摘要:The function, structure and material selection of axle sleeve type spline were introduced, and the strength calculation of involute tooth of spline was carried out. The size of the interference amount not only determined whether the axle sleeve type spline could reliably transmit the torque between the axle and wheel, but also determined the stress between the interference fit of the axle sleeve and the axle. Theoretical and finite element calculation of interference was put forward, at the same time, the fatigue strength of axle sleeve type spline was checked. The calculation and analysis showed that choosing the axle sleeve type spline to transfer the torque between the axle and wheel not only greatly reduced the performance requirements of axle materials, but also was feasible.

摘要:The type selection analysis of an axle box bearing for the gauge-changeable bogie of high-speed EMUs was described, including the analysis of bearing form, bearing precision, bearing material, lubricating grease type, grease filling amount, bearing seal and bearing clearance, etc., and the basic type and size of the bearing of the gauge-changeable bogie were determined. Considering the application characteristics of the gauge-changeable bogie, according to the safety guidance, with the stress calculation of the tapered bearing on the partial load side being 1.6 times that of the stress calculation without deflection, when the equivalent load was 21.75 mm, the calculation mileage of the bearing could still reach 1 million 900 thousand km. The calculation results showed that the selected bearings met the design requirements.
摘要:The ground transformation facility is a kind of inseparable device with the gauge-changeable bogie, and the gaugechangeable operation process of bogie should be completed in cooperation with the ground transformation facility. The typical ground transformation facilities and their structures in foreign countries were outlined, and the key technological problems in the design of ground transformation facility were discussed in detail. A new ground transformation facility was designed, and its structural characteristics and dimensions were analyzed and explained, as well as the gauge-changeable process of the ground transformation facilities.
摘要:Based on the technical framework of train interconnection and interoperability in the international standard IEC TS 62580-2, and the development trend of the train video surveillance technology, a set of train intelligent video surveillance system was designed according to the current railway train. The system was connected to the train control and management system (TCMS), wireless transmission device (WTD), passenger information system (PIS) and other vehicle subsystems through access to the Ethernet train backbone (ETB), constituting the train intelligent video surveillance system interconnection network, which achieved information aggregation, vehicle-ground interconnection, fault linkage and intelligent image analysis and push, and was successfully applied to the South Africa 22E electric locomotive face forward closed circuit television (FFCCTV).

摘要:Basic parameters and performance requirements of AC drive system for EMUs exported to Georgia were illustrated. Traction/braking characteristics, main circuit, technical parameters, design concepts and technical features of the drive system were introduced. Various conditions under combined test, loading test and commercial running were summarized. Tests and running results validated the reasonable design and reliability of the system, which showed that the general technical requirements for EMUs could be fully met.
摘要:Aiming at the application of modern tram, a new method of active steering control and its mechanical structure model were given, and the construction of supporting intelligent control system was analyzed, while a control system based on Android platform was provided. The software problem based on Baidu map SDK was focused on, and the information of track line by using the embed GPS module was studied. When the train was running, the rail track line was drawn in real-time by GPS, and when it through curved tracks, the difference speed of the left and right wheel for the control system was provided. Finally, the demonstration screen of the man-machine interface of the control platform was given by simulation test.

摘要:The wheel radiation noise is an important contributor of railway noise. Based on the acoustic simulation and experimental techniques, this paper analyzed the radiation noise characteristics of a wheel, and designed a noise reduction wheel combined with constrained damping and vibration absorbing technology. The results of the wheel acoustics test showed that the noise reduction method has a good noise reduction effect. The amplitude of the acoustic transfer function was reduced by one to two orders of magnitude, and the total sound power level was reduced by above 11 dB (A).

摘要:The natural frequency of railway vehicle’s car body and hunting frequency of bogie will be close to each other at a certain speed, and this can bring the coupling resonance between car body and bogie, which have a bad effect on stability of vehicle. In order to reduce the degree of resonance, a transformed Euclid nearness was selected as the index of modal similarity, and the hunting stability of vehicle was chosen as the control conditions of the model. Finally, genetic algorithm was used to optimize the second suspension parameter. The results showed that, the optimal second suspension parameter could be found by genetic algorithm when the other parameters were constant, and the results were satisfactory. The smaller the coupling degree was, the stronger the linear of the modal frequency curve was, and the more inconspicuous the frequency trapping among modes was,there was a faint influence between the modes in this case;The smaller the coupling degree was, the more gently the damping ratio changed, and the bigger the damping ratio of body-yawing or upper-sway was.
摘要:An electric drive system of rail milling machine was introduced, which drove the rail milling machine stably and slowly; the main convertor was cooled through the water cycle, then the heat of water cycle and braking resistor was taken out of the cooling equipment by cooling fan. The actual application showed that the electric drive system could adapt well in long time low speed and high-power situation of the rail milling machine, which met the precision requirements of low constant speed control.

摘要:In view of the problem of parameter change and load disturbance in the operation of six-phase induction motor, a new vector control method of backstepping adaptive for six-phase induction motor was proposed based on its mathematical model. This method used the nonlinear backstepping controller to replace the traditional PI controller to realize the real-time estimation of the rotor resistance and load torque, which could guarantee the system to realize the tracking control of the given signal under the change of the parameters. The simulation results in MATLAB/Simulink showed that comparing with the traditional PI control method, the proposed control method could ensure the global stability of the system and improve the dynamic and static performance and robustness of the system.

摘要:After EMUs failure, it is necessary to rescue and guide the transfer of passengers. To ensure the comfort of the carriages in rescue towing, a control method was proposed to convert kinetic energy into electric energy of the failure EMUs, which could keep the stability of DC link voltage for the failure EMUs. The results showed that this control method could ensure EMUs auxiliary power supply equipment working properly under rescue towing condition, and maintaining the reliability and comfort of the EMUs compartments.

摘要:The architecture of the CTCS-3 train control system was described, and some problems or difficulties which were generated by the system individual design were introduced. After that, some integrated designs were presented, which could achieve many advantages, such as strengthening the system functions, improving the performances, and simplifying the maintenance, providing strong basis for train control system further improvement.

摘要:The new CBTC signaling system based on train-to-train communication (train-to-train signaling system) introduces the concept of train centered. Through the establishment of communication and cooperation between trains, the autonomous operation and control of the train is realized. The system has the characteristics of simple structure and small dependence on the wayside equipment. A train-to-train signaling system solution was proposed, and its system structure, core principles, main functions and system characteristics were studied and analyzed. The train-to-train signaling system attempts to optimize the traditional CBTC signaling system, which is worth exploring and developing.

摘要:Base on the theory that tightly coupling can extend the bandwidth of the antenna, the rule in variations of antenna impedance in the strong coupled environment was used to study the influence of patch and metal ground on the impedance of the designed antenna. A new tightly coupled ultra-wideband internal conformal shape antenna which could be embedded in the metal box was introduced. The simulation results showed that the S11 of the designed antenna was less than -10 dB in the broad band from 0.8 GHz to 3.2 GHz, while the gain was greater than 3 dBi. Obviously, the designed antenna could meet the performance requirements of the train radio communication system for the wideband and conformal shape performance.

摘要:In order to improve the user experience, security, reliability and market support capability of the vehicle control display device of the rail transit, the key technology of interactive display was studied, and the interactive design, the adaptive design and the modular design were carried out. Based on this, a new display platform was proposed, and a new display device was developed, tested and verified. The results showed that the performance of the new display device was superior, and the reliability and user experience could be improved. At the same time, the design of the platform could support more diversified markets, and has a good prospect of engineering application.
摘要:The theoretical calculation and SIMPACK simulation analysis method were used to analyze the problem of sanding device deviating from its original track of a type of locomotive which was used in small radius curve in China. The theoretical calculation and simulation results showed that in the small radius curve the operation of sanding device could not sand on the center of the track, resulting in sand waste and could not achieve the purpose of improving the performance of the wheel-rail adhesion, which affected the safe operation of the train. Respecting the above-mentioned facts, a new type of hydraulic control device was proposed to solve the problem.

摘要:In view of the shortages of low automation and poor generality in the process of EMUs debugging, a kind of intelligent acquisition device based on wireless transmission was designed based on wireless transmission. The device consists of command acquisition controller and handset. The acquisition controller connected the EMUs with electric coupler, using the embedded wireless module to communicate with the handheld machine to realize the real-time acquisition and control of 196 kinds of command signal data. The device had completed the actual performance tests such as power test, insulation resistance test and voltage polarity test. The test results showed that the device has good stability and safety.

摘要:In order to determine the critical components and failure modes in the system of high speed train bogie, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process was used to improve the traditional FMECA, which was formed into a fuzzy FMECA. The fuzzy FMECA method could reduce the subjective impact of the evaluation process and optimize the evaluation results. By quantitatively analyzing the criticalities of the components failure modes of high speed train bogie and ranking the failure modes according to the criticality. The relative importance of each component and the failure mode was obtained, which provides references for the reliability distribution and fault detection and diagnosis of system.
摘要:The rail grinding control technology was taken as the research object. The principle of PID control algorithm was analyzed, and by contrasting the similarities and differences between the position mode PID algorithm and the increment mode PID algorithm, the design of rail grind control system based on the increment mode PID algorithm was put forward, and the hardware principle and software flow of this control system was introduced in detail. With building the corresponding test platform, the system basic function and the corresponding performance were tested. The test result showed that the rail grinding control system based on the increment mode PID algorithm could grind rail steadily and reliably with high control precision, short adjustment time, high real time and perfect grinding effect, which would have good market apply prospect in the future.
摘要:In order to study the contact characteristics of the new rail profile and the high-speed EMUs wheel profiles, the profiles matching between LMA, S1002CN, XP55 wheel and 60D, 60N rail in the middle position had been proceeded. The wheel/rail 3D elastic-plastic contact finite element models were established to analyze the wheel/rail Mises stress, contact status and the longitudinal shear stress under different traction conditions. Through the analysis and comparison of the wheel-rail contact calculation results, the conclusion was drawn. When the wheels contact with the 60D or 60N rail in the middle position, the Mises stress of the 60N rail was smaller and closer to the center of the rail profile. After exerting the traction force, the maximum Mises stress points of wheel had a longitudinal deviation from the rail, which became small with the traction force decreasing, while the wheel/rail maximum Mises stress did not change under variety traction. The contact area of the 60N rail was larger and the sticking area was relatively bigger than that of 60D rail. When the train was running, the maximum longitudinal contact shear stress of the 60N rail was less than the stress value of the 60D rail. Over all, the 60N rail profile could improve the wheel/rail interaction and extend the service life of rail.
摘要:Based on the Maxwell model calculation method of hydraulic damper dynamic characteristics, the calculation method of the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic damper was improved by theoretical analysis, with the bench test, the improved algorithm was compared with the existing calculation standard, and the correctness of the improved method was verified. The results showed that, the calculation results are consistent for the bidirectional flow hydraulic damper, which the F-s indicator diagram is nearly symmetry; there are some differences between the two computational results for the unidirectional flow hydraulic damper, which are shown to be asymmetrical F-s indicator diagram. The improved algorithm is a universal method for calculating the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic damper.

摘要:In order to develop a comprehensive compensation system for efficient operation of the main transformer of the traction power supply system in the locomotive and rolling stock factory, three domestic commonly used factory traction power supply system corresponding comprehensive compensation device were briefly introduced. Through the analysis of the three-phase current imbalance and transformer utilization, the negative sequence currents of various transformers were calculated. Taking one of the power supply schemes as an example, the design scheme of the comprehensive compensation system was provided. The system scheme was in good condition in the field and could meet the requirements of the power supply system and provide power supply reliability and power supply efficiency, it could be used within the railway line.

摘要:Aiming at the problem that there was no clear way to test the train communication network performance at present, based on the RFC 2544 standard, the performance testing of Ethernet based on train formation network was studied, and the Ethernet performance testing environment was built. The simulation results showed that the scheme could support a variety of topology and configuration, and accurately test the performance of the train network, which could provide support and basis for the further development of the train real-time Ethernet.

摘要:Infrared temperature measurement and ultra high frequency PD (Partial Discharge) detection are currently mature charged detection method. Infrared temperature measurement can make reliable prediction to electrical equipment fault and insulation performance; Ultra high frequency charged PD detection can effectively remove the influence of the interference signal, and reappear the pulse signal of the partial discharge, so that the type of the fault defects can be judged according to waveform characteristics. By use of various method of live line inspection, the traditional electrical equipment preventive test maintenance could be raised to predictable condition based maintenance, improving the pertinence and efficiency of the maintenance. Combined with the discovery and treatment of equipment defects, the effectiveness of various method of live line inspection to judge equipment defect was verified, which provided a reference to the advance of live line inspection level.

摘要:With the switching frequency of auxiliary converters continues to increase, reasonable thermal design is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of auxiliary converters. The thermal design of products was studied according to the high-frequency auxiliary converter for metro vehicle. The power loss of key components was calculated by PLECS, and the cooling system which consisted of multi-duct was designed. The temperature rise of key components was analyzed by establishing the thermal simulation model of the system using Icepak; finally, temperature rise test of prototype was done. Through comparative analyses, the results of temperature rise simulation were in good agreement with test results, which verified the validity of the simulation analysis, and the temperature rise of the key modules was less than 45 K, which met the heat dissipation requirements of the system. The paper provided methods for the preliminary design and optimization of the high frequency auxiliary converter.

摘要:A simulation method of the urban rail traction power supply system including medium voltage energy feedback device for Xuzhou metro line 1 was introduced. The power flow analysis was carried out on the whole line power supply system, and the influence of the regenerative energy feedback system and the capacity, position and number of the energy feedback device on the DC traction network was studied. Based above, the optimal scheme of the system was provided.

摘要:The investigation processes and results of the electric locomotive steps fracture were presented. A locomotive suffered from serious vibration problem was chosen for the test and its normal operations were kept during the test. The wheel out-of-roundness (OOR) and vibrations of key components including the step, the axle box, and the bogie frame were measured before and after wheel re-profiling. The wheel OOR measured results indicated that the wheels exhibited the OOR with 12 to 19 orders before re-profiling, i.e. with a center wavelength of 200 mm in the 1/3 octave bands. And the 16 to19 orders OOR became to be dominant after re-profiling, so the wheel polygonal wear could not be absolutely removed by the wheel re-profiling. The vibration measured results showed that the step, the axle box and the bogie frame vibrated with the same dominant frequency before re-profiling,the dominant frequency of the vibration was approximately equal to the passing frequency of a polygonal wheel. The step had natural frequencies ranging from 70 Hz to 90 Hz,the wheel OOR passing frequencies coincided with the step natural frequencies when the running speed range was from 50- 80 km/h. So, the resonance of the step induced by the wheel OOR was the root cause of the fracture.
