of the calculation.
摘要:There are many kinds of grounding protection circuits for urban rail transit in China. Taking the design of Chongqing straddle monorail and power supply system as an example, the design, protection principle and protective coordination relationship of grounding protection device for straddle type monorail car and power supply system were expounded systematically, and the influence of vehicle passing no power area on ground grounding protection design was analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.

The high altitude correction method for traction motor temperature rise test was recommended to refer to the relevant provisions of TB/T 3213.
摘要:Aiming at the problems of current locomotive operation information decentralization and independence, different information standards of the same kind, various analysis software, independent analysis posts, backward audio and video information storage and analysis methods and low analysis efficiency, the design scheme of integrated linkage analysis system was put forward, which integrated all kinds of monitoring data and carried out standardized processing; A comprehensive analysis platform was established, which integrated LKJ, audio and video, TCMS, 6A monitoring data and other data. The implementation of the system improved the automation of audio and video dump, promoted the accurate positioning of illegal items, and canceled the special post of audio and video dump. At present, the system has been widely applied in Chongqing locomotive depot, and the effect was remarkable.
