      摘要:sleeve and axle multi-layer cylinder fit is applied in gauge change mechanism of a new type of high-speed gauge-changeable EMUs. In order to research deeply on the influence of fit value on contact pressure and structural stress, methods of elastic mechanics and finite element analysis were applied respectively, and the effect of several different fit value were analyzed. Results showed that: apart from the edge of contact region, the contact pressure between wheel and sleeve is positive linear to the interference fit value; Clearance fit value of sleeve and axle has significant effect on the inner surface of sliding sleeve, and the real clearance value is reduced by the compression effect of wheel and sleeve interference fit; it is suggested to take the compression effect into consideration when design the clearance fit value of wheel and sleeve.

      摘要:Compared with the traditional bogie wheelset structure, the gauge-changeable bogie wheelset needs a set of unlockinglocking device for track gauge change. The effect of the device is to realize the unlocking before the wheel slip and the locking during operation. It is a key component that directly influences the change of the inner distance of the wheelset and ensures the safety of the train. The structure and action principle of the unlocking-locking device of the bogie with high-speed gauge-changeable EMUs was introduced, and the force state of the device during operation was analyzed. At the same time, the strength analysis and life calculation of the device were performed. Analysis and calculation results showed that the unlocking-locking device met the design requirements.

      摘要:The gauge-changeable wheelset and the axle box is one of the key components of the gauge-changeable bogie. The characteristics, design requirement, design ideas and structure of the wheelset and axle box of the 1 435/1 000 mm gauge-changeable bogie were introduced. In particular, the axle box structure and the variable gauge process were highlighted, and the finite element calculation of the axle box rotating arm beam was carried out. The calculation results showed that the safety factor of the axle box rotating arm beam was greater than 1 under various load conditions, and its static strength met the requirements of EN 13749.

      摘要:Interior noise of railway vehicle especially high-speed train increases with vehicle’s speed increasing. Compared with passive noise control such as sound insulation and absorption, active noise control (ANC) has many advantages such as lightweight and effective for attenuating with low frequency noise. Active noise control technology and noise source characteristics of railway vehicle was introduced briefly. Present research status of ANC technology for decreasing railway vehicle noise at home and abroad was reviewed. A brief analysis about arrangement strategy of secondly sound resource and error sensors and FXLMS control algorithm was provided. Development trend about ANC technology for decreasing interior noise of railway vehicle was preliminary discussed.

      摘要:The research of 4 500 V IGBT driver was introduced in detail, which was a new kind of intelligent driver of IGBT based on FPGA. The principle of active short current protection, passive short current protection, di/dt short current protection, under-voltage detection and protection, and control of IGBT driver turn on and turn off were analyzed and introduced, as well as the intelligent driver fault management system. By comparing it to a traditional driver, the advantages of intelligent driver in IGBT protection and drive control strategy were illustrated.

      摘要:The bad operation environment of the high-speed EMUs is a big challenge to adhesion control of the rail between the wheel and rail. A method of rapid and stable recovery method in re-adhesion for high-cold EMUs was proposed, which could ensure the smooth operation of the EMUs in the severe freezing weather, the comfort level, and the maximum utility of the adhesion between the wheel and rail to ensure the punctuality of the EMUs. Through the experimental in the high-cold EMUs line, the actual running data showed that the method could reduce the chance of second slip/slide of EMUs in the case of the maximum available adhesion of the wheel and rail.

      摘要:In order to predict the remaining working life of the bearing, the influence of traction motor bearing preload on bearing structure and dynamics characteristics was analyzed. In view of the individual bearing, the possible failure reasons and the corresponding preload characteristics of bearing were studied from the life stages. Through the ANSYS dynamics simulation analysis, it was concluded that the bearing natural frequency decreases with the preload decreases of the bearing. Based on the relationship between preload and bearing contact stress, a prediction method of bearing life based on preload variation was put forward. By monitoring the bearing vibration frequency to judge the change of the preload of bearings, the individual life of the traction motor bearings was predicted.

      摘要:The energy-saving operation control curves, which contained working conditions such as maximum traction & braking stage, minimum traction & braking stage, rest stages and coasting, were deduced from the constructed mathematical model of operating energy consumption according to running speed, traction & braking characteristic, railway line features. The division sequence was derived from running section discretization, and the velocity turning sequence was composed of speed transition points on the railway section; then, the optimal control strategy of energy economizing operation, which combined some working modes such as maximum traction & braking, rest stages and coasting mode, was obtained according to optimum speed turning sequence; the velocity, energy consumption and mileage relationship curves were deduced by simulation analysis of operating conditions such as minimum running time, driver manipulation and energy saving mode based on actual track data and EMUs parameters. The effectiveness of energysaving operation control strategy was verified by analysis & comparison between simulation results and practical test data.

      摘要:In the traction electric drive system, due to the characteristics of high voltage and high current, as well as the conditions of switching loss and heat dissipation, the maximum switching frequency of the inverter is usually low, which is only a few hundred Hz. In this case, the current control performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is poor. For this reason, a discrete mathematical model (impulse transfer function) including the influence of delay was established based on complex vector analysis, and the current regulator was determined by the least-shot system design method. Finally, according to the problem of mathematical model was not accurate at low speed, the compensation plan was put forward. The simulation and field test results showed that the feedback current could follow the given current well and the electromagnetic torque could exactly follow the given torque when using the current controller at big current start and high speed operation conditions. Moreover, the current and voltage have better steady-state and dynamic performance when the gears are added or shifted.

      摘要:The vibration fatigue analysis model of the key suspension parts of bogie was established, the stress power spectrum of key suspension parts bases on modal stress was obtained by modal superposition method, and the probability distribution function of the structural stress-strain range was deduce, moreover, the fatigue life of the structure was obtained in the condition of IEC 61373 standard spectrum and measured acceleration spectrum as the excitation by using the linear fatigue damage criterion. The results showed that the critical fatigue damage value of the suspension structure was 1.58 after three-direction acceleration of each incentive 5 hours of IEC 61373. Under the actual measured excitation of the acceleration of the Wuhan—Guangzhou line, the fatigue life was 2.97 million kilometers. The analysis method based on modal stress effectively indicated the relationship between the excitation frequency and the vibration frequency of the structure itself, by which the more accurate fatigue life prediction could be obtained.

      摘要:The performance of traction control unit (TCU) directly affects the stability, dynamic response and speed range of EMUs. In order to realize the optimal design and comprehensive verification of TCU, the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) of traction drive system was studied. The model of transformer, four quadrant convertor, traction/auxiliary inverter, asynchronous motor and vehicle dynamics were established according to mixed logical dynamic (MLD) model algorithm, reflective memory technology, main circuit topology and rational discretization method. Considering the different requirements of the simulation step, the above models were run in the central processing unit (CPU) or the field programmable gate array (FPGA) respectively. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the research were verified by comparison between HIL simulation results of EMUs with 4M4T and actual EMUs test results.

This proposal adopted under suspension layout of dual-power, stream-line car body, network distributed control, remote fault diagnosis and so on. The vehicle successfully passed the test verification and met the rail flaw detection needs of high-speed and ordinary speed railway line.

      摘要:Security threats faced by embedded control software were analyzed: cloning, reverse engineering, and tampering. The embedded control software security design strategies and security analysis were presented from three aspects of security authentication chip, program encryption and decryption, integrity verification, and security processor. Finally, based on security authentication chip, symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithm and embedded control softwarre for secure key memory, a security application solution was designed, which could protect the confidentiality, integrity and non-denied of the software. It has great reference value for the embedded controller design.

      摘要:Velocity and distance measurement system based on pulse speed sensor and accelerometer was introduced. Process of train slide or slip was analyzed, and according to the change of acceleration and velocity, the slide or slip was divided into acceleration slide or slip and velocity slide or slip. The two detection algorithms and the corresponding compensation algorithms were described in detail; SCADE was used for simulation, and the results showed that the algorithm had a good compensation effect on the measurement error caused by slide or slip.

Operation tests results proved that rail retractable efficiency, automation degree, and safety of HGCZ-2000 rapid switching car were improved greatly, as well as field labor intensity was reduced.       摘要:Traditional discrete monitoring system of train cabin used a number of independent cameras to monitor different parts inside. This monitoring method had narrow vision and different perspectives and staff members had to switch back and forth between multiple monitoring screens to find and judge the cause when there were sudden events.A panoramic monitoring scheme based on multi-camera video mosaic technology was proposed, which was the mosaic algorithm combining PCA-SURF and improved BBF. The index table was used to stitch video frame sequences from cameras in real time. The experimental results in laboratory environment showed that the proposed algorithm could reduce the time of single frame splicing by 90% compared with the traditional SURF algorithm,the correct matching rate reaching 92.2%, the proposed algorithm worked well in splicing speed and quality.

      摘要:In the train communication network, WTB and MVB were the main communication modes. Based on the research and development of a power centralized EMUs, the train bus control mode based on MVB and Ethernet was studied. The redundant switching function of the dual line of control unit was added to the locomotive application, which enhanced the reliability of train network. The application test showed that the communication network with this scheme has a good running state with high reliability and real time, and fully meets the requirements of the train data transmission.

      摘要:Inverter overcurrent is one of the main faults in the traction system of Shenhua twelve-axle electric locomotive, which involves dozen fault causes that have been analyzed and determined, and in different working conditions, there are hundreds of fault characteristic change caused by different reasons, which lead to difficulties of analyzing and dealing with the faults. Fault feature variables were extracted according to expert experience, and fault was located based on the application of data mining and characteristics of statistics analysis method, which improved the accuracy and robustness of fault diagnosis.

      摘要:To study the energy absorption and anti-climbing properties of the anti-climbing energy absorbing device based on a low-floor vehicles and improve the frontal crashworthiness of car body structure, the numerical simulation was carried out using the nonlinear transient dynamic software LS-DYNA to obtain the energy absorption properties of the expanded energy absorbing component; Then the guide rod was added on the energy absorbing device, and the influence of the geometrical parameters, such as the thickness of the wall and the induced hole on the collision properties of the energy absorbing tube were studied; Finally, combined with the low floor vehicle, the collision simulation analysis was carried out. The results showed that the anti-climbing energy absorbing device with the guide rod and the induced hole has good energy absorption and anti-climbing ability; Wall thickness has a significant influence on the interfacial force and energy absorbed, the larger the wall thickness is, the larger the collision force and absorbed energy are; It is proved that the energy absorbing device can meet the design requirements, and can provide theoretical guidance for the reasonable application of the anti-climbing energy absorbing device on the low-floor vehicle.

      摘要:In order to guarantee the reasonable distribution of wheel load and axle load for a 100% low floor tram with float carbody, a theoretical calculation method of wheel load and axle load was studied for the tram by force analysis of carbodys and bogies. Taking the existing tram as an example, the wheel load and axle load simulation and analysis model was established by using SIMPACK software, and the theoretical calculation results were compared with the simulation analysis results to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation method.

      摘要:In order to solve the abnormal wheelsets wear of some metro vehicles after long-term operation, the abnormal wheelsets wear caused by poor electro-pneumatic braking coordination and signal control instruction error of metro vehicles was investigated and analyzed. The improvement measures of modifying software control logic to reduce the supplement of the air braking of metro vehicles at 65 km/h was proposed, and the control of air brake system and automatic driving mode control software were optimized. Practical application showed that the improvement measures had obvious effect and solved the abnormal wear problem of metro vehicle wheelsets.

      摘要:The tram with suspended carbody adopts modular articulated carbody structure, and each module of the carbody is connected by articulated equipment, so its kinematic envelope calculation cannot directly use the calculation method of subway vehicle with rigid carbody. According to the structure and degree of freedom of movement of the tram with 5 module suspended body, the calculation method of the kinematic envelope of the tram with 5 module suspended body was discussed with reference to the CJJ 96—2003 standard. Based on the relationship between carboy modules and the movement between carbody and bogie, the values of the transverse deflection coefficient, the vertical deflection coefficient and the flexible coefficient of each modular were analyzed and transverse displacement caused by the relative rotation between carboy and bogie was taken into account additionally. The proposed method could be extended to 3 module and 7 module suspended carbody trams and single carbody trams.

      摘要:In order to improve the efficiency of the design and verification of antiskid system, a simulation test method of antiskid system by using the hardware-in-the-oop simulation technology was proposed. The working principle of antiskid system was introduced, and the air control unit model, vehicle dynamics model and wheel rail adhesion model for antiskid system test were established. Hardware-in-the-loop simulation test platform for antiskid system was set up, and a simulation test for EMUs antiskid system was carried out. The results were compared with the test results. The test result proved the test validity of antiskid system hardware-in-the-loop simulation test platform, the evaluation indexes of effectiveness validation for test platform satisfied the requirements of industry standards.

      摘要:Because of the high intensity and low efficiency of the traditional manual testing method, the train passenger information display should be tested by machine vision method. The machine vision testing system was designed and implemented by using LabView Vision based on USB 3.0 camera which could automatic recognition and automatic detection of high lights, dark spots and characters. The test results showed that the system improves test consistency, ensures test coverage, and could accurately diagnose faults.

      摘要:Computer interlocking system plays an important role in railway, but its breakdown maintenance cannot stratify requirements of fast developing railway. Prediction model was developed based on mathematical model of components and entire system fault tree analysis, and interlocking system failure probability trend was calculated in the application background of CBTC system. System trend diagram implied that it had three operating condition stages, and corresponding maintenance strategies was linked with critical importance probability of failure events in each stage. The method provided theoretical basis for system prognostic evaluation, maintenance strategy.

      摘要:The development of PHM (prognostics and health management) was introduced. The PHM technology system and system architecture for EMUs were put foward based on the research of the functional structure as well as operation and maintenance of EMUs. Based on PHM technology, the EMUs PHM system function and technical solution were expounded. The prognostics of wheel polygonization and traction motor ventilating device on-condition maintenance were introduced as the successful examples of the EMUs PHM system,the application results of some functional modules were briefly described.
